技术领域
本发明涉及装饰材料领域,具体涉及一种高通透性PVC人造革的制备方法与应用。
背景技术
当今社会,随着市场经济飞速发展,人们的生活水平也相应提高,对于装饰材料的要求越发挑剔和个性化。如今国内诸多城市相继进行现代化建设,各行各业逐渐兴起,高楼大厦已成为城市发展的代表作。传统的表面装饰材料,如刷石灰水或墙粉,但容易污染,不能用湿法擦洗,多用于一般建筑。较高级的建筑多用平光调和漆,色泽丰富,不易污染,但掺入的有机溶剂挥发量大,污染大气,影响施工人员的健康,因此,寻找新型室内装饰材料成为了建材市场的发展趋势。
自上世纪八十年代以来,PVC塑胶材料开始进入国内市场,掀起一阵浪潮,以其环保安全、质轻超薄、铺设方便、耐磨耐压性强、装饰效果好等优势得到消费者的认可。PVC塑胶材料按结构可分为复合体型与同质体型。
复合地板就是指有多层结构(4到7层结构)叠压而成的地板,一般有耐磨层、印花层、纤维层、发泡层、基层等,复合地板具有较大的适用范围,耐磨抗菌,不会轻易产生虫蛀、具有防滑特点,弹性好;不易变形,耐高温潮湿,稳定性能高,缺点是对施工工艺和施工基础条件要求高。而同质PVC地板是指上下同质透心的,即从里到外都是同一种花色的地板,这种地板适用的范围较广,应用的方面比较多,地板本身也比较轻,因此可以减轻建筑的承载压力,但不足之处是该类地板耐磨性不好,容易被磨损;地板比较脆弱,耐冲击性能不好。
在目前的市场环境中,由于PVC本身存在的性质缺陷,耐磨性差,缺乏纹路的细腻感与立体感,柔软性差,限制了其在沙发家具、汽车内饰等市场的应用。本发明通过对PVC进行改性,并利用特殊的工艺制备技术,不仅改善了PVC耐磨性和柔软性,更使得材料具有动物真皮的触感和花纹。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题存在的缺陷,本发明提供高通透性PVC人造革,且具有动物真皮的触感和花纹。
为达到上述目的,本发明的高通透性PVC人造革的技术方案为,通过如下方法制备得到:
(1)制备改性PVC树脂:通过疏基化合物与聚氯乙烯氯原子之间亲核取代反应,将羧基、羟基引入PVC大分子链中,制备含羧基或羟基的聚氯乙烯;
(2)将改性PVC树脂、增塑剂、发泡剂、稳定剂、阻燃剂按100:1~3:3~5:1~3:1~3的重量比进行混合,搅拌均匀;
(3)利用压延和辊涂工艺将混合料压延至基布材料上,其中,将四辊压延机的前辊、上辊、中辊、下辊进行不同温度的设置,前辊温度为172~177℃之间,上辊温度设置为188~192℃;中辊温度为138~142℃;下辊温度设置为128~132℃,进一步降温,得到初级品材料;
(4)对初级品材料进行发泡,从140℃起开始升温,升至最高温500℃,再进行降温,得到PVC人造革初级品;
(5)最后采用贴膜工艺,利用涂料和浆料,在所述PVC人造革初级品表面涂覆图案。
步骤(1)中,将PVC加入巯基乙酸中,PVC和巯基乙酸的重量比为2~5:1,在65~95℃下搅拌反应2~6h,发生亲核取代反应将羧基、羟基引入PVC分子链中,得到改性PVC树脂。根据本发明所述的一种高通透性PVC人造革,上述改性PVC树脂,通过巯基化合物与聚氯乙烯(PVC)氯原子之间亲核取代反应,将羧基、羟基引入PVC大分子链中,制备含羧基或羟基的聚氯乙烯;然后利用人造革制造过程中的塑化温度高、时间长的工艺特点,通过环氧类增塑剂分子中环氧基团与羧基、羟基之间的原位(in-situ)开环反应,将增塑剂以共价键形式锚定到PVC大分子链上,实现对PVC的内增塑。
本发明的高通透性PVC人造革一优选技术方案,上述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP),一种无色无味液体,体积电阻率为1.87,邵氏硬度为82.6。
本发明的高通透性PVC人造革一优选技术方案,上述发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺(AC),其分解温度在187~215℃之间,发气量为236~262mL/g,它是在工业中使用最广的优良化学发泡剂。
本发明的高通透性PVC人造革一优选技术方案,上述稳定剂为硬脂酸钡,无毒,无特殊性气味,稳定性强,常温下为浅白色粉末状物质。
本发明的高通透性PVC人造革一优选技术方案,所述阻燃剂为溴系和磷系阻燃剂,具体成分为三氯溴甲烷和磷酸三甲苯酯,混合比为1:1。
本发明的高通透性PVC人造革一优选技术方案,上述基布材料为聚酯油毡基布,由100%的PET梳理成网,长度为1350m,宽幅约为1008mm,厚度为1.36mm。

本发明通过原材料组分的挑选与配比、辊涂工艺、发泡工艺、贴膜印花工艺等四个技术版块实现的,其具体包括:将改性PVC树脂、增塑剂、发泡剂、稳定剂、阻燃剂按照100:1~3:3~5:1~3:1~3的重量比进行均匀混合,利用压延和辊涂工艺将混合料压延至基布材料上,其中,将四辊压延机的前辊、上辊、中辊、下辊进行不同温度的设置,前辊温度为172至177℃之间,先通过前辊的温度进行初级加热,同时起到预热的过程;上辊温度设置为188至192℃之间,温度达到最高,这个阶段主要为加热成型阶段,上辊温度和前辊的温度是瞬间的跳变,瞬间升温达到对填充物和PVC结构的破坏以至于紧密聚合的目的,增加整体的柔软性;中辊温度设置为138至142℃,中辊温度在上辊温度的基础上又一次实现了跳变,瞬间降温,达到对填充物和PVC常态聚合产生破坏性,使填充物和PVC相互渗入,性质互补;下辊温度设置为128至132℃,进一步降温,使面层和发泡层控制在这个温度区间压延成型出料,有利于后续的降温。如此,本过程采用先对填充物和PVC进行瞬间升温后瞬间降温的方法,使填充物和PVC常态聚合产生破坏性,使填充物和PVC相互渗入,性质互补。发泡阶段,拟采用先升温再降温的六阶段抛物线控温技术,达到发泡的最佳目的,透气性得到提升,也将PVC和填充物进一步聚合,柔软性提高。最后,采用贴膜工艺,利用色料和浆料,在人造革表面涂覆精美图案。
本专利涉及到的技术操作包括一种高通透性PVC人造革的制备方法,实施方案如下:

(3)利用压延和辊涂工艺将(1)混合料压延至基布材料上,其中,将四辊压延机的前辊、上辊、中辊、下辊进行不同温度的设置,前辊温度为172℃;上辊温度设置为188℃;中辊温度设置为138℃;下辊温度设置为128℃;
(4)对(2)材料进行发泡,拟采用先升温再降温的六阶段抛物线控温技术,从150℃左右起,最高温至500℃,达到发泡的最佳目的,透气性得到提升,也将PVC和填充物进一步聚合,柔软性提高;
(5)采用贴膜工艺,利用色料和浆料,在(3)人造革表面涂覆精美图案,后收卷运出。
实施例2
与实施例1相比,将(3)中前辊温度由172℃改为175℃,其他条件保持不变。
实施例3
与实施例1相比,将步骤(3)的上辊温度由188℃改为190℃,其他条件保持不变。
实施例4
与实施例1相比,将步骤(3)的中辊温度由138℃改为140℃,其他条件保持不变。
实施例5
与实施例1相比,将步骤(3)的下辊温度由128℃改为130℃,其他条件保持不变。
对实施例1-5中获得的高通透性PVC人造革进行耐磨、防火、收缩率、透光率进行测试(具体见表1-4),发现实施例2-5中获得的高通透性PVC人造革与实施例1的产品具有类似的性能。

由以上数据可见,本发明的高通透性PVC人造革具有耐紫外线、耐磨损、耐划痕、不变形等优点,使得其具有更大的适用范围。
以上所述具体实施例仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进或替换,这些改进或替换也应当视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (8)

1.高通透性PVC人造革,其通过如下方法制备得到:
(1)制备改性PVC树脂:通过疏基化合物与聚氯乙烯氯原子之间亲核取代反应,将羧基、羟基引入PVC大分子链中,制备含羧基或羟基的聚氯乙烯;
(2)将改性PVC树脂、增塑剂、发泡剂、稳定剂、阻燃剂按100:1~3:3~5:1~3:1~3的重量比进行混合,搅拌均匀;
(3)利用压延和辊涂工艺将混合料压延至基布材料上,其中,将四辊压延机的前辊、上辊、中辊、下辊进行不同温度的设置,前辊温度为172~177℃之间,上辊温度设置为188~192℃;中辊温度为138~142℃;下辊温度设置为128~132℃,进一步降温,得到初级品材料;
(4)对初级品材料进行发泡,从140℃起开始升温,升至最高温500℃,再进行降温,得到PVC人造革初级品;
(5)最后采用贴膜工艺,利用涂料和浆料,在所述PVC人造革初级品表面涂覆图案。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高通透性PVC人造革,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,将PVC加入巯基乙酸中,PVC和巯基乙酸的重量比为2~5:1,在65~95℃下搅拌反应2~6h,发生亲核取代反应将羧基、羟基引入PVC分子链中,得到改性PVC树脂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高通透性PVC人造革,其特征在于,所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二辛酯;所述发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高通透性PVC人造革,其特征在于,所述稳定剂为硬脂酸钡。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高通透性PVC人造革,其特征在于,所述阻燃剂为溴系和磷系阻燃剂,两者混合比为1:1。
6.根据权利要求1所述的高通透性PVC人造革,其特征在于,所述阻燃剂为三氯溴甲烷和磷酸三甲苯酯。
7.根据权利要求1所述的高通透性PVC人造革,其特征在于,基布材料为聚酯油毡基布,所述涂料为水性印花材料,使用120~220目的网板印制。
8.权利要求1-7任一项所述的高通透性PVC人造革均可用作家具革。
