The invention relates to spring blowing discharging equipment which comprises a base body, a cover plate, side plates and a bottom plate, wherein the spring blowing discharging equipment further comprises a fixed material plate, a first discharging piece, a second discharging piece, a fixed pipe fitting and an air inlet piece; the fixed material plate is arranged above the air inlet piece, the first channel of the first material discharging piece is communicated with the second channel of the second material discharging piece and the fixed material area of the fixed material plate, and the material pipeline of the fixed pipe fitting is communicated with the second channel. The spring is located the base member, and the material pipe is connected in deciding the pipe fitting, and the air inlet piece is with in the gas delivery to the base member in order to form the air current in its inside, and the spring gets into the material pipe through deciding material district, first passageway, second passageway and pipeline in proper order under the effect of air current, and the spring in the material pipe discharges in proper order to realize the automatic material of arranging of spring, improve spring assembly efficiency.

Background
Currently, springs are required to be assembled in the padlock, and the current production technology is to manually place the springs in the padlock. Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the drawings and examples, in order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the spring air-blowing discharging apparatus 100 for manufacturing a padlock provided in the present embodiment includes a base 1, a cover 2, side plates 3, and a bottom plate 5, the upper end of the base 1 being detachably fitted with the cover 2, the base 1 being disposed between the two side plates 3, the two side plates 3 being disposed between the cover 2 and the bottom plate 5. The spring blowing discharging device 100 further comprises a fixed material plate 6, a first discharging piece 7, a second discharging piece 8, a fixed pipe piece 9 and an air inlet piece 10, wherein the fixed material plate 6, the first discharging piece 7, the second discharging piece 8 and the fixed pipe piece 9 are sequentially arranged, the fixed material plate 6 is positioned in the base body 1, the blowing part 11 of the air inlet piece 10 is positioned in the base body 1, and the transmission part 12 of the blowing piece is positioned outside the base body 1; the fixed material plate 6 is arranged above the air inlet piece 10, the first channel 16 of the first material discharging piece 7 is communicated with the second channel 17 of the second material discharging piece 8 and the fixed material area 18 of the fixed material plate 6, the material pipeline 19 of the fixed pipe piece 9 is communicated with the second channel 17, and the first channel 16, the second channel 17, the fixed material area 18 and the material pipeline 19 form a material discharging channel.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, a bevel portion 13 and an arc portion 15 are arranged in the base 1, the material fixing plate 6 is located above the bevel portion 13, a positioning arc wall is arranged between the arc portion 15 and the bevel portion 13, the air blowing portion 11 is rotatably arranged on the positioning arc wall, the air blowing portion 11 is provided with a plurality of air holes 32, and the air holes 32 face the arc portion 15. The radius of the arcuate surface portion 15 is greater than the radius of the locating arcuate wall.
The fixed material plate 6 comprises a plurality of uniformly arranged positioning protrusions 20, and the fixed material areas 18 are arranged at intervals with the positioning protrusions 20. Each positioning boss 20 comprises two symmetrically arranged positioning inclined planes 21, and the end parts of the two positioning inclined planes 21 of each positioning boss 20 are in arc transition connection with each other.
The first discharging part 7 comprises a first column part 22 and a second column part 23 which are connected with each other, the fixed material plate 6 is assembled on the first column part 22, and the second discharging part 8 is connected with the second column part 23. The second discharging member 8 includes a third column portion 24 and a fourth column portion 25 connected to each other, the third column portion 24 is connected to the second column portion 23, and the fourth column portion 25 is connected to the fixed member 9.
The fixed pipe 9 comprises a first piece 26 and a second piece 27, the first piece 26 being connected to the second discharge piece 8, the second piece 27 being screwed to the first piece 26. The material pipe 19 penetrates the first piece 26 and the second piece 27; the first member 26 is an L-shaped member, the second member 27 is a square column, the second member 27 is screwed to the lateral portion of the first member 26, and the vertical portion of the first member 26 is screwed to the second discharge member 8.
The spring blowing discharging device 100 further comprises a fixing piece 28, a connecting rod 29 and a connecting post 30, wherein the fixing piece 28 is arranged between the cover plate 2 and the second discharging piece 8, one part of the connecting rod 29 is positioned in the fixing piece 28, the other part of the connecting rod 29 is connected with the connecting post 30, and the connecting post 30 is abutted against the end face of the cover plate 2. The fixing member 28 is screwed to the first discharging member 7, and the positioning pin passes through the fixing hole 31 of the connecting rod 29 and the fixing member 28 so that the connecting rod 29 is fixedly connected to the fixing member 28, and the connecting rod 29 is screwed to the connecting post 30 so that the cover plate 2 is fixed.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the connecting rod 30 is rotated away from the connecting rod 29, the user moves the cover plate 2 away from the base 1, and the spring is poured into the base 1. Subsequently, the connecting rod 29 is connected with the connecting post 30 in a threaded manner so as to fix the cover plate 2, the spring is positioned in the base body 1, the air is flowed to the arc surface 15 through the air hole 32 by the air exhausting device of the spring blowing and discharging device 100, and air flow is formed, the spring sequentially passes through the material fixing area 18, the first channel 16, the second channel 17 and the material pipeline 19 under the action of the air flow to enter the material pipe connected with the fixed pipe fitting 9, the spring in the material pipe is sequentially discharged, and the manual placement of the spring in the padlock is canceled, so that the automatic spring discharging is realized, the spring assembling efficiency is improved, and the padlock manufacturing efficiency is further improved.
Stopping exhausting the air into the spring blowing and discharging device 100 after the detection device of the spring blowing and discharging device 100 detects that the material pipe is full of the spring; when the detection device of the spring blowing discharging device 100 detects that the spring blocks the discharging channel, the spring blowing discharging device 100 enables the spring to be separated from the discharging channel under the action of air flow by exhausting air to the outside of the base body 1 or rotating the air inlet piece 10 through the holding part 12, so that the discharging channel is ensured to be unobstructed.
