Abstract
一种模内镶件注塑模具的流道浇口结构,包括浇口、流道和膜片,浇口一端与模具型腔连通,另一端与流道连通,流道靠近浇口处采用扇形流道,膜片边沿位于流道上方,扇形流道上镶嵌有镶件,镶件为长条形结构,镶件的一侧与膜片边沿相抵接。该流道浇口结构,通过在流道浇口处设置镶件结构,替换传统IML模具中采用的滑块或斜顶结构,有效简化了现有模具结构,降低了流道重量,同时减少了塑料用量,降低了产品单价。

技术领域
本发明涉及模具技术领域,尤其涉及模内镶件注塑技术,具体的是一种模内镶件注塑模具的流道浇口结构。
背景技术
当前模具行业中使用的模内镶件注塑模具,为预防注射时融熔塑料从膜片侧面流入模腔冲走膜片,通常在模具上设计滑块或斜顶以实现流道反转,流道从滑块下面绕行流动,融熔塑料利用滑块阻挡反转流到膜片下面,有效解决了膜片被塑料冲走的问题,但这种模具结构复杂,模具制作成本高,同时流道需要设计的很大,造成注塑生产时塑料用量增加,进一步抬高了注塑产品的单价。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的缺点,提供了一种模内镶件注塑模具的流道浇口结构,通过在流道浇口处设置镶件结构,替换传统IML模具中采用的滑块或斜顶结构,有效简化了现有模具结构,降低了流道重量,同时减少了塑料用量,降低了产品单价。
本发明的这种模内镶件注塑模具的流道浇口结构,包括浇口、流道和膜片,所述浇口一端与模具型腔连通,另一端与所述流道连通,其中,所述流道靠近浇口处采用扇形流道,所述膜片边沿位于所述扇形流道上方,所述扇形流道上镶嵌有镶件,所述镶件为长条形结构,所述镶件的一侧与所述膜片边沿相抵接。
进一步的,所述扇形流道的纵截面长50mm,高50mm。
进一步的,所述镶件底部采用与所述扇形流道相匹配的扇形结构。
本发明的工作原理是:注塑时融熔塑料通过流道和浇口进入模具型腔内,当融熔塑料经过扇形流道时,利用镶件的阻挡反转流到膜片下方,替代了传统流道靠滑块或斜顶实现的反转。
本发明和已有技术相比较,其效果是积极和明显的。本发明通过在流道浇口处设置镶件结构,替换传统IML模具中采用的滑块或斜顶结构,有效简化了现有模具结构,降低了流道重量,同时减少了塑料用量,降低了产品单价。

实施例1:
如图1和图2所示,本发明的这种模内镶件注塑模具的流道浇口结构,包括浇口1、流道2和膜片3,浇口1一端与模具型腔连通,另一端与流道2连通,流道2靠近浇口1处采用扇形流道201,膜片3边沿位于扇形流道201上方,扇形流道201上镶嵌有镶件4,镶件4为长条形结构,镶件4的一侧与膜片3边沿相抵接。
进一步的,扇形流道201的纵截面长50mm,高50mm。
进一步的,镶件4底部采用与扇形流道201相匹配的扇形结构401。

1.一种模内镶件注塑模具的流道浇口结构,包括浇口、流道和膜片,所述浇口一端与模具型腔连通,另一端与所述流道连通,其特征在于:所述流道靠近浇口处采用扇形流道,所述膜片边沿位于所述扇形流道上方,所述扇形流道上镶嵌有镶件,所述镶件为长条形结构,所述镶件的一侧与所述膜片边沿相抵接。
2.如权利要求1所述的模内镶件注塑模具的流道浇口结构,其特征在于:所述镶件底部采用与所述扇形流道相匹配的扇形结构。
