技术领域
本发明涉及美发产品,特别涉及一种便携卷发器的电源线可拆装结构。
背景技术
目前,美发用的电器用具多种多样,根据不同的美发效果就有不同的功能,例如:卷发器、直发梳、卷发梳、烫发器、电吹风、电热风梳或直发器等类似产品,现有的这些用具的电转接部分,一般是采用外壳固定电源线卡槽连接,电转接不能拆卸的,不方便用具的摆放和携带。本申请能够解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的上述缺陷,提供一种便携卷发器的电源线可拆装结构。
为解决现有技术的上述缺陷,本发明提供的技术方案是:一种便携卷发器的电源线可拆装结构,包括器件尾套和转尾线,所述器件尾套内设有弹性卡接组件,所述转尾线插接入所述器件尾套内、并与所述弹性卡接组件卡接,所述转尾线卡入所述弹性卡接组件时、能够接通电路和任意旋转。
作为本发明便携卷发器的电源线可拆装结构的一种改进,所述弹性卡接组件包括尾部弹圈,所述尾部弹圈伸入至所述器件尾套内的一端设置有锁扣,所述锁扣内侧设有凸起,所述器件尾套内侧壁上设有弹簧凹槽,所述弹簧凹槽内设有尾部弹簧,所述尾部弹圈伸入至所述器件尾套内抵顶所述尾部弹簧。
作为本发明便携卷发器的电源线可拆装结构的一种改进,所述转尾线具有一插接端,所述插接端的外侧部设有环形凹槽,所述插接端的轴心处设有正极插接端口,所述插接端内还设有环形负极插接槽,所述锁扣的凸起与所述环形凹槽对接。
作为本发明便携卷发器的电源线可拆装结构的一种改进,所述器件尾套内还设有插座端子,所述插座端子上设有正极插芯和环状负极接触片,所述正极插芯对准所述正极插接端口插接,所述环状负极接触片与所述环形负极插接槽对接。
作为本发明便携卷发器的电源线可拆装结构的一种改进,推动所述尾部弹圈挤压所述尾部弹簧时、所述锁扣跟随所述尾部弹圈移动、并会与所述转尾线脱开连接。
作为本发明便携卷发器的电源线可拆装结构的一种改进,所述环形负极插接槽内设有电源负极接触端子,所述正极插接端口内设有电源正极接触端子。
作为本发明便携卷发器的电源线可拆装结构的一种改进,所述电源负极接触端子环绕所述环形负极插接槽内设置。
作为本发明便携卷发器的电源线可拆装结构的一种改进,所述转尾线的另一端为电源线埋入端,所述电源线埋入端与所述插接端之间形成一个大于90度的夹角。
作为本发明便携卷发器的电源线可拆装结构的一种改进,所述电源线埋入端的侧部设有一吊挂孔。
作为本发明便携卷发器的电源线可拆装结构的一种改进,所述电源线埋入端与所述插接端为一体注塑成型。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点是:本发明采用的电转接结构,通过器件尾套和转尾线的插接后能够旋转活动,器件尾套内设置了弹性卡接组件,转尾线插接入器件尾套内、并与弹性卡接组件卡接,转尾线卡入弹性卡接组件时、能够接通电路和任意旋转。转尾线在实现电性接通的同时,能够任意的旋转,而不会在使用的过程中不会对转尾线弯折或是弯曲,有效的保证转尾线的使用寿命。在一定程度上对电源线具有保护的作用。而且本产品电转接头能够适应各种美发器具的的电源对接,可以任意更换,通用性很强。

如图1、图2和图3所示,一种便携卷发器的电源线可拆装结构,包括器件尾套11和转尾线12,器件尾套11内设有弹性卡接组件101,转尾线12插接入器件尾套11内、并与弹性卡接组件101卡接,转尾线12卡入弹性卡接组件101时、能够接通电路和任意旋转。
优选的,弹性卡接组件101包括尾部弹圈102,尾部弹圈102伸入至器件尾套11内的一端设置有锁扣103,锁扣103内侧设有凸起104,器件尾套11内侧壁上设有弹簧凹槽105,弹簧凹槽105内设有尾部弹簧106,尾部弹圈102伸入至器件尾套11内抵顶尾部弹簧106。
优选的,转尾线12具有一插接端107,插接端107的外侧部设有环形凹槽108,插接端107的轴心处设有正极插接端口109,插接端107的内还设有环形负极插接槽110,锁扣103的凸起104与环形凹槽108对接。
优选的,器件尾套11内还设有插座端子111,插座端子11上设有正极插芯112和环状负极接触片113,正极插芯112对准正极插接端口109插接,环状负极接触片113与环形负极插接槽110对接;插座端子111与PCB板5电连接。
优选的,推动尾部弹圈102挤压尾部弹簧106时、锁扣103跟随尾部弹圈106移动、并会与转尾线12脱开连接。
优选的,环形负极插接槽110设有电源负极接触端子,正极插接端口109内设有电源正极接触端子。
优选的,电源负极接触端子环绕环形负极插接槽110内设置。环形负极插接槽110对接美发器具的接触端子时,能够使电源负极接触端子完全的接触到端子,保证电性的接通。环形负极插接槽110具有一定的插接定位作用。
优选的,转尾线12的另一端为电源线埋入端114,电源线埋入端114与插接端107之间形成一个大于90度的夹角。
优选的,电源线埋入端114的侧部设有一吊挂孔115。吊挂孔115有利于该电转接头的吊挂放置,方便操作人员取放。
优选的,电源线埋入端114与插接端115为一体注塑成型。电源正极接触端子和电源负极接触端子全部隐藏在转尾线内,使用的安全性能更高。
本发明采用的电转接结构,通过器件尾套和转尾线的插接后能够旋转活动,器件尾套内设置了弹性卡接组件,转尾线插接入器件尾套内、并与弹性卡接组件卡接,转尾线卡入弹性卡接组件时、能够接通电路和任意旋转。转尾线在实现电性接通的同时,能够任意的旋转,而不会在使用的过程中不会对转尾线弯折或是弯曲,有效的保证转尾线的使用寿命。

1.一种便携卷发器的电源线可拆装结构,包括器件尾套和转尾线,其特征在于,所述器件尾套内设有弹性卡接组件,所述转尾线插接入所述器件尾套内、并与所述弹性卡接组件卡接,所述转尾线卡入所述弹性卡接组件时、能够接通电路和任意旋转。
2.根据权利要求1所述的便携卷发器的电源线可拆装结构,其特征在于,所述弹性卡接组件包括尾部弹圈,所述尾部弹圈伸入至所述器件尾套内的一端设置有锁扣,所述锁扣内侧设有凸起,所述器件尾套内侧壁上设有弹簧凹槽,所述弹簧凹槽内设有尾部弹簧,所述尾部弹圈伸入至所述器件尾套内抵顶所述尾部弹簧。
3.根据权利要求2所述的便携卷发器的电源线可拆装结构,其特征在于,所述转尾线具有一插接端,所述插接端的外侧部设有环形凹槽,所述插接端的轴心处设有正极插接端口,所述插接端内还设有环形负极插接槽,所述锁扣的凸起与所述环形凹槽对接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的便携卷发器的电源线可拆装结构,其特征在于,所述器件尾套内还设有插座端子,所述插座端子上设有正极插芯和环状负极接触片,所述正极插芯对准所述正极插接端口插接,所述环状负极接触片与所述环形负极插接槽对接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的便携卷发器的电源线可拆装结构,其特征在于,推动所述尾部弹圈挤压所述尾部弹簧时、所述锁扣跟随所述尾部弹圈移动、并会与所述转尾线脱开连接。
6.根据权利要求4所述的便携卷发器的电源线可拆装结构,其特征在于,所述环形负极插接槽内设有电源负极接触端子,所述正极插接端口内设有电源正极接触端子。
7.根据权利要求6所述的便携卷发器的电源线可拆装结构,其特征在于,所述电源负极接触端子环绕所述环形负极插接槽内设置。
8.根据权利要求4所述的便携卷发器的电源线可拆装结构,其特征在于,所述转尾线的另一端为电源线埋入端,所述电源线埋入端与所述插接端之间形成一个大于90度的夹角。
9.根据权利要求8所述的便携卷发器的电源线可拆装结构,其特征在于,所述电源线埋入端的侧部设有一吊挂孔。
