本发明涉及石油化工领域,涉及一种新型柴油机喷油泵校泵油及其制造方法,包括以下重量百分比含量的组分:润滑性改进剂0.02%~0.03%,十二烷基丁二酸0.002%~0.005%,石油磺酸钡0.001%~0.005%,抗氧剂0.1%~0.5%,矿物油99%~99.9%,本发明所提供的柴油机喷油泵校泵油,通过对矿物油、防锈剂、抗氧剂和润滑性改进剂四者关系的最佳复配,达到相互协同配合,得到了防锈性能良好的柴油机喷油泵校泵油。

技术领域
本发明涉及石油化工领域,涉及一种柴油机喷油泵校泵油及其制造方法。
背景技术
柴油机喷油泵校泵油是油嘴油泵行业作为柴油机喷油泵的流量校验以及喷油嘴的密封喷雾试验时的设备标定专用油,校泵后不清洗,在正常情况下存放一年期间,仍有正常的性能。各造泵厂、修泵厂在喷油泵调试时,一般选用0#轻柴油作为校泵油,但随着储存时间的延长,0#轻柴油酸值增加,缩短了泵的封存期,另外会导致胶质的产生或使泵的零部件锈蚀。因此如何提供一种更加合适的柴油机喷油泵校泵油成为本领域亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明针对现有柴油机喷油泵校泵油存在的诸多问题,提供了一种新型柴油机喷油泵校泵油及其制造方法,其组分按重量份计为:润滑性改进剂0.02~0.03份,十二烷基丁二酸0.002~0.005份,石油磺酸钡0.001~0.005份,抗氧剂0.1~0.5份,矿物油99~99.9份;本发明所提供的柴油机喷油泵校泵油,通过对矿物油、防锈剂、抗氧剂和润滑性改进剂四者关系的最佳复配,达到相互协同配伍,得到了防锈性能良好的柴油机喷油泵校泵油。
本发明的完成参照了标准GB/T 8029-2010(柴油机喷油泵校泵油)的要求,可以作为柴油机喷油泵的调试、校验和标定,同时具有调试前的清洗和调试后短期防锈的功能。
本发明的具体的技术方案如下:
一种新型柴油机喷油泵校泵油及其制造方法,其组分按重量份计为:润滑性改进剂0.02~0.03份,十二烷基丁二酸0.002~0.005份,石油磺酸钡0.001~0.005份,抗氧剂0.1~0.5份,矿物油99~99.9份;
润滑性改进剂为油酸、油酸甘油酯中的一种或两种混合物,该润滑性改进剂属于极性化合物,可以吸附在金属表面形成一层保护膜,减少运动时金属零部件之间的摩擦,延长其使用寿命。
抗氧剂选自2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、苯基-α-苯胺、辛基-丁基二苯、烷基化二苯胺或任意一种或几种,上述抗氧剂能防止油品氧化,从而抑制胶质的产生以及酸值的增加。
上述组方中,十二烷基丁二酸和石油磺酸钡属于防锈剂,防止油品对金属产生锈蚀。
所述的矿物油为白油,具有酸值小,芳烃含量低的优点,从市场上直接购得。
除此之外发明人还提供了上述柴油机喷油泵校泵油的制造方法,其具体过程为:按照比例先将所需的组分加入到容器中,然后再加入矿物油,加热至50~60℃,并搅拌20~40min至均匀,得到透亮产品。
综上所述,本发明所提供的柴油机喷油泵校泵油,通过对矿物油、防锈剂、抗氧剂和润滑性改进剂四者关系的最佳复配,达到相互协同配伍,得到了防锈性能良好的柴油机喷油泵校泵油。

下面结合实施例来进一步说明本发明,可以使本领域技术人员更全面的理解本发明,但不以任何方式限制本发明。
下述实施例中的柴油机喷油泵校泵油的制造方法,其具体过程为:按照比例先将所需的组分除矿物油外加入到容器中,然后再加入矿物油,加热至50~60℃,并搅拌20~40min至均匀,得到透亮产品即可,发明人不再在每个实施例中赘述;

将上述实施例1-3制备获得的柴油机喷油泵校泵油进行了相关的性能检测,检测获得的相关指标如表1所示:
以上指标参照标准GB/T 8029-2010(柴油机喷油泵校泵油)进行检测,其中实施例1中的测试指标最佳,是本申请的最佳技术方案,而整个技术方案的技术效果与0#柴油作为校泵油相比,本发明的喷油泵校泵油的优点在于:闪点高,在存放和使用过程中更安全;倾点低,使用环境温度更广泛;防锈性能更好,柴油机喷油泵调试完成后,不需清洗,短时间内存放不锈蚀,不但可以作为柴油机喷油泵的调试、校验和标定,同时具有调试前的清洗和调试后短期防锈的功能。

1.一种柴油机喷油泵校泵油,其特征在于:其组分按重量份计为:润滑性改进剂0.02~0.03份,十二烷基丁二酸0.002~0.005份,石油磺酸钡0.001~0.005份,抗氧剂0.1~0.5份,矿物油99~99.9份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的柴油机喷油泵校泵油,其特征在于:所述的润滑性改进剂为油酸、油酸甘油酯中的一种或两种混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的柴油机喷油泵校泵油,其特征在于:所述的抗氧剂2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、苯基-α-苯胺、辛基-丁基二苯、烷基化二苯胺或任意一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的柴油机喷油泵校泵油,其特征在于:所述的矿物油为白油。
5.权利要求1所述柴油机喷油泵校泵油的制造方法,其特征在于,其具体过程为:按照比例先将所需的各组分除矿物油外加入容器中,再加入矿物油,加热至50~60℃,并搅拌20~40min至均匀,得到透亮产品即可。
