Guide post guide sleeves 16 are respectively arranged on two sides of the lifting bracket 3, so that the lifting of the product is more stable and reliable. The bracket blocks 11 on the lifting bracket 3 can be quickly replaced by the quick-locking plug pins 12 through plugging and pulling to be bracket blocks with different sizes, so that the requirements of assembling products with different models can be quickly met.
As shown in fig. 3, the stool handle assembly is mounted at the rear end of the vehicle chassis 1 by a stool hinge mount 17. The stool handle assembly can be used as a stool during assembly, and can also be stored on the side of the chassis and fixed after being rotated and folded twice at the stool handle rotating shaft 22 and the stool hinge mounting seat 17, so that the working condition that two trolleys are needed to be jointly used is facilitated. The stool handle assembly can also be rotatably unfolded at the two positions and uses the stool handle 19 as a handle during transportation, namely the spring fixing pin 20 is pulled out, the handle 19 can be rotated around the stool handle rotating shaft 22, the spring fixing pin 20 is loosened, and after the rotation is about 90 degrees, the spring fixing pin 20 automatically pops up and fixes the handle. During assembly, the seat cushion 21 of the stool handle assembly can be drawn out of the linear slide rail 18, and the seat cushion 21 is made of soft material so as to meet the operation comfort level of an assembly ergonomic seat. After the drawing is in place, the spring fixing pin mechanism is automatically popped out and fixed from the inside so as to increase the safety and reliability.
As shown in fig. 4, when the redundancy inspection is performed after the product is assembled, the pressure release valve 14 is loosened to lower the product and separate the product from the bracket, that is, the rollers 27 of the four redundancy inspection assemblies 4 paired left and right contact the arc surface of the product, and then the product is rotated to perform the audible inspection of the redundancy. The rollers 27 are made of a non-metallic material to avoid damaging the surface of the product. When interference exists during assembly of certain models of products, the supporting rod 26 can be pulled out from the mounting base 24 and rotated to a required angle, and then fixed through the insertion and extraction fixing pin 25. The supporting rod 26 is convenient to install by rotating and switching the supporting rod on the installation base in different directions, and can quickly respond to the assembly requirements of products of different models.
