Description

Humidifying module
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of air conditioning, in particular to a humidification module.
Background
The environmental temperature is the index which can most directly influence the living environment of people. Compared with the ambient temperature, the ambient humidity is also closely related to the human health and daily life. Medical research shows that when the environment temperature is 20-25 deg.c and the relative humidity reaches 45-65%, the body and thinking of the person are in the optimal state, and the ideal effect is reached no matter what work or rest. However, as the living standard of people is improved, especially as the air conditioner is widely used, the problem caused by the decrease of the indoor humidity is more prominent. Taking air conditioner heating as an example, when the air conditioner operates in a heating mode to enable the indoor temperature to reach a better temperature range, the indoor humidity can be reduced to a certain value lower than the proper humidity, and at the moment, due to the fact that the indoor humidity is too low, the air conditioner diseases such as tight skin, dry mouth and tongue, cough and cold can be caused to grow frequently.
In order to solve the problem of low indoor humidity, there are two solutions in the prior art, one is to purchase a humidifier to humidify the indoor air, and the other is to replace the air conditioner with a humidifying function to adjust the indoor humidity. However, although both of the above solutions solve the problem of low indoor humidity to some extent, there are also inevitable drawbacks: first, small humidifiers have a limited humidification range and often result in moisture adhering to the table or floor; the large humidifier not only occupies the indoor space, but also has obvious noise and influences the normal life of people. Secondly, the replacement cost of the air conditioner with the humidifying function is too high, and the air conditioner is not the best choice for ordinary families. That is to say, among the current technical scheme that solves indoor humidity low, there are the problem that humidifier humidification effect is poor, the air conditioner replacement cost that has the humidification function is high.
Accordingly, there is a need in the art for a new humidification module that addresses the above-mentioned problems.

After the air flow discharged from the humidification module 1 through the drain air outlet 132 and the connection pipe 5 enters the support pipe 22 through the air inlet hole 221, the air flow is dispersed to the tubular housing 21 and discharged to the indoor through the air outlet hole 213.
Referring to fig. 9 in conjunction with fig. 1 to 8, in the operation of the humidifying device, when the outdoor air passes through the water collecting turntable 124 of the water collecting system, the water collecting turntable 124 can sufficiently absorb the moisture in the air, and then when the part of the water collecting turntable 124 absorbing the moisture rotates to the drainage system, the air heated by the heating part 133 passes through the water collecting turntable 124 to evaporate the moisture on the water collecting turntable 124, so that the humid air flow is introduced into the support pipe 22 of the air supply module 2 through the drainage air outlet 134 and the connecting pipe 5 and further discharged into the room through the air outlet 213 of the tubular housing 21 to humidify the room.
It can be seen from the above description that the humidification device of the present invention can achieve humidification without arranging a water storage box, thereby greatly improving the humidification effect, and since the humidification module 1 and the air supply module 2 of the humidification device can be independently installed in the outdoor unit 4 and the indoor unit 3, a user does not need to spend higher cost to purchase an air conditioner with humidification function, but only spend less purchase cost and reform cost, namely can use the humidification device for indoor humidification, and on the basis of ensuring the humidification effect, the reformation cost of the humidification function is greatly reduced. Referring to fig. 6, a filter assembly 24 and an ultrasonic atomization assembly 25 are sequentially disposed inside the support tube 22 in a flow direction of air. The filter assembly 24 is preferably a HEPA filter, which typically includes three filter layers, with a particulate removal efficiency of 99.97% or greater for diameters below 0.3 microns. The ultrasonic atomization assembly 25 can atomize the moist air or water droplets entering the support tube 22 so that the atomized air stream is discharged into the room through the air outlet 213.
Referring to fig. 7, twelve circular air outlets 213 are symmetrically disposed on the tubular housing 21, and each air outlet 213 is disposed at one end of the oval long axis far away from the support tube 22, i.e., the upper end cover 211 and the lower end cover 212 are each provided with a half circular hole. Preferably, the air outlet direction of the air outlet hole 213 is a horizontal direction or a small angle (e.g. 0-30 degrees) between the inclined downward direction and the horizontal direction. In order to rapidly discharge the air flow introduced into the air supply module 2 into the room through the air outlet 213, improve the humidification area of the air flow, and enhance the spraying effect of the air outlet 213, two sets of air supply mechanisms 23 symmetrically arranged relative to the central section of the tubular housing 21 are further arranged between the upper end cover 211 and the lower end cover 212, each set of air supply mechanism 23 comprises a cross-flow fan 231, a fan bracket 232 and a fan motor 233, the fan bracket 232 is arranged in the middle of the tubular housing 21, the fan motor 233 is arranged at the end of the tubular housing 21, one end of the cross-flow fan 231 is connected with an output shaft of the fan motor 233, and the other end of the cross-flow fan 231 is erected on the fan bracket 232. In this way, the fan motor 233 can pressurize the airflow by driving the cross flow fan 231 to rotate, and the airflow can be ejected into the room from the air outlet 213.
As can be seen from the above description, the arrangement of the water collecting turntable 124 and the heating component 133 in the humidification module 1 enables the humidification device of the present invention to collect and utilize the moisture in the outdoor air, so as to humidify the indoor, moisten the indoor dry air, achieve the moisture-free humidification, and avoid the problem of bacteria breeding in the water storage box. The honeycomb holes 1242 of the water collecting rotary disc 124 are obliquely arranged along the axial direction, so that a driving mechanism can be omitted, the structure of the humidification module 1 is simplified, the cost of the humidification module 1 is reduced, the noise in the humidification process can be greatly reduced, and the silencing of the humidification process is realized. The arrangement of the filter assembly 24 in the air supply module 2 can purify the humid air entering the room on the basis of humidification, improve the air cleanliness and prevent secondary pollution. The ultrasonic atomizer can release a large amount of negative oxygen ions in the atomization process, and the negative oxygen ions are combined with smoke and dust floating in the air to precipitate the negative oxygen ions; can effectively remove paint smell, mildew smell, smoke smell and stink, and enables the air to be fresher and more natural. The air outlets 213 of the air supply module are arranged in the tubular housing 21 along the length direction, so that the air supply effect can be greatly improved, large-area air supply and uniform air supply can be realized, and the phenomena of uneven air supply, serious moisture adhesion and the like can be avoided. The air supply mechanism 23 can effectively increase the air supply pressure and the air supply quantity, so that the air flow is sprayed into the room from the air outlet hole 213, and the humidifying area and the humidifying effect are improved. The tubular shell 21 is provided with an oval cross section, so that the airflow entering the tubular shell 21 can be effectively guided, and the on-way loss in the airflow flowing process is reduced. The air outlet direction of the air outlet hole 213 is the horizontal direction or the arrangement mode with a smaller included angle with the horizontal direction, and the air outlet device also has the advantages of improving the jet area of the air flow, avoiding the air flow from directly blowing the human body, effectively preventing the dust from falling into the tubular shell 21 and the like.
In addition, because the humidifying module 1 and the air supply module 2 can be respectively arranged on the outdoor unit 4 and the indoor unit 3 of the wall-mounted air conditioner, compared with a humidifier, the indoor space occupation is reduced, the humidifying device can be sold independently, a user does not need to buy an air conditioner with a humidifying function at higher cost, but only needs small purchase cost and modification cost, namely the humidifying device can be used for indoor humidification, if the humidifying device is arranged near the air conditioner, the connecting pipe 5 can be arranged through a refrigerant pipe hole on the wall, the wall penetrating times are reduced, the modification cost is further reduced, and the application scene of the invention is greatly expanded.
Of course, the above-mentioned embodiments are only used for illustrating the principle of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the protection scope of the present invention, and those skilled in the art can modify the above-mentioned embodiments so that the present invention can be applied to more specific application scenarios without departing from the principle of the present invention.
