The ratchet teeth 61 on the two sides of the pawl 6 are kept in a separated state with the annular gear 51 until the driving plate 3 returns to the original position before the driving plate 3 returns to the original position, so that noise is not generated in the process of returning the driving plate 3 to the original position, and the comfort is good.
Alternatively, the shaped hole 22 may be understood as an arc-shaped hole or a fan-shaped hole provided in the fixed cover 2, and a hole edge of a side of the arc-shaped hole or the fan-shaped hole away from the center of the fixed cover 2 protrudes toward a side of the center of the fixed cover 2 to form the arc-shaped edge 221, and portions of both circumferential sides of the arc-shaped edge 221 form the extension hole 222. As shown in fig. 10, in the present embodiment, the extension hole 222 extends not only to a side far from the center of the fixed cover 2, but also outwardly in the circumferential direction, so that a sufficient space is provided for the rotation of the pawl 6, and at the same time, the sectional area of the shaped hole 22 can be reduced, thereby securing the strength of the fixed cover 2.
In the above embodiment, the height adjuster further includes the connecting piece 12, the connecting piece 12 is provided on the side of the fixed cover 2 away from the driving plate 3, the connecting piece 12 passes through the center of the fixed cover 2 and is fixed with the driving plate 3, thereby realizing the limitation of the driving plate 3 in the axial direction, so that the driving plate 3 can rotate relative to the fixed cover 2 and the two cannot be separated. The elastic piece 71 can be arranged above the blocking piece 7, so that the upper end face of the elastic piece 71 is in contact with the lower end face of the fixed cover 2, the lower end face of the blocking piece 7 is in contact with the core piece 10, or the elastic piece 71 can be arranged below the blocking piece 7, the lower end face of the elastic piece 71 is in contact with the core piece 10, the upper end face of the blocking piece 7 is in contact with the lower end face of the fixed cover 2, and when the fixed cover 2 is installed, the elastic piece 71 of the blocking piece 7 can be preloaded from above, so that the blocking piece 7 can be in a preloaded state between the fixed cover 2 and the core piece 10 (the ratchet wheel 5), the fixed cover 2 and the core piece 10 can simultaneously provide friction resistance for the blocking piece 7 from the upper side and the lower side in the rotating process, so that the sufficient friction force is ensured, the blocking piece 7 can be prevented from being crushed, and the service life of the fixed piece 71 can be ensured.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the first hinge point 62 of the pawl 6 is hinged to the driving plate 3, and the hinged structure is not limited specifically, as shown in fig. 2 and 9, in this embodiment, the driving plate 3 is provided with a driving hole, the pawl 6 is provided with a driving boss, and the driving boss passes through the shaped hole 22 and is located in the driving hole, so that the rotation of the driving plate 3 can drive the pawl 6 to rotate. Or in this embodiment, the driving board 3 may be further provided with a driving boss, and the pawl 6 is provided with a driving hole, so that the rotation of the driving board 3 may drive the pawl 6 to rotate, which is not limited herein. The driving part comprises a driving plate (3) connected with an operating handle, a pawl (6) and a blocking piece (7) which are arranged in the accommodating cavity, the driving plate (3), the blocking piece (7) and the core piece (10) are coaxial, the driving plate (3) is rotatably connected with the fixed cover (2), the blocking piece (7) is clamped between the fixed cover (2) and the core piece (10), ratchets (61) are respectively arranged on two sides of the pawl (6), a first hinging point (62) of the pawl (6) is hinged with the driving plate (3), a second hinging point (63) of the pawl (6) is hinged with the blocking piece (7), and the rotation of the driving plate (3) can drive the pawl (6) to rotate around the second hinging point (63) so that the ratchets (61) on one side of the pawl (6) are meshed with or separated from the inner gear ring (51);
The locking part (4) comprises a lock spring (41) and a lock clamp (42) which is fixed relative to the shell (1) along the circumferential direction, the lock clamp (42) comprises a lock block (421) which can be matched with the outer gear (52) under the action of the lock spring (41), the driving plate (3) is further provided with an unlocking plate (32), and the rotation of the driving plate (3) can act on the lock clamp (42) through the unlocking plate (32) so as to enable the lock block (421) to be matched with or separated from the outer gear (52).
