In this embodiment, clinical data corresponding to hemodialysis patients are cleaned and stored in a clinical data center, and then clinic information data of the hemodialysis patients are acquired from the clinical data center, and then the clinic information data are automatically merged according to rules based on a patient main index EMPI engine to establish the patient main index.
The embodiment of the invention provides a method for determining detailed data of hemodialysis drugs, which is characterized in that a drug management system, an electronic medical record system and a blood purification information system are connected through an enterprise service bus, unified patient main indexes are set, data channels of various medical systems are opened, full-process drug administration management and control of hemodialysis patients are realized through special prescription and virtual verification and marketing technologies, the consistency of actual drug inventory and system inventory data is ensured, and the drug management efficiency and the patient satisfaction are improved.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of the method for determining the detail data of the hemodialysis drug, which includes the following steps:
step S201, determining detail data to be claimed of hemodialysis drugs in the drug management system according to a special prescription;
wherein the special prescription is pushed to the drug management system by the electronic medical record system.
Step S202, determining claim detail data of the hemodialysis medicine based on an actual verification and cancellation result in a medicine management system;
wherein the actual verification and cancellation are performed on the pharmacy deposit of the hemodialysis drug in the drug management system after the claim operation corresponding to the special prescription is completed.
Step S203, determining consumption detail data of the hemodialysis medicine in the medicine management system;
wherein the consumption specification data is pushed by the blood purification information system into the drug management system.
Step S204, determining the detail data of the hemodialysis medicine according to the detail data to be claimed, the claim detail data and the consumption detail data.
As shown in fig. 3, step S201 further includes the following steps:
step S301, the electronic medical record system generates a special prescription and pushes the special prescription to a medicine management system;
step S302, the patient finishes payment and goes to a pharmacy to take medicine;
step S303, checking the special prescription order received by the drug management system and the payment condition of the patient by a pharmacist;
step S304, the drug management system performs virtual verification (after verification and re-distribution), and updates detailed data to be claimed of hemodialysis drugs. The virtual verification refers to verification but no drug delivery.
As shown in fig. 4, step S301 further includes the following steps:
step S401, a patient selects a designated department to register;
step S402, a doctor prescribes a prescription (containing the name and the number of medicines) through an electronic medical record system, wherein the blood purification information system shares hemodialysis patient information to the electronic medical record system through an enterprise service bus, and the hemodialysis patient information comprises patient identification and the medication condition of a patient;
step S403, automatically judging whether the patient belongs to a hemodialysis type patient, executing step S404 when the judgment result is yes, and executing step S405 when the judgment result is no;
step S404, judging whether the quantity of the medicines exceeds the upper limit of the quantity of the medicines, if the judgment result is no, executing step S406, and if the judgment result is yes, executing step S407;
wherein, according to the certainty of the use type of the medicine of the patient and the controllability of the quantity, the only mutation parameters are as follows: when the patient's condition is unstable or worsens, the type and quantity of the medicine used in hemodialysis each time are unpredictable, so a regression analysis method is adopted to dynamically calculate the annual upper limit of medicine use of the patient, wherein the specific process of the regression analysis method is the prior art, and is not described herein again.
Step S405, opening the medicines according to the opening flow of the ordinary medicines, wherein the opening flow of the ordinary medicines is the prior art and is not described herein again.
Step S406, the electronic medical record system generates a special prescription and pushes the special prescription to a medicine management system;
step S407, reminding the doctor that the upper limit of the medicine amount is exceeded, and please re-open the prescription list to execute step S402.

step S603, the hemodialysis department staff goes to a pharmacy to take the medicine according to the medicine credential provided by the patient and the special prescription information in the system;
in step S604, the pharmacist performs actual verification of the drug in the drug administration system, and updates the hemodialysis drug claim detail data.
As shown in fig. 7, step S203 further specifically includes:
step S701, the patient completes the treatment;
step S702, the hemodialysis department staff updates the hemodialysis medicine consumption detail data of the patient in the blood purification information system and pushes the hemodialysis medicine consumption detail data to the medicine management system.
Fig. 8 is a schematic view illustrating a flow of a hemodialysis drug in an embodiment of the present invention.
After step S204, the method further includes:
receiving an inquiry request sent by a patient through a client, and providing detailed data of hemodialysis drugs for the patient according to the inquiry request.
In order to achieve the above technical object, an embodiment of the present application further provides an apparatus for determining hemodialysis drug detail data, where a blood purification information system, a drug management system, and an electronic medical record system are connected by an enterprise service bus and set a unified patient master index, as shown in fig. 9, including:
a first determining module 901, configured to determine details of a to-be-claimed item of a hemodialysis drug in the drug management system, which corresponds to a special prescription, according to the special prescription, where the special prescription is pushed into the drug management system by the electronic medical record system;
a second determining module 902, configured to determine claim detail data of the hemodialysis drug based on a result of actual verification and cancellation, where the actual verification and cancellation are performed on pharmacy storage of the hemodialysis drug in the drug management system after a claim operation corresponding to the special prescription is completed;
a third determining module 903, configured to determine consumption detail data of the hemodialysis drug in the drug management system, wherein the consumption detail data is pushed into the drug management system by the blood purification information system;
a fourth determining module 904, configured to determine the detail data of the hemodialysis drug according to the to-be-claimed detail data, the claim detail data, and the consumption detail data.
Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art will clearly understand that the present invention may be implemented by hardware, or by software plus a necessary general hardware platform. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present invention can be embodied in the form of a software product, which can be stored in a non-volatile storage medium (which can be a CD-ROM, a usb disk, a removable hard disk, etc.), and includes instructions for causing a computer device (which can be a personal computer, a server, or a network device, etc.) to execute the method according to the implementation scenarios of the present invention.

Claims (8)

1. A method of determining hemodialysis medication detail data, wherein a blood purification information system, a medication management system, and an electronic medical record system are connected via an enterprise service bus and set up a unified patient master index, the method comprising:
determining detail data to be claimed of hemodialysis drugs corresponding to a special prescription in the drug management system according to the special prescription, wherein the special prescription is pushed into the drug management system by the electronic medical record system;
determining claim detail data of the hemodialysis drug based on a result of actual verification and cancellation, wherein the actual verification and cancellation are performed on pharmacy storage of the hemodialysis drug in the drug management system after a claim operation corresponding to the special prescription is completed;
determining consumption profile data for the hemodialysis medication in the medication management system, wherein the consumption profile data is pushed into the medication management system by the blood purification information system;
determining the detail data of the hemodialysis medicine according to the detail data to be claimed, the detail data to be claimed and the consumption detail data;
the special prescription list comprises a patient identifier and prescription information of the hemodialysis medicine, and the detail data to be claimed of the hemodialysis medicine corresponding to the special prescription list in the medicine management system is determined according to the special prescription list, and specifically comprises the following steps:
virtually checking the hemodialysis medication in the medication management system based on the special prescription order;
determining the itemized data to be claimed based on the result of the virtual core cancellation.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising, after virtually checking the hemodialysis medication in the medication management system based on the special prescription order:
pushing the special prescription in the drug management system to the blood purification information system;
and updating detailed data to be claimed of the hemodialysis medicine in the blood purification information system according to the special prescription.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising, prior to determining, from a special prescription, details to be claimed of a hemodialysis medication in the medication management system corresponding to the special prescription, further comprising:
determining patient identification and medicine-opening quantity in an electronic prescription established by a doctor in an electronic medical record system;
judging whether the patient is a hemodialysis patient or not according to the patient identifier;
if yes, judging whether the annual prescription quantity corresponding to the prescription quantity exceeds the annual prescription upper limit of the hemodialysis medicine corresponding to the patient;
if not, generating the special prescription list in the electronic medical record system according to the electronic prescription list;
and pushing the special prescription list to the medicine management system.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein determining an upper annual bolus amount limit for each hemodialysis medication corresponding to the patient using regression analysis, and when it is determined that the annual bolus amount corresponding to the bolus amount exceeds the upper annual bolus amount limit for the hemodialysis medication corresponding to the patient, further comprising:
and prompting to reopen the prescription list in the electronic medical record system.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising, prior to determining consumption detail data for the hemodialysis medication in the medication management system:
updating the consumption detail data of the patient in the blood purification information system according to the medicine use condition of the patient;
pushing the consumption detail data in the blood purification information system to the drug management system.
6. The method of claim 1, further comprising, after determining the particulars data of the hemodialysis medication from the pending particulars data, the claiming particulars data, and the consumption particulars data:
receiving a query request sent by a patient through a client;
providing the patient with the detailed data of the hemodialysis medication according to the query request.
7. An apparatus for determining hemodialysis medication detail data, wherein a blood purification information system, a medication management system and an electronic medical record system are connected via an enterprise service bus and set up a unified patient master index, comprising:
the first determination module is used for determining detailed data to be claimed of hemodialysis drugs corresponding to a special prescription in the drug management system according to the special prescription, wherein the special prescription is pushed into the drug management system by the electronic medical record system;
a second determination module, configured to determine claim detail data of the hemodialysis drug based on a result of actual verification and cancellation, where the actual verification and cancellation are performed on pharmacy storage of the hemodialysis drug in the drug management system after a claim operation corresponding to the special prescription is completed;
a third determination module for determining consumption profile data of the hemodialysis drug in the drug management system, wherein the consumption profile data is pushed into the drug management system by the blood purification information system;
a fourth determining module, configured to determine detail data of the hemodialysis drug according to the to-be-claimed detail data, the claim detail data, and the consumption detail data;
the special prescription list comprises a patient identifier and prescription information of the hemodialysis medicine, and the detail data to be claimed of the hemodialysis medicine corresponding to the special prescription list in the medicine management system is determined according to the special prescription list, and specifically comprises the following steps:
virtually checking the hemodialysis medication in the medication management system based on the special prescription order;
determining the itemized data to be claimed based on the result of the virtual core cancellation.
8. A computer-readable storage medium having stored therein instructions which, when run on a terminal device, cause the terminal device to perform the method of determining hemodialysis drug detail data of any one of claims 1-6.
