Abstract

本发明公开了一种路面防滑涂料配方,包括粉剂和粘合剂,所述粉剂由水泥、白刚玉、石英砂、氧化锆、硅石、矿渣、氯化铝和陶瓷组成;所述粘合剂由沥青、天然橡胶、丁腈橡胶、丙烯酸树脂、聚酰胺酸树脂、苯乙烯化苯酚组成。与现有技术相比,本发明涂覆于水泥路的表面,能够提高水泥路的防滑性能,且材料具有高效的韧性,不易开裂,还能够保护水泥路面,提高水泥路的使用寿命,具有推广应用的价值。

一种路面防滑涂料配方
技术领域
本发明涉及一种道路施工材料,尤其涉及一种路面防滑涂料配方。
背景技术
道路从词义上讲就是供各种无轨车辆和行人通行的基础设施;按其使用特点分为公路、城市道路、乡村道路、厂矿道路、林业道路、考试道路、竞赛道路、汽车试验道路、车间通道以及学校道路等,现有技术中,道路大多是水泥路,公路大多是沥青与小石子混合凝固的路面,对于水泥路,保持路面平整是关键,而路面平整就比较光滑,不起到防滑作用,现有技术中一班是在水泥路的表面设置划痕起防滑作用,虽然有一定的效果,但防滑性能仍然欠佳,因此,存在改进空间。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种路面防滑涂料配方。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的:
本发明包括粉剂和粘合剂,所述粉剂由水泥、白刚玉、石英砂、氧化锆、硅石、矿渣、氯化铝和陶瓷组成;所述粘合剂由沥青、天然橡胶、丁腈橡胶、丙烯酸树脂、聚酰胺酸树脂、苯乙烯化苯酚组成。
优选的,所述粉剂中,按重量份,所述水泥35%、所述白刚玉5%、所述石英砂15%、所述氧化锆5%、所述硅石10%、所述矿渣10%、所述氯化铝5%、所述陶瓷15%。
优选的,所述粘合剂中,按重量份,所述沥青35%、所述天然橡胶15%、所述丁腈橡胶15%、所述丙烯酸树脂10%、所述聚酰胺酸树脂10%、所述苯乙烯化苯酚15%。
进一步,所述粉剂的制备将白刚玉、石英砂、氧化锆、硅石、矿渣、氯化铝和陶瓷粉碎成2-4mm的颗粒状与水泥混合而成。
进一步,所述粘合剂的制备中,将沥青、天然橡胶、丁腈橡胶加热融化,融化后加入聚酰胺酸树脂、苯乙烯化苯酚搅拌均匀冷却而成。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明是一种路面防滑涂料配方,与现有技术相比,本发明涂覆于水泥路的表面,能够提高水泥路的防滑性能,且材料具有高效的韧性,不易开裂,还能够保护水泥路面,提高水泥路的使用寿命,具有推广应用的价值。

下面对本发明作进一步说明:
本发明包括粉剂和粘合剂,所述粉剂由水泥、白刚玉、石英砂、氧化锆、硅石、矿渣、氯化铝和陶瓷组成;所述粘合剂由沥青、天然橡胶、丁腈橡胶、丙烯酸树脂、聚酰胺酸树脂、苯乙烯化苯酚组成。
优选的,所述粉剂中,按重量份,所述水泥35%、所述白刚玉5%、所述石英砂15%、所述氧化锆5%、所述硅石10%、所述矿渣10%、所述氯化铝5%、所述陶瓷15%。
优选的,所述粘合剂中,按重量份,所述沥青35%、所述天然橡胶15%、所述丁腈橡胶15%、所述丙烯酸树脂10%、所述聚酰胺酸树脂10%、所述苯乙烯化苯酚15%。
进一步,所述粉剂的制备将白刚玉、石英砂、氧化锆、硅石、矿渣、氯化铝和陶瓷粉碎成2-4mm的颗粒状与水泥混合而成。
进一步,所述粘合剂的制备中,将沥青、天然橡胶、丁腈橡胶加热融化,融化后加入聚酰胺酸树脂、苯乙烯化苯酚搅拌均匀冷却而成。
本发明使用时,将粘合剂加热融化,再将粉剂和粘合剂按1比1趁热搅拌均匀,再涂覆于水泥路的表面上,冷却后初步凝固,待12小时候最终凝固。经检测,摩擦系数为0.68。

1.一种路面防滑涂料配方,其特征在于:包括粉剂和粘合剂,所述粉剂由水泥、白刚玉、石英砂、氧化锆、硅石、矿渣、氯化铝和陶瓷组成;所述粘合剂由沥青、天然橡胶、丁腈橡胶、丙烯酸树脂、聚酰胺酸树脂、苯乙烯化苯酚组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的路面防滑涂料配方,其特征在于:所述粉剂中,按重量份,所述水泥35%、所述白刚玉5%、所述石英砂15%、所述氧化锆5%、所述硅石10%、所述矿渣10%、所述氯化铝5%、所述陶瓷15%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的路面防滑涂料配方,其特征在于:所述粘合剂中,按重量份,所述沥青35%、所述天然橡胶15%、所述丁腈橡胶15%、所述丙烯酸树脂10%、所述聚酰胺酸树脂10%、所述苯乙烯化苯酚15%。
4.根据权利要求2所述的路面防滑涂料配方,其特征在于:所述粉剂的制备将白刚玉、石英砂、氧化锆、硅石、矿渣、氯化铝和陶瓷粉碎成2-4mm的颗粒状与水泥混合而成。
5.根据权利要求3所述的路面防滑涂料配方,其特征在于:所述粘合剂的制备中,将沥青、天然橡胶、丁腈橡胶加热融化,融化后加入聚酰胺酸树脂、苯乙烯化苯酚搅拌均匀冷却而成。
