为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:纤维增强覆面木基结构负离子房屋用板材,其结构组成为:负离子释放层、纤维丝混合层、基层一、纤维矿物丝粉混合层一、中间空芯隔衬条层、纤维丝矿物粉混合层二、基层二以及纤维丝矿物粉混合层三,所述负离子释放层通过矿物粘合剂粘接在纤维丝混合层上侧,所述纤维丝混合层位于基层一上侧,所述基层一下侧通过矿物粘合剂粘接有纤维矿物丝粉混合层一,所述纤维矿物丝粉混合层一位于中间空芯隔衬条层上侧,所述中间空芯隔衬条层下侧通过矿物粘合剂粘接固定有纤维矿物丝粉混合层二,所述纤维矿物丝粉混合层二位于基层二上侧,所述基层二下侧设置有纤维矿物丝粉混合层三。
优选的,所述纤维丝混合层为纤维丝组成。
优选的,所述基层一和基层二结构相同,均为竹子、或木片、或木粉、或秸秆、或秸秆破碎、或稻草、或稻草破碎、或棉花杆、或棉花杆破碎、或植物性的所有纤维中的一种制备而成。
优选的,所述纤维矿物丝粉混合层一、纤维矿物丝粉混合层二以及纤维矿物丝粉混合层三结构相同,均是通过纤维丝与微晶体粉或托玛琳石粉其中一种制成。
纤维增强覆面木基结构负离子房屋用板材制造工艺,其制备工艺包括以下步骤:
准备工具:扫帚、抹刀、料桶、米尺、模具材料、电子称;
材料:木条、纤维丝、胶状粘接物;
胶状粘接物:1、氧化镁、氯化镁、胶(有机粘液)防火液体、强化剂按一定比例配置,搅拌均匀备用;
2、硫氧镁和强化剂、胶(有机粘液)防火液体按一定比例配置,搅拌均匀备用;
在平整的地面按图纸分解板材尺寸,用米尺量好对角尺寸,确定好板材尺寸做模具,按每平方用多少胶状粘接物量称好,倒在已做好的模具内,用扫帚将材料扫均匀,然后将纤维丝均匀撒上,之后再用扫帚轻轻拍打,使纤维丝与胶状粘接物充分融合到一起,从一头开始摆木条,木条相邻木条,头与头要20cm以上距离,木条与木条之间缝隙保证在3-10cm,摆完后再次将胶状粘接物,按平方用量称好,倒入模具中,用扫帚扫至均匀,完成以上再撒一遍,全部收到模具内,将模具内四边抹平,避免厚充偏差太大,做板完成,静止保养即可,其中胶状粘接物:注胶板:纤维丝:纤维矿物丝粉混合层:矿物粘合剂为50∶40∶5∶1∶4。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:通过负离子作用,改善了生活环境,增强人体健康,避免了甲荃危害,美观大方,无需额外增加净化设施投入的成本。

请参阅图1,本发明提供一种技术方案:纤维增强覆面木基结构负离子房屋用板材,其结构组成为:负离子释放层、纤维丝混合层、基层一、纤维矿物丝粉混合层一、中间空芯隔衬条层、纤维丝矿物粉混合层二、基层二以及纤维丝矿物粉混合层三,负离子释放层通过矿物粘合剂粘接在纤维丝混合层上侧,纤维丝混合层位于基层一上侧,基层一下侧通过矿物粘合剂粘接有纤维矿物丝粉混合层一,纤维矿物丝粉混合层一位于中间空芯隔衬条层上侧,中间空芯隔衬条层下侧通过矿物粘合剂粘接固定有纤维矿物丝粉混合层二,纤维矿物丝粉混合层二位于基层二上侧,基层二下侧设置有纤维矿物丝粉混合层三。
本发明中:纤维丝混合层为纤维丝组成。
本发明中:基层一和基层二结构相同,均为竹子、或木片、或木粉、或秸秆、或秸秆破碎、或稻草、或稻草破碎、或棉花杆、或棉花杆破碎、或植物性的所有纤维中的一种制备而成。
本发明中:纤维矿物丝粉混合层一、纤维矿物丝粉混合层二以及纤维矿物丝粉混合层三结构相同,均是通过纤维丝与微晶体粉制成。
本实施例的制备工艺包括以下步骤:
准备工具:扫帚、抹刀、料桶、米尺、模具材料、电子称;
材料:木条、纤维丝、胶状粘接物;
胶状粘接物:1、氧化镁、氯化镁、胶(有机粘液)防火液体、强化剂按一定比例配置,搅拌均匀备用;
2、硫氧镁和强化剂、胶(有机粘液)防火液体按一定比例配置,搅拌均匀备用;

本发明通过负离子释放层,保证了空气环境中负离子含量,改善了生活环境,增强人体健康,避免了甲荃危害,通过多组纤维矿物丝粉混合层,实现了保温隔热,节能降耗,通过基层一、基层二以及空芯隔衬条层,保证了板材的承重强度。

1.纤维增强覆面木基结构负离子房屋用板材,其特征在于:其结构组成为:负离子释放层、纤维丝混合层、基层一、纤维矿物丝粉混合层一、中间空芯隔衬条层、纤维丝矿物粉混合层二、基层二以及纤维丝矿物粉混合层三,所述负离子释放层通过矿物粘合剂粘接在纤维丝混合层上侧,所述纤维丝混合层位于基层一上侧,所述基层一下侧通过矿物粘合剂粘接有纤维矿物丝粉混合层一,所述纤维矿物丝粉混合层一位于中间空芯隔衬条层上侧,所述中间空芯隔衬条层下侧通过矿物粘合剂粘接固定有纤维矿物丝粉混合层二,所述纤维矿物丝粉混合层二位于基层二上侧,所述基层二下侧设置有纤维矿物丝粉混合层三。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纤维增强覆面木基结构负离子房屋用板材,其特征在于:所述纤维丝混合层为纤维丝组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的纤维增强覆面木基结构负离子房屋用板材,其特征在于:所述基层一和基层二结构相同,均为竹子、或木片、或木粉、或秸秆、或秸秆破碎、或稻草、或稻草破碎、或棉花杆、或棉花杆破碎、或植物性的所有纤维中的一种制备而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的纤维增强覆面木基结构负离子房屋用板材,其特征在于:所述纤维矿物丝粉混合层一、纤维矿物丝粉混合层二以及纤维矿物丝粉混合层三结构相同,均是通过纤维丝微晶体粉或托玛琳石粉其中一种制成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的纤维增强覆面木基结构负离子房屋用板材制造工艺,其特征在于:其制备工艺包括以下步骤:
