本发明公开了一种模块化装配式建筑墙板连接结构,包括:墙板装置,墙板装置通过连接装置安装于框架(7),墙板装置包括墙板本体和顺序连接在一起的多个墙板边框,墙板本体置于所述墙板边框围成的区域内;墙板边框包括墙板安装条(5)和卡舌支撑条(2),墙板安装条(5)的本体上设置有滑槽、弹性卡舌(52)和安装条拆卸端,墙板本体设置于滑槽内,弹性卡舌(52)的舌根设置于墙板安装条(5)的本体,弹性卡舌(52)的舌头部设置有卡条卡接部(521)和铰接槽,卡舌支撑条(1)一端部设有铰接轴部(21),铰接轴部(21)铰接于铰接槽,卡舌支撑条(2)的另一端设置有支撑条拆卸端(23)。在墙板连接结构安装与拆卸过程中都非常方便。

模块化装配式建筑墙板连接结构
技术领域
本发明涉及墙板连接结构技术领域,特别涉及一种适用于模块化装配式建筑的墙板连接结构。
背景技术
墙板是建筑领域常用到的材料、具有装饰和保温双重功效,而传统的墙板安装需要通过高强度的材料、专用的龙骨来建造,需要用复杂的连接方式,以及高强度的气动枪钉,往往安装一次后,墙板再拆卸就会造成报废,并且墙板在安装过程中需要消耗大量的材料,安装也需要多人配合。
专利号:201820310097.X的中国实用新型专利公开了一种装配式建筑用井字形矩形管框架墙板,包括卡口式框架以及分别覆盖连接在卡口式框架内、外两侧的内墙板和外墙板;所述卡口式框架包括边框以及固接在边框内的井字状骨架,所述边框和井字状骨架均采用钢材制成;所述井字状骨架由若干根纵向矩形管和横向矩形管交错设置而成,所述纵向矩形管和横向矩形管在两者的交接处分别第一矩形槽口和第二矩形槽口,并通过所述第一矩形槽口和第二矩形槽口的对咬卡合连接在一起,所述纵向矩形管和横向矩形管的侧立面上沿彼此卡合的合缝处均焊接有加固缝;所述边框和井字状骨架通过焊接连接。本实用新型结构简单、生产方便且在现场施工时装配快速,从而降低了施工成本,但是拼接复杂,用料多,拆卸时较为不便。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种墙板连接结构,该墙板连接结构适用于模块化装配式建筑,其安装与拆卸方便,耗材少、成本低、运输方便。
本发明采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种模块化装配式建筑墙板连接结构,包括:墙板装置,所述墙板装置通过连接装置安装于框架;所述墙板装置包括墙板本体和顺序连接在一起的多个墙板边框,所述墙板本体设置于所述墙板边框围成的区域内;所述墙板边框包括墙板安装条和卡舌支撑条,所述墙板安装条的本体上设置有滑槽、弹性卡舌和安装条拆卸端,所述墙板本体设置于所述滑槽内,所述弹性卡舌的舌根设置于所述墙板安装条的本体,所述弹性卡舌的舌头部设置有卡条卡接部和铰接槽;所述卡舌支撑条一端部设有铰接轴部,所述铰接轴部铰接于所述铰接槽,所述卡舌支撑条的另一端设置有支撑条拆卸端;所述连接装置包括卡条,所述卡条的本体上设置有卡接头部和插接头部,所述框架开设有插接槽;装配时,所述卡舌的卡条卡接部与所述卡条的卡接头部卡接,所述卡条的插接头部插接于所述框架的插接槽;所述安装条拆卸端与所述框架之间设置有安装间隙,装配时,所述支撑条拆卸端置于所述安装间隙内。
优选的,所述支撑条拆卸端设置有支撑角部,所述安装条拆卸端设置有支撑槽,拆卸时,所述支撑角部卡接于所述支撑槽。
优选的,所述支撑条拆卸端设置有拆卸槽。
优选的,所述卡条的卡接头部是楔形的。
优选的,所述卡条是十字形卡条,所述十字形卡条具有两个对称设置的卡接头部。
优选的,所述插接槽是T型槽,所述卡条的插接头部具有与所述T型槽相适配的形状。
优选的,所述卡条插接头部的一侧具有与所述T型槽相适配的形状,另一侧平滑设置,在所述T型槽中还插接有限位条,所述限位条与所述卡条的插接头部平滑的一侧相贴靠。
优选的,所述墙板边框的角部通过L形连接条固定在一起。
优选的,所述墙板是保温板或隔热板。
优选的,所述墙板连接结构中除所述墙板外均采用铝合金材质构件。
采用了上述技术方案后,本发明的有益效果是:
1)墙板采用拼接式结构,墙板连接方式巧妙,组件规格统一,运达现场后可直接安装或现场直接拆除,这极大方便了施工,减少建造时间和成本,安装与拆卸更方便。
2)各组件材料可重复利用、省去了传统安装方式过程中安装消耗的大量材料,也将极大减少现场劳动力成本,应用范围广,安装周期短、耗材少,从而比同类产品成本更低。
3)组件种类少、不需要复杂的安装工具、运输方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明。
如图1、图2和图3共同所示,一种模块化装配式建筑墙板连接结构,墙板装置通过连接装置安装于框架7。
如图4所示,所述墙板装置包括墙板本体3和顺序连接在一起的多个墙板边框,所述墙板本体3设置于所述墙板边框围成的区域内,所述墙板边框的角部通过L形连接条6固定在一起,所述墙板本体优选为保温板或隔热板。
如图1、图2和图3共同所示,所述墙板边框包括墙板安装条5和卡舌支撑条2,墙板安装条5的本体上设置有滑槽、弹性卡舌52和安装条拆卸端,所述安装条拆卸端与所述框架之间设置有安装间隙,所述墙板本体设置于所述滑槽内,弹性卡舌52的舌根设置于墙板安装条5的本体,弹性卡舌52的舌头部设置有卡条卡接部521和所述铰接槽,所述卡舌支撑条2一端部设有铰接轴部21,铰接轴部21铰接于所述铰接槽,卡舌支撑条2的另一端设置有支撑条拆卸端。支撑条拆卸端设置有支撑角部22和所述拆卸槽23,安装条拆卸端设置有支撑槽51。装配时,支撑条拆卸端置于所述安装间隙内,拆卸时,用工具撬动拆卸槽23,使支撑角部22卡接于支撑槽51。
所述连接装置包括卡条1,卡条1是十字形卡条,所述十字形卡条具有两个对称设置的卡接头部11和一个插接头部,卡条的卡接头部11是楔形的,以便于安装。框架7开设有插接槽71,装配时,弹性卡舌52的卡条卡接部521与所述卡条1的卡接头部11卡接,卡条1的插接头部插接于所述框架的插接槽71,拆卸时,在卡舌支撑条2牵拉下,弹性卡舌52发生弹性变形,弹性卡舌52的卡条卡接部521与卡条1的卡接头部11脱离卡接,从而可以方便的将墙板装置从卡条1上拆卸下来。插接槽71优选为T型槽,卡条1的插接头部具有与所述T型槽相适配的形状。本实施例中,所述卡条插接头部的一侧具有与所述T型槽相适配的形状,另一侧平滑设置,在所述T型槽中还插接有限位条9,限位条9与所述卡条1的插接头部平滑的一侧相贴靠。
为了使建筑更加轻量化,本实施例的所述墙板连接结构中除所述墙板本体外均采用铝合金材质构件。
本发明实施例的组装和拆卸方法如下:
先在工厂组装墙板装置,如图4所示,将卡舌支撑条2***墙板安装条5,组成分段的墙板边框,将墙板本体3***墙板安装条5中的滑槽中,使之填充墙板安装条5的滑槽,将连接条6***相连接的两个墙板安装条5的滑槽中,然后用拉柳钉连接固定,最后将铝板粘于墙板安装条5外侧。
然后,将墙板装置通过连接装置安装于框架,如图1和图3所示,将卡条1插接头部的一侧***框架7的插接槽71(T型槽)内,并将限位条9插接在插接槽71(T型槽)中进行固定。卡条1和限位条9组成连接装置,将此连接装置插接在框架7上后,使内外墙板装置分别从卡条1的卡接头部11推入并使弹性卡舌52的卡条卡接部521与所述卡条1的卡接头部11卡接,至此,装配工作完成。
拆卸时,借用工具(例如螺丝刀)将卡舌支撑条2的拆卸槽23向外撬起,使卡舌支撑条2的支撑角部22卡接于墙板安装条5的支撑槽51上,卡条1的卡接头部11与弹性卡舌52的卡条卡接部521分离,即可将墙板装置从卡条1上拆卸下来。
本发明不局限于上述具体实施例,一切基于本发明的构思、结构、方法和原理所做出的种种变化,都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

1.模块化装配式建筑墙板连接结构,包括:
墙板装置,所述墙板装置通过连接装置安装于框架;所述墙板装置包括墙板本体和顺序连接在一起的多个墙板边框,所述墙板本体设置于所述墙板边框围成的区域内;其特征在于,
所述墙板边框包括墙板安装条和卡舌支撑条,所述墙板安装条的本体上设置有滑槽、弹性卡舌和安装条拆卸端,所述墙板本体设置于所述滑槽内,所述弹性卡舌的舌根设置于所述墙板安装条的本体,所述弹性卡舌的舌头部设置有卡条卡接部和铰接槽;所述卡舌支撑条一端部设有铰接轴部,所述铰接轴部铰接于所述铰接槽,所述卡舌支撑条的另一端设置有支撑条拆卸端;
所述连接装置包括卡条,所述卡条的本体上设置有卡接头部和插接头部,所述框架开设有插接槽;装配时,所述卡舌的卡条卡接部与所述卡条的卡接头部卡接,所述卡条的插接头部插接于所述框架的插接槽;
所述安装条拆卸端与所述框架之间设置有安装间隙,装配时,所述支撑条拆卸端置于所述安装间隙内;
所述支撑条拆卸端设置有支撑角部,所述安装条拆卸端设置有支撑槽,拆卸时,所述支撑角部卡接于所述支撑槽;
所述支撑条拆卸端设置有拆卸槽;
所述卡条的卡接头部是楔形的。
2.如权利要求1所述的模块化装配式建筑墙板连接结构,其特征在于,所述卡条是十字形卡条,所述十字形卡条具有两个对称设置的卡接头部。
3.如权利要求1所述的模块化装配式建筑墙板连接结构,其特征在于,所述插接槽是T型槽,所述卡条的插接头部具有与所述T型槽相适配的形状。
4.如权利要求3所述的模块化装配式建筑墙板连接结构,其特征在于,所述卡条插接头部的一侧具有与所述T型槽相适配的形状,另一侧平滑设置,在所述T型槽中还插接有限位条,所述限位条与所述卡条的插接头部平滑的一侧相贴靠。
5.如权利要求1所述的模块化装配式建筑墙板连接结构,其特征在于,所述墙板边框的角部通过L形连接条固定在一起。
6.如权利要求1所述的模块化装配式建筑墙板连接结构,其特征在于,所述墙板本体是保温板或隔热板。
