Description

Method for transporting and fixing module house
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of module buildings, and particularly relates to a method for transporting and fixing a module house.
Background
In recent years, the nation has been vigorously developing fabricated buildings in order to improve the building quality, reduce the emission of garbage at construction sites, accelerate the construction speed of projects and improve the construction efficiency. The modular building belongs to a higher-end product in an assembly type steel structure building, is a highly integrated building, is transported out of a factory after a main body frame and full decoration are finished in a factory, and is stacked and installed on site. The existing transport vehicles are special transport vehicles for containers and flat cars, the width of a fixable box body of the special transport vehicle for the containers is only 2438mm, and the internal space of a building is difficult to guarantee. The 17.5 m flatbed is without fixing means at the bottom and the modules can only be tied up from the top with a packing rope.
The prior art has the following disadvantages:
1. the size of the standard container is smaller for the internal space of a building system, so that the requirement on the internal size is difficult to ensure;
2. after the modules are hoisted, the flat-bed transport vehicle needs to pack and trap the module houses, which is time-consuming and labor-consuming;
3. the packaging process is easy to damage the exterior decoration material, and is not beneficial to the protection of the exterior facade product of the modular building.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention is directed to a method for fixing a module house during transportation, which fixes the module house through a shoulder-shaped member prefabricated in advance in a factory, and avoids the loss caused by displacement due to loose fixation of the module during the processes of starting, turning, braking, etc. during module transportation.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is realized as follows:
a method for transporting and fixing a module house comprises the following steps:
step A, processing the prefabricated part according to a drawing, and then coating;
b, on the body of the flat car, arranging the positions of the prefabricated parts according to the module size, determining the distance between two adjacent prefabricated parts, determining the using number of the prefabricated parts according to the module size and the number of the stand columns, and checking the size of the prefabricated parts after the prefabricated parts are placed to be fixed without errors;
c, selecting a proper positioning mechanism fixing point according to the actual size of the bottom of the module, and fixing the positioning mechanism after checking the error;
d, hoisting the module box, wherein all the positioning mechanisms penetrate through the corresponding module box corner pieces at the lower end of the module box upright columns, and the lifting appliance is removed after all the module box upright columns are located;
and E, penetrating a baffle plate from one end outside the module box corner piece, penetrating a positioning mechanism inside the module box corner piece until the baffle plate extends out of the other end of the module box corner piece, and limiting and clamping the module box corner piece.
Furthermore, a transportation fixing device is adopted and comprises lap joint flat plates, prefabricated parts and positioning mechanisms, the two positioning mechanisms are symmetrically and detachably fixed at two ends of the upper end of each lap joint flat plate, each prefabricated part comprises a vehicle body connecting plate and two rib plates, the vehicle body connecting plates are symmetrically fixed at two ends of the lower end of each lap joint flat plate, and the rib plates are fixed between the vehicle body connecting plates and the lap joint flat plates.
Furthermore, positioning mechanism includes bottom plate, first locating plate and two second locating plates, and first locating plate and two second locating plates are equal vertical fixation in bottom plate upper end, and two second locating plates are parallel to each other, and two second locating plates of first locating plate perpendicular to, the bottom plate passes through the bolt fastening on the overlap joint flat board.
Furthermore, the bottom plate is a rectangular plate, the length of the first positioning plate is equal to that of the bottom plate, the length of the second positioning plate is equal to that of the bottom plate, and the two second positioning plates are symmetrically fixed on the left side and the right side of the first positioning plate.
Furthermore, the first positioning plate is provided with an insertion hole which is positioned between the two second positioning plates, a baffle is inserted into the insertion hole, and the length of the baffle is greater than that of the corner piece of the module box.
Furthermore, four corners of the bottom plate are fixed on the lap joint flat plate through bolts.
Further, the jack is a rectangular hole.
Compared with the prior art, the method for transporting and fixing the module house has the following beneficial effects: the design requirement of the building scheme on a large-space module is realized through the matching of the prefabricated parts and the existing flat car, the complicated steps of the existing transportation fixing mode are also simplified, and meanwhile, the module room with the external decorative material cannot be damaged due to the original binding.
