The LED lamp is connected through the WI-FI and is controlled by the instruction of the server to perform response actions of lighting, flashing and lamp-off of the LED lamp arranged on the rack and sound of the buzzer arranged on the rack; the circuit board is arranged on an electric appliance assembly of the movable gateway goods shelf, and is provided with an antenna for signal communication with a network; the circuit board is respectively connected with a power supply, a power switch, a network connection indicator lamp, a nixie tube display, an LED lamp and a buzzer through electric wires; all the position information of the gateway goods shelf with any number of lattice positions is numbered in advance and input into a computer, and thereby a platform capable of positioning and searching goods through wireless communication is established. The core control panel principle of the mobile gateway shelf is shown in fig. 7, which mainly comprises: an 8-bit singlechip unit is a main device for transmitting data instructions to output equipment such as a terminal LED lamp, a buzzer, a nixie tube and the like, and simultaneously performs data interaction with a wireless WI-FI module in a serial port mode, and performs data interaction with a server through a router; a wireless WI-FI module unit; a nixie tube driving circuit unit; a booster circuit and a terminal circuit LED output control section.
The above-mentioned embodiments are only preferred embodiments of the present invention, and all equivalent changes and modifications made within the scope of the claims of the present invention should be covered by the claims of the present invention.

Claims (14)

1. A mobile communication warehouse under the control of a cloud server comprises a gateway goods shelf with a mobile wireless communication function and scanning equipment, wherein the gateway goods shelf is provided with a gateway electrical assembly, a plurality of grid cabinets, universal wheels, an ID bar code representing the number of the goods shelf and a computer display screen which is wirelessly networked; the gateway electrical assembly comprises a gateway circuit, a group of digital lamps for representing time, address and sequence, and a group of LED colored lamps arranged beside each grid cabinet, wherein the gateway circuit is electrically connected with a battery and is wirelessly connected with a network through an antenna; the method is characterized in that after the gateway circuit is electrified and networked, the gateway circuit automatically completes communication protocol handshake with the cloud server, scans ID bar codes on gateway shelves one by one, uploads gateway shelf numbers to the cloud server, and after the cloud server binds all gateway shelf numbers, the cloud server realizes accurate positioning of each cargo in the moving gateway shelves and gateway shelf cabinets and real-time remote control of upper and lower gateway shelves in all communication coverage ranges; the gateway circuit comprises a voltage stabilizing circuit, a WI-FI module and a single chip microcomputer, wherein the WI-FI module is electrically connected with the single chip microcomputer, the WI-FI module is wirelessly connected with a network through an antenna, the voltage stabilizing circuit is electrically connected with the WI-FI module and the single chip microcomputer and supplies power to the WI-FI module and the single chip microcomputer, and the single chip microcomputer is electrically connected with the group of LED colored lamps; after the cloud server issues data, the WI-FI module and the single chip microcomputer process the data, convert the data into corresponding instruction types and drive the LED colored lamp to respond; the nixie tube driving chip drives the nixie tube lamp to respond according to the instruction, and displays relevant information of time, address and station number; the single chip transmits a data instruction to the terminal LED colored lamp, and simultaneously performs data interaction with the wireless WI-FI module in a serial port mode; the WI-FI module performs data interaction with the server through the router, and comprises battery power detection, key detection, serial port data processing and LED driving; the serial port data receives a data instruction of the wireless WI-FI, if a driving instruction is issued, the serial port data responds to the contents of different instructions to drive the output equipment of the LED, and simultaneously uploads the self state of the system to the WI-FI module; serial port tasks, TCP and UDP tasks, router connection and monitoring tasks are established in the operating system, an ad hoc network protocol is adopted in the process of interaction with the server, and serial port data are transmitted to the single chip microcomputer by the same ad hoc network protocol.

The warehouse in mobile communication under the control of cloud server of claim 1, wherein the gateway circuit further comprises a nixie tube lamp and a voltage boost circuit, the nixie tube lamp is electrically connected with the single chip microcomputer through a nixie tube driving chip, and the voltage boost circuit is electrically connected with the nixie tube lamp and the nixie tube driving chip and supplies power to the nixie tube lamp and the nixie tube driving chip.

The mobile communication warehouse controlled by the cloud server according to claim 2, wherein the gateway circuit is electrically connected with a buzzer, and the buzzer is electrically connected with the gateway power supply and the single chip microcomputer; the buzzer is connected and controlled by a cloud server instruction through WI-FI, and different actions are represented by different sounds in the cargo searching process, the cargo matching process and the working condition nodes of the cargo in-out cabinet.

The mobile communication warehouse under the control of the cloud server of claim 3, wherein the gateway circuit further comprises a gateway circuit board, after the gateway of the gateway circuit board is wirelessly connected with the network through an antenna, the gateway circuit board completes communication protocol handshaking with the cloud server, the scanning device scans the ID bar code, and uploads the scanned shelf number information to the cloud server, so that the binding of the cloud server to the shelf number is realized.

The mobile communication warehouse under the control of the cloud server of claim 1, wherein the electrical assembly further comprises a nixie tube display panel, the nixie tube display panel is fixedly connected to the electrical assembly, one surface of the nixie tube display panel faces the nixie lamp, and the other surface of the nixie tube display panel faces the outside of the shelf; the nixie tube display panel is made of transparent materials and is used for protecting the nixie tube lamp and displaying the nixie tube lamp in a transparent mode; the system is used for displaying the delivery time of the goods, the delivery address and the coding information of the goods-loading gathering station.

The mobile communication warehouse controlled by the cloud server according to claim 1, wherein the gateway shelf further comprises a wireless networked computer display screen, the computer display screen is fixedly connected to the top of the gateway shelf and electrically connected to the electrical appliance assembly, the computer display screen is wirelessly connected to the cloud server, receives cloud server information through a wireless network, synchronously displays and indicates the gateway shelf where goods are located and the accurate position and placement direction of the shelf where the goods are located, and dynamically displays the change information of the quantity of the goods loaded and unloaded; the display screen synchronously displays and indicates the position, the placing direction and the goods loading and unloading information of the shelf goods with a 'master control center' display monitoring screen of the cloud server through a wireless network, and dynamically records the quantity change of the goods loading and unloading through the synchronous on-off and flash redundancy confirmation of the LED colored lamps of the shelf cabinets; when LED color lamp hardware breaks down and conflicts with the display screen action, the indication is displayed on the display screen.

The cloud server controlled mobile communication warehouse of claim 6, wherein the cabinets comprise open cabinets and closed password cabinets; for a closed coded lock cabinet which is strong in privacy and needs a single cabinet to store goods independently, after scanning a two-dimensional code provided by a customer, a scanning device flashes an LED lamp, and meanwhile, a corresponding closed coded lock cabinet door is opened automatically; after the scanning device scans the two-dimensional code provided by the customer, the LED lamp flashes, and the corresponding closed coded lock cabinet door is automatically opened.
8. The cloud server controlled mobile communication warehouse of claim 1, wherein the gateway shelf container further comprises a set of casters with brakes; the universal wheel is used for moving the goods shelf, and the brake of the universal wheel is used for fixing the goods shelf.
9. The cloud server controlled mobile communication warehouse of claim 1, wherein the gateway power supply is a lithium battery pack during shelf movement and a fixed regulated power supply during shelf non-movement.
10. The cloud server controlled mobile communications warehouse of claim 1, wherein the electrical assembly further comprises a power display light electrically connected to the gateway circuit board.
11. The cloud server controlled mobile communications warehouse of claim 1, wherein the electrical assembly further comprises a networking display light, the networking display light being electrically connected to the gateway circuit board.
12. An information exchange method of a mobile communication warehouse under the control of a cloud server is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the gateway of the gateway circuit on the gateway shelf of the mobile communication warehouse under the control of the cloud server is connected with the network through an antenna and automatically completes communication protocol handshaking with the cloud platform;
after the cloud platform receives ID codes of gateway goods shelves one by one and binds the gateway goods shelves, the cloud server assigns virtually distributed goods position information automatically completed by software to the bound goods shelves respectively, and no matter whether two-dimensional codes on goods packages are scanned for goods loading or mobile phone two-dimensional codes are scanned for goods positions, after the cloud server receives code scanning information, commands of gateway goods shelves where code scanning target goods are located and the position information of the cabinet are issued to the gateways on the gateway goods shelves;
thirdly, the gateway circuit instructs the LED color lamps beside the corresponding grid cabinets of the corresponding gateway goods shelves to perform lighting, flashing and extinguishing actions, and the positions of goods and the loading and unloading of the goods are indicated;
and fourthly, synchronously displaying position light flashing of the gateway goods shelf where the goods are located and the position light flashing of the cabinet by a computer screen connected with the network, performing redundant confirmation, and dynamically displaying the change of the goods on and off the shelf.
13. A gateway circuit on a gateway goods shelf of a mobile communication warehouse under the control of a cloud server is characterized in that a circuit board of the gateway circuit is matched with an 8-bit singlechip through a WI-FI module to process data issued from the server, converts the data into corresponding instruction types, and drives an LED (light-emitting diode) display, a nixie tube display and a buzzer to sound; the LED lamp is connected through the WI-FI and is controlled by the instruction of the server to perform response actions of lighting, flashing and lamp-off of the LED lamp arranged on the rack and sound of the buzzer arranged on the rack; the circuit board is arranged on an electric appliance assembly of the movable gateway goods shelf, and is provided with an antenna for signal communication with a network; the circuit board is respectively connected with a power supply, a power switch, a network connection indicator lamp, a nixie tube display, an LED lamp and a buzzer through electric wires; all the position information of the gateway goods shelf with any number of lattice positions is numbered in advance and input into a computer, and a platform capable of positioning and searching goods through wireless communication is established; the core control panel of the movable gateway shelf comprises: an 8-bit singlechip unit is a main device for transmitting data instructions to output equipment such as a terminal LED lamp, a buzzer, a nixie tube and the like, and simultaneously performs data interaction with a wireless WI-FI module in a serial port mode, and performs data interaction with a server through a router.
14. The mobile communication warehouse under the control of the cloud server according to any one of claims 1 to 11, wherein the cloud server and the mobile communication warehouse under the control of the cloud server become a remote control platform capable of performing real-time accurate positioning and automatic searching when the goods move to any place.
