本发明公开了一种增压空气冷却器,包括本体、冷却液箱、进液口、出液口、矩形管、波形板、顶座、挡板、连接座、Z型孔,所述本体左右两侧分别安装有结构相同的冷却液箱,两个所述冷却液箱分别开有进液口、出液口,两个所述冷却液箱之前接通有等距的矩形管,两两所述矩形管之间固定有波形板,所述本体顶部固定有顶座,所述本体前后分别安装有挡板,所述挡板顶部固定有连接座,所述挡板通过连接座与顶座铰接,所述挡板内部贯穿有多个等距的Z型孔。本发明的Z型孔有效避免了灰尘渗入到波形板内,造成难以清理的现象,挡板能够通过旋转打开,以便对本体的维修和清理,保证本体的冷却效率,使本体使用寿命延长。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种空气冷却器,尤其涉及一种增压空气冷却器。
背景技术
增压空气冷却器在工作中,波形板起到温度传递的功能,而波形板结构紧凑且缝隙空间狭小,容易因此灰尘附着在表面,造成难以清理的现象,影响增压空气冷却器的工作效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种增压空气冷却器,以解决上述技术问题。
为实现上述目的本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种增压空气冷却器,包括本体、冷却液箱、进液口、出液口、矩形管、波形板、顶座、挡板、连接座、Z型孔,所述本体左右两侧分别安装有结构相同的冷却液箱,两个所述冷却液箱分别开有进液口、出液口,两个所述冷却液箱之前接通有等距的矩形管,两两所述矩形管之间固定有波形板,所述本体顶部固定有顶座,所述本体前后分别安装有挡板,所述挡板顶部固定有连接座,所述挡板通过连接座与顶座铰接,所述挡板内部贯穿有多个等距的Z型孔。
在上述技术方案基础上,所述挡板底部与本体通过磁片磁吸连接。
在上述技术方案基础上,所述挡板沿顶座旋转角度为180°。
在上述技术方案基础上,所述挡板材质为PVC材质。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:本发明的挡板能够对波形板进行遮挡,同时Z型孔有效避免了灰尘渗入到波形板内,造成难以清理的现象,挡板能够通过旋转打开,以便对本体的维修和清理,保证本体的冷却效率,使本体使用寿命延长。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细阐述。
如图1-4所示,一种增压空气冷却器,包括本体1、冷却液箱2、进液口3、出液口4、矩形管5、波形板6、顶座7、挡板8、连接座9、Z型孔10,所述本体1左右两侧分别安装有结构相同的冷却液箱2,两个所述冷却液箱2分别开有进液口3、出液口4,两个所述冷却液箱2之前接通有等距的矩形管5,两两所述矩形管5之间固定有波形板6,所述本体1顶部固定有顶座7,所述本体1前后分别安装有挡板8,所述挡板8顶部固定有连接座9,所述挡板8通过连接座9与顶座7铰接,所述挡板8内部贯穿有多个等距的Z型孔10。
所述挡板8底部与本体1通过磁片磁吸连接。
所述挡板8沿顶座7旋转角度为180°。
所述挡板8材质为PVC材质。
本发明的工作原理:本体在工作状态下,Z型孔与波形板想通,不影响波形板温度传递,Z型孔有效阻挡灰尘无法进入波形板内,挡板能够手动旋转,结构简单,使用方便。

1.一种增压空气冷却器,包括本体(1)、冷却液箱(2)、进液口(3)、出液口(4)、矩形管(5)、波形板(6)、顶座(7)、挡板(8)、连接座(9)、Z型孔(10),其特征在于:所述本体(1)左右两侧分别安装有结构相同的冷却液箱(2),两个所述冷却液箱(2)分别开有进液口(3)、出液口(4),两个所述冷却液箱(2)之前接通有等距的矩形管(5),两两所述矩形管(5)之间固定有波形板(6),所述本体(1)顶部固定有顶座(7),所述本体(1)前后分别安装有挡板(8),所述挡板(8)顶部固定有连接座(9),所述挡板(8)通过连接座(9)与顶座(7)铰接,所述挡板(8)内部贯穿有多个等距的Z型孔(10)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种增压空气冷却器,其特征在于:所述挡板(8)底部与本体(1)通过磁片磁吸连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种增压空气冷却器,其特征在于:所述挡板(8)沿顶座(7)旋转角度为180°。
