Description

Adhesive for apron adhesive tape of hovercraft and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to an adhesive for an apron adhesive tape of a hovercraft and a preparation method thereof, in particular to an adhesive for bonding a framework material and a rubber coating layer in the apron adhesive tape of the hovercraft, belonging to the technical field of rubber.
Background
The apron of the hovercraft is made of rubberized fabric, and the rubberized fabric consists of framework materials (comprising nylon, polyester and the like) and a rubber-coated layer (rubber) on the surface. The apron is subjected to corrosion under severe conditions of deflection, abrasion, seawater, wind wave, aging and the like all year round under a dynamic environment, and abrasion, cracking and even delamination phenomena occur, so that the apron product fails. Therefore, the adhesive strength is one of the key factors affecting the performance of the blanket. In order to improve the adhesive strength, the surface treatment of the frame material is required to improve the adhesive strength between the rubber layer and the frame material.
Generally, a framework material woven by white gray cloth has low surface activity, and a commercial framework material is subjected to surface treatment by resorcinol-formaldehyde-latex (RFL) impregnation liquid to obtain an impregnated framework material which can be used. If the diene rubber material mainly comprising natural rubber is adopted, the bonding strength with the impregnated framework material is higher. However, natural rubber has poor aging resistance, and chloroprene rubber is adopted to improve the aging resistance of the rubber layer, but the chloroprene rubber has poor bonding strength with the impregnated framework material, so that the application of the chloroprene rubber is limited. The conventional neoprene adhesive is adopted to carry out secondary gluing treatment on the impregnated framework material, and the requirement of high bonding strength cannot be met.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide an adhesive for apron adhesive tapes of a hovercraft and a preparation method thereof.
In order to achieve the purpose of the invention, the following technical scheme is provided.
The adhesive for the apron adhesive tape of the hovercraft is characterized by comprising a component A and a component B, wherein the component A comprises chloroprene mixed rubber and xylene, the component B comprises cimex 402, and the mass ratio of the chloroprene mixed rubber to the xylene to the cimex 402 is 1: 1-6: 0.1-5. The chloroprene rubber compound comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
composition of matter Parts by mass
Chloroprene rubber CR244 100.0
MgO 2.0~4.0
ZnO 4.0~10.0
Stearic acid 0.5~2.0
Carbon Black N330 1.0~5.0
White carbon black 3.0~8.0
Sulfur 0.5~2.0
Anti-aging agent A 0.5~2.0
Adhesive RC 4.0~10.0
Wherein the antioxidant A is N-phenyl-alpha naphthylamine. The adhesive RC is a commercial compound-type m-whiting adhesive system. Kelvin 402 is a commercially available isocyanate-based adhesive.
A preparation method of an adhesive for apron adhesive tapes of a hovercraft comprises the following steps:
(1) preparation of chloroprene rubber compound: preparing materials: the neoprene gross rubber raw material composition and the mass portion requirement are proportioned; plasticating: thinly passing chloroprene rubber CR244 on an open mill for 10-20 times; open mixing: on a two-roller open mill, at the temperature of 40-60 ℃, after chloroprene rubber CR244, stearic acid, an anti-aging agent A, MgO, carbon black N330 and white carbon black are sequentially added, ZnO, an adhesive RC and sulfur are added; obtaining the chloroprene rubber compound after sheet discharge;
(2) cutting the chloroprene rubber compound into small pieces with the size of less than or equal to 100mm multiplied by 100mm, adding the small pieces into dimethylbenzene for swelling, wherein the swelling time is more than or equal to 10 hours; then stirring for 3-9 hours in an explosion-proof state to ensure that the components are completely dissolved and have no flocculent gel on the appearance, thus obtaining a component A;
(3) adding the component B into the component A, and stirring for 10-30min to obtain the adhesive for bonding the skeleton material and the rubber in the hovercraft apron.
Preferably, the roll spacing of the open mill is 1-5mm during plastication, and the roll temperature is 40-60 ℃.
Preferably, the thickness of the chloroprene rubber compound is 0.5 to 5 mm.
Preferably, the effective service time of the adhesive is not more than 8 hours.
Preferably, the adhesive is used for bonding the framework material and the adhesive coating layer in the apron adhesive tape of the hovercraft.
Advantageous effects
(1) The invention adopts an open mill to prepare the neoprene rubber compound serving as the adhesive, instead of banburying at the rubber discharge temperature of more than 100 ℃, so that the temperature of the rubber material is controlled between 40 and 60 ℃, and scorching and gel generation are effectively prevented. When the apron adhesive tape adopts chloroprene rubber as the adhesive layer, the requirement of the adhesive performance index of the framework material and the adhesive layer can be met.
(2) The sulfur can react with RFL butyl pyridine glue on the surface of the impregnated framework material to promote the binding force of the chloroprene rubber and the butyl pyridine, thereby improving the binding strength of the chloroprene rubber and the framework material.
(3) The adhesive is prepared just before use, the effective use time is not more than 8 hours, and the improvement of the adhesive performance is facilitated. The adhesive containing the kelvin can be subjected to crosslinking reaction with an RFL treating agent for dipping the surface of the framework material and can also be subjected to crosslinking reaction with chloroprene rubber compound containing sulfur, so that the adhesive strength of the chloroprene rubber layer and the framework material is improved.
