Abstract
The invention relates to a diaphragm set assembling tool and a using method thereof. The assembling tool comprises an upper clamping plate, a lower clamping plate and a nut; the lower clamping plate is an annular plate and is provided with lower clamping plate through holes which correspond to the positions of the diaphragm bolt holes and are the same in number, the lower clamping plate is also uniformly provided with stand columns which are the same in number with the lower clamping plate through holes, when the diaphragm is placed on the lower clamping plate, each edge of the diaphragm corresponds to one stand column respectively due to the distribution positions of the stand columns, the stand columns can limit the rotation of the diaphragm, and the upper ends of the stand columns are provided with external threads matched with nuts; the upper plate is an annular plate, is provided with upper plate through holes which correspond to the positions of the diaphragm bolt holes and are the same in quantity, and is also evenly provided with upright post holes corresponding to the positions and the quantity of the upright posts. By using the assembling tool, the labor efficiency can be improved, the labor intensity can be reduced, the precise positioning of the diaphragm group can be realized, and the assembling quality of the diaphragms can be improved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of mechanical assembly, in particular to a diaphragm group assembling tool and a using method thereof.
Background
The motor of the SP mill is typically coupled to a speed reducer through a diaphragm pack to cushion mechanical shocks generated by the high speed operation of the motor. The diaphragm group is a component of the diaphragm coupling and is formed by overlapping a plurality of metal sheets (or called diaphragms), a plurality of bolt holes are distributed in the metal sheets along the circumference, the bolt holes in the overlapped metal sheets are also overlapped with each other and are assembled into a whole by sleeves penetrating through the bolt holes, each sleeve is two hollow bolts, one of the two hollow bolts is provided with an external thread, the other hollow bolt is provided with an internal thread, and the two hollow bolts are in threaded connection to fix the overlapped diaphragms together. For example, the diaphragm group used in the SP mill is composed of 30 thin steel plates (2 mm/plate) stacked.
During the assembly process of the membrane group, the following difficulties exist: firstly, because of the lack of a special positioning device, a great deal of time is spent on positioning between the diaphragms, and the positioning precision is not high; secondly, the installation of the sleeve can only be screwed up by a plurality of persons with pipe tongs, which wastes time and labor.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above-mentioned shortcomings of the prior art, the present invention at least aims to provide a diaphragm set assembling tool and a method for using the same, so as to improve the assembling efficiency and quality of the diaphragm set.
To achieve the above and other related objects, an embodiment of the present invention provides a diaphragm assembly tool, in which a diaphragm is a polygonal ring-shaped diaphragm, bolt holes on the diaphragm are located at the intersection of each two sides, and the assembly tool includes an upper clamping plate, a lower clamping plate, and a nut; the lower clamping plate is an annular plate and comprises an annular lower clamping plate main body, the lower clamping plate main body is provided with lower clamping plate through holes which correspond to the diaphragm bolt holes in position and are the same in number, and the diameters of the lower clamping plate through holes are larger than the diameters of the diaphragm bolt holes; the lower clamping plate main body is also uniformly provided with stand columns with the same number as the through holes of the lower clamping plate, the stand columns are distributed so that when the diaphragm is placed on the lower clamping plate, each edge of the diaphragm corresponds to one stand column respectively, the stand columns can limit the rotation of the diaphragm, and the upper ends of more than two stand columns which are uniformly distributed are provided with external threads matched with nuts; the upper clamping plate is an annular plate and comprises an annular upper clamping plate main body, the upper clamping plate main body is provided with upper clamping plate through holes which correspond to the diaphragm bolt holes in position and are the same in number, and the diameters of the upper clamping plate through holes are larger than the diameters of the diaphragm bolt holes; upright post holes corresponding to the positions and the number of the upright posts are uniformly arranged on the upper splint main body.
In one embodiment, the assembly tool further comprises a rotary wrench, the rotary wrench comprises a rotary wrench main body and a holding rod, the rotary wrench main body is cylindrical, the cross section of the inner wall of the rotary wrench main body is a regular hexagon and is matched with the head of the sleeve for assembling the diaphragm, and the holding rod penetrates into one side of the outer wall of the rotary wrench main body and penetrates out of the other side of the outer wall of the rotary wrench main body.
In one embodiment, the upper and lower jaws are made of 45# steel.

The invention also provides a use method of the diaphragm set assembling tool, which comprises the following steps: placing the lower clamping plate on a flat working surface; stacking the membrane on the lower clamping plate; after the diaphragms are stacked, the upper clamping plate is covered, and the stand columns on the lower clamping plate penetrate through the stand column holes on the upper clamping plate; the nut is screwed on the upper end of the upright post and is screwed on the upper clamping plate.
The invention also provides another use method of the diaphragm set assembling tool, which comprises the following steps: placing the lower clamping plate on a flat working surface; stacking the membrane on the lower clamping plate; after the diaphragms are stacked, the upper clamping plate is covered, and the stand columns on the lower clamping plate penetrate through the stand column holes on the upper clamping plate; screwing a nut at the upper end of the upright post and screwing the nut on the upper clamping plate; and (5) screwing the sleeve penetrating through the membrane bolt hole by using a screwing wrench to complete the membrane assembly.
The technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention can obtain the following technical effects: the labor efficiency is improved, and the labor intensity is reduced; the accurate positioning of the diaphragm group is realized, so that the assembly quality of the diaphragm is improved.

In order to shorten the assembly time of the diaphragm group and improve the assembly quality of the diaphragm, the invention designs a set of tool which can be specially used for assembling the diaphragm group, wherein the tool comprises an upper clamping plate, a lower clamping plate, a nut and a rotary wrench. The diaphragm is a polygonal annular diaphragm, namely the inner periphery of the diaphragm is circular, and the outer periphery of the diaphragm is polygonal. The annular main body part of the diaphragm is uniformly provided with a plurality of bolt holes along the circumference, and the bolt holes are positioned at the intersection of each two sides of the polygon. The upper clamping plate and the lower clamping plate can be made of 45# steel, and can be manufactured according to the size of the diaphragm and the size of the bolt hole in the diaphragm, so that the diaphragm can be compressed, and the movement of the diaphragm in the assembling process is prevented.
Fig. 1-7 illustrate one embodiment of the diaphragm set assembly tool of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1-2, the lower plate is an annular plate, and includes an annular lower plate body 1. The annular lower splint main body 1 is provided with lower splint through holes 12 corresponding to the positions of the diaphragm bolt holes and having the same number, and the diameter of the lower splint through holes is larger than that of the diaphragm bolt holes so as to allow the head of one of the sleeves to pass through. The lower splint main body 1 is also evenly provided with upright posts 11 with the same number as the through holes of the lower splint. The upper end of the upright post 11 is provided with an external thread. When this stand 11's distribution position made the diaphragm place on the lower plate, each limit of diaphragm corresponds a stand 11 respectively, and stand 11 can restrict the rotation of diaphragm, can make the diaphragm just blocked in each stand inboard, realizes the accurate positioning to the diaphragm.
As shown in fig. 3 to 4, the upper clamp plate is also an annular plate, and includes an annular upper clamp plate main body 2, and the upper clamp plate main body 2 is provided with upper clamp plate through holes 21 corresponding to the positions of the diaphragm bolt holes and having the same number, and the diameter of the upper clamp plate through holes is larger than that of the diaphragm bolt holes so as to allow the head of one of the sleeves to pass through. The upper splint main body 2 is also evenly provided with upright post holes 22 corresponding to the upright posts 11.
As shown in fig. 5 to 7, the rotary wrench includes a cylindrical rotary wrench body 3, and the rotary wrench body 3 has a regular hexagonal cross section on its inner wall and fits with the regular hexagonal head of (one of) the diaphragm assembling sleeves. The holding rod 31 penetrates through one side of the outer wall of the rotating wrench body 3 and penetrates out of the other side of the outer wall of the rotating wrench body 3. The tightening wrench can also be made of 45# steel.
In use, the lower clamping plate 1 is first placed on a flat work surface, such as the ground, on which the film sheets are stacked, and no holes need to be drilled when stacking the film sheets due to the posts 11. The upper clamping plate 2 is covered after the membranes are stacked, and the upright post 11 on the lower clamping plate 1 passes through the upright post hole 22 on the upper clamping plate 2. To compress the stacked membranes, the same number of nuts as the number of the posts 11 are screwed onto the upper ends of the posts 11 and screwed onto the upper clamping plate 2. And then, screwing the sleeve penetrating through the membrane bolt hole by using a screwing wrench to finish the assembly of the membrane. When the assembling tool is used for positioning and assembling operation, the sleeve on the lower side can be penetrated in advance from the lower part of the through hole 12 of the lower clamping plate 1, and the sleeve can be penetrated from two sides respectively after the positioning is finished.
The technical scheme provided by the invention can obtain the following beneficial effects:
1. the labor efficiency is improved: the original workload of 4 people multiplied by 8 hours can be completed only by 2 people multiplied by 6 hours, thereby not only saving the manpower, but also correspondingly reducing the labor intensity.
2. The assembly quality is guaranteed: the tool can realize accurate positioning of the diaphragm group, so that the assembly quality of the diaphragm is improved.

the upper clamping plate is an annular plate and comprises an annular upper clamping plate main body, the upper clamping plate main body is provided with upper clamping plate through holes which correspond to the diaphragm bolt holes in position and are the same in number, and the diameters of the upper clamping plate through holes are larger than the diameters of the diaphragm bolt holes; upright post holes corresponding to the positions and the number of the upright posts are uniformly arranged on the upper splint main body.

the assembly tool further comprises a rotary wrench, the rotary wrench comprises a rotary wrench main body and a holding rod, the rotary wrench main body is cylindrical, the cross section of the inner wall of the rotary wrench main body is in a regular hexagon shape, the holding rod is matched with the head of the sleeve for assembling the diaphragm, the holding rod penetrates from one side of the outer wall of the rotary wrench main body, and the holding rod penetrates out from the other side of the outer wall of the rotary wrench main body.

the upper clamping plate and the lower clamping plate are made of 45# steel.

placing the lower clamping plate on a flat working surface;
stacking the membrane on the lower clamping plate;
after the diaphragms are stacked, the upper clamping plate is covered, and the stand columns on the lower clamping plate penetrate through the stand column holes on the upper clamping plate;
the nut is screwed on the upper end of the upright post and is screwed on the upper clamping plate.
6. A method of using the membrane cluster tool of claim 2, wherein:
placing the lower clamping plate on a flat working surface;
stacking the membrane on the lower clamping plate;
after the diaphragms are stacked, the upper clamping plate is covered, and the stand columns on the lower clamping plate penetrate through the stand column holes on the upper clamping plate;
screwing a nut at the upper end of the upright post and screwing the nut on the upper clamping plate;
and (5) screwing the sleeve penetrating through the membrane bolt hole by using a screwing wrench to complete the membrane assembly.
