Abstract

Description

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于液体的泵,包括:泵壳体,泵转子可转动地支承在所述泵壳体中;带有定子和转子的电马达,其中,所述定子具有定子叠片和绕组以及部分地被塑料覆层;和电气的/电子的控制装置。
背景技术
这样的泵是已知的并且例如被用在车辆的冷却循环中。在此已知的是,马达的受腐蚀危害的部分至少部分地被覆层,以便实现泵的良好耐用性。
由DE 10 2011 055 599A1描述了一种用于车辆中的冷却循环的泵,其中,电马达的定子和转子被塑料包覆注塑。叶轮具有特别的构造,以便简化叶轮的轴向支承。该泵具有缺点,它由于包覆注塑而具有大的磁空气间隙并且因此需要相对大的结构空间。
DE 102 43 016A1描述一种电马达,其中,至少部分地涂装的防腐蚀剂由设有粘接剂的薄膜组成。薄膜的施加是复杂的。
GB 987,300公开了一种泵,其中,电马达的定子和转子被聚氨酯覆层。为了确保密封性,涂层制造是复杂的。
发明内容
本发明的任务是,实现一种具有电马达的泵,该泵确保了长的使用寿命并且同时需要尽可能小的结构空间。
该任务通过权利要求1的特征解决。定子的定子叠片至少部分地电镀地被覆层。金属的覆层剂被这样地选择,使得覆层剂相对于有待输送的介质是耐久的。由此定子一方面有效地并且持久地防腐蚀,由此即便电马达与湿气接触时电马达也是耐久的。另一方面电镀覆层可以实施得非常薄,从而在电马达的定子和转子之间的磁空气间隙实际上不增大。
从属权利要求涉及本发明的有利设计构型。
在一种设计构型中,定子叠片的没有被塑料覆层的部位电镀地被覆层。由此定子总体上完全被覆层并且由此防腐蚀。
在另一种设计构型中,电镀地被覆层的部位配属于马达间隙。由此薄覆层在那些对结构空间重要并且最积极地影响本发明的部位上。
在另一种设计构型中,定子叠片和接触销被底漆预处理。以该方式确保了所有覆层的特别良好的附着性。

具体实施方式
如由图1可见那样,用于液体的泵包括泵室1,电马达2和电气的/电子的控制装置3。
泵室1如已知那样在泵壳体中构成,泵壳体在此由带有集成的抽吸管5的下泵壳体部分4和上泵壳体部分6构成。叶轮7可转动地支承在泵壳体1中,该叶轮在其转动轴上同轴地与轴8的第一端部不能相对转动地连接。轴8可转动地支承在上泵壳体部分6中。泵壳体部分4,6可拆卸地并且密封地相互连接。
上泵壳体部分6同时被构造为马达壳体9的底部,电马达2布置在所述马达壳体中。
电马达2包括定子10和转子11。在转子11中布置有多个永磁体。转子在轴8的第二端部的区域中相对叶轮7间隔距离地与该轴不可相对转动地连接。
定子10在形成窄间隙12的情况下径向地包围转子11。间隙12的宽度为例如1mm并且基本上与电马达2的磁空气间隙相应。
定子10包括多个定子叠片13和绕组14。除了定子叠片13的面向转子11的端侧15外,定子10完全被塑料覆层。该覆层同时被构造为定子10在马达壳体中的保持装置,马达壳体的盖以及用于控制装置3的容纳结构。定子叠片13的面向转子11的端侧15电镀地被薄层覆层,薄层在图1中是不可见的。层的厚度为几个微米,例如10微米至30微米。
泵室1和马达壳体9的内部这样地相互液压连接,使得在泵运行期间,电马达2和在此尤其是定子10被有待输送的液体从四周冲刷并且因此被冷却。在此,这些覆层可靠地防腐蚀,而磁空气间隙不会显著增大并且由此不会负面地影响电马达2的电效率。
控制装置3布置在容纳结构中,容纳结构在定子10的覆层中轴向地相对于抽吸管5并且防水地相对于马达壳体9的内部构成。控制装置3包括电路板16以及电气的/电子的构件并且一方面与定子10以及另一方面通过插拔连接与车辆的车载电力***电连接。

Claims (4)

1.用于液体的泵,所述泵包括:
泵室(1),叶轮可转动地支承在所述泵室中;
具有定子(10)和转子(11)的电马达(2),
其中,所述定子(10)具有定子叠片(13)和绕组(14)并且部分地被塑料覆层;和
电气的/电子的控制装置(3);
其特征在于,所述定子(10)的定子叠片(13)至少部分地电镀地被覆层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的泵,其特征在于,所述定子叠片(13)的没有被塑料覆层的部位电镀地被覆层。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的泵,其特征在于,电镀地被覆层的部位配属于马达间隙。
4.根据权利要求1至3之一所述的泵,其特征在于,所述定子叠片(13)和接触销被底漆预处理。
