The sewing mechanism 72 includes a plurality of sewing machines mounted on the transfer path behind the hemming mechanism 71, the sewing machines being disposed on both sides of the transfer path to sew the hemming of the cloth.
The folding device 8 is used for folding the hemmed cloth into a small-volume sheet structure.
As shown in fig. 8, the folding device 8 includes a first folding mechanism 81, a second folding mechanism 82, and a third folding mechanism 83, the first folding mechanism 81, the second folding mechanism 82, and the third folding mechanism 83 are sequentially installed on a conveying path after the sewing mechanism 72, and the first folding mechanism 81, the second folding mechanism 82, and the third folding mechanism 83 sequentially fold the cloth in half and fold the cloth in half in three different directions.

The hanging belt clamping mechanism 6 clamps and straightens the end part of the hanging belt, the deflector rod moves to the upper part of the hanging belt, and presses down the hanging belt to pass through a gap between clamping arms of the hanging belt conveying mechanism 65, so that the hanging belt is folded in half, the clamping arms clamp the hanging belt after being folded in half, and finally the hanging belt is cut off by scissors, so that folding in half and cutting of the hanging belt are completed;
the hanging belt conveying mechanism 65 moves to the lower part of the conveying channel 51, and drives the folded hanging belt to the lower part of the conveying channel 51, so that the hanging belt and the cloth are combined together.
S70: hemming and sewing:
the cloth with the hanging belt is curled through the curling mechanism 71, the curled cloth is sewn and fixed through the sewing mechanism 72, and the edge of the hemming teeth 713 for downwards turning the cloth is folded inwards for the second time.
S80: cutting the sewing line;
the sewing thread between the cloth is cut by the sewing thread cutting mechanism 101, the cloth is separated, and the cut sewing thread is collected by the sewing thread absorbing mechanism 102.
S80: folding;
The curled cloth is sequentially folded three times along XYZ axes by the first folding mechanism 81, the second folding mechanism 82, and the third folding mechanism 83.
