Abstract

本发明涉及一种带超声探头的穿刺引流装置,是针对目前广泛用于外科手术中对实质性器官或组织内病变实施穿刺引流技术的改进应用,本发明从功能上包括:硅胶引流管,超声探头,穿刺针芯,位置及角度传感器,图像处理器及显示器,超声探头固定在穿刺针芯的头端,位置及角度传感器固定在穿刺针芯的尾端,超声探头的信号线集成在穿刺针芯的内部,与位置及角度传感器的信号线汇合后通过延长导线与图像处理及显示器连接。本装置将超声探头集成在引流管头端,术者仅仅操作引流管本身便可利用超声成像技术在穿刺前对病变做出可靠的定位,进而实施精确的穿刺操作,消除了其他穿刺辅助手段的不精确,不方便、费用高等弊端。

本发明涉及医疗器械领域,具体涉及一种带超声探头的穿刺引流管及附属装置。
背景技术
在医疗实践中,经常需要对实质性器官或组织内病变实施穿刺引流,如血肿或脓肿,因为组织不可透视,临床上一般会使用一些辅助手段来提高穿刺精度,常见的有:1.根据影像学资料及体表标志估计穿刺方向和深度,优点是方便简单,缺点是因为术前和术中的基线差异,经常出现穿刺点漂移的情况。2.术中B超定位,优点是实时引导,精度可靠,缺点是需要套无菌套,操作复杂易污染,且B超探头体积较大,在颅骨钻孔或腹腔镜下操作空间受限。3.三维导航***,精确可靠,缺点是需要术前佩戴框架,CT或MR扫描并规划,对设备及人员要求高,收费昂贵。
发明内容
本发明人结合了常规穿刺辅助手段的优缺点,设计了一种对实质性器官或组织内病变实施穿刺引流的新装置和方法,本发明设计了一种带超声探头的引流管,将超声晶片集成在引流管头端,通过摆动引流管而获得一定的扫描幅面,利用单振元摆动法原理成像,通过记录单个超声晶片的动态扫描回波数据,生成扫描幅面的实时声像图,从而实现了超声实时引导穿刺。
本发明的技术方案是:一种带超声探头的穿刺引流装置,包括:硅胶引流管,超声探头,穿刺针芯,位置及角度传感器,图像处理器及显示器,穿刺针芯***在硅胶引流管腔内,其头端与引流管头端平齐,超声探头固定在穿刺针芯的头端,位置及角度传感器固定在穿刺针芯的尾端,超声探头的信号线集成在穿刺针芯的内部,与位置及角度传感器的信号线汇合后通过延长导线与图像处理及显示器连接。
所述超声探头能依据电信号发出超声波,同时能接受回波并转化为电信号,所述位置及角度探测器能感知带针芯引流管的相对位移及角度变化,同时将其转化为电信号,超声探头的信号和位置及角度探测器的信号通过延长导线传输到图像处理器,所述图像处理器能整合超声探头的信号和位置及角度探测器的信号,重建出声像图并通过显示器显示出来。
本发明的优点:1、将超声探头直接集成在引流管头端,实时扫描目标区域,选择合适的穿刺方向和深度,期间还可以利用血管的多普勒效应探测穿刺路径上是否有大血管经过,进入穿刺道后还可以实时了解界面的深度,提高穿刺方向和深度的精确性;2、利用单振元摆动法原理成像,通过记录单个超声晶片的动态扫描回波数据,生成扫描幅面的实时声像图,这样避免了利用超声晶片阵列成像,从而实现了装置的微型化,同时降低了物料成本,可设计成一次性产品,提高使用的安全性;3、使用上与普通引流管方式接近,便于推广普及,造福患者。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的实施例作进一步详细描述。
如图1所示:一种带超声探头的穿刺引流装置,包括:硅胶引流管,超声探头,穿刺针芯,位置及角度传感器,图像处理器及显示器,穿刺针芯(2)***在硅胶引流管(3)腔内,其头端与引流管头端平齐,超声探头(1)固定在穿刺针芯的头端,位置及角度传感器(4)固定在穿刺针芯的尾端,超声探头的信号线集成在穿刺针芯(2)的内部,与位置及角度传感器的信号线汇合后通过延长导线(5)与图像处理及显示器(6)通过插接接头连接。
使用时,术者手持引流管(3)及附属装置(1)(2)(4),将引流管头端即超声探头(1)接触正常组织(b)的表面(c)上某一点,让探头开始差时发出超声波并接受回波,回波被转换为电信号后通过延长导线(5)传输到图像处理器中,经处理后得出一个一维的声像图,可将引流管在目前位置时其延长线方向的不同组织界面深度信息演示出来,引流管头端保持在这个接触点不变,以这个接触点为转点,按一定方向匀速摆动该引流管,使引流管的延长线扫过一个扇形区域,记录整个过程中超声探头的回波信号,同时采集并记录位置及角度传感器的数据,整合生成该扇形区域的二维声像图,便可知道病变组织(a)的形态及深度。在不同的方向重复该过程,可以进一步确认病变的位置。选择好理想的穿刺方向后,引流管可在一维声像图的引导下***组织内直到理想深度,保持硅胶引流管(3)的位置,拔出穿刺针芯(2)及超声探头(1),完成引流管穿刺操作。

1.一种带超声探头的穿刺引流装置,其特征在于,包括:硅胶引流管,超声探头,穿刺针芯,位置及角度传感器,图像处理器及显示器,超声探头固定于穿刺针芯头端,位置及角度传感器固定于穿刺针芯尾端,穿刺针芯贯穿***在硅胶引流管腔内,使其超声探头头端与引流管头端平齐,超声探头的信号和位置及角度传感器的信号通过导线传输给图像处理器及显示器,所述超声探头能依据电信号发出超声波,同时能接受回波并转化为电信号,所述位置及角度探测器能感知带针芯引流管的相对位移及角度变化,同时将其转化为电信号,超声探头的信号和位置及角度探测器的信号通过延长导线传输到图像处理器,所述图像处理器能整合超声探头的信号和位置及角度探测器的信号,重建出声像图并通过显示器显示出来。
2.根据权利要求书1所述一种带超声探头的穿刺引流装置,其特征在于,所述的延长导线通过插接接头与图像处理器及显示器相连,插接接头可以将前述引流管和图像处理器显示器分离,方便消毒,达到无菌区和污染区的分离。
