本发明涉及一种地板及其涂装方法,具体涉及一种阻燃型强化复合地板及其涂装方法。
背景技术
现有技术中,常见的地面装饰材料有瓷砖、木地板或地毯等,其原材料多来自天然,长期过度的开发自然资源,对生态环境造成的影响不可小视;随着人们生活水平的提高,地面装饰材料需求量随之增长,如何既能有效开发和综合利用自然资源,符合节能环保的基本准则,又能使地面装饰材料美观大方、经济实用、满足人们的不同使用目的并具有一定的舒适性,采用复合、合成等方式生产地面装饰材料已是大势所趋。
强化复合地板由耐磨层、装饰层、基层、平衡层组成,优点有耐磨:约为普通漆饰地板的10-30倍以上,美观:可用电脑仿真出各种木纹和图案、颜色,稳定:彻底打散了原来木材的组织,破坏了各向异性及湿胀干缩的特性,尺寸极稳定,尤其适用于地暖***的房间,但是目前的强化复合地板阻燃性较差,不能具有很好的阻燃性,安全系数低,研发一种能客服以上缺陷的强化复合地板成为本领域技术人员亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种阻燃型强化复合地板及其涂装方法,该阻燃型强化复合地板结构简单,组装拆卸方便,节约了施工时间,提高了工作效率,阻燃效果佳,提高了安全性,延长使用寿命,该涂装方法简单易行,涂装效率高。
为了解决以上技术问题,本发明提供一种阻燃型强化复合地板,该复合地板由上至下包括表面耐磨层、装饰层、基材层、防水平衡层及强化层,其中:
基材层由秸秆竹纤维复合层及PVC板通过阻燃性胶合剂胶粘而成, PVC板由上PVC板和下PVC板组成,基材层中的秸秆竹纤维复合层置于上PVC板和下PVC板之间,上PVC板的上表面以及下PVC板的下表面分别铣数条凹槽,凹槽内分别注入胶液;
强化层由无纺布层及镶嵌在无纺布层表面的塑胶颗粒组成;
表面耐磨层、装饰层、基材层、防水平衡层及强化层叠合成一个整体,沿表面耐磨层、装饰层、防水平衡层及强化层的宽度方向上竖直开有一U形凹槽,在基材层的宽度方向上内凹形成一半球形凹槽,U形凹槽与半球形凹槽相贯通。
本发明进一步限定的技术方案是:
进一步的,前述阻燃型强化复合地板中,胶液为聚乙酸乙烯酯胶或聚氨酯密封胶。
前述阻燃型强化复合地板中,无纺布层为在三聚氰胺树脂胶粘剂中浸透过的三层无纺布叠合而成。
前述阻燃型强化复合地板中,装饰层为浸渍了添加有阻燃剂的耐高温酚醛树脂的防火装饰纸。
前述阻燃型强化复合地板中,表面耐磨层为碳化硅耐磨层或三氧化二铝耐磨纸。
本发明还设计了一种阻燃型强化复合地板的涂装方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)用砂纸将秸秆竹纤维复合层的上、下表面打磨平整、光滑,然后在其上、下表面利用双辊涂布机涂布阻燃性胶合剂,然后将上、下PVC板分别胶粘在秸秆竹纤维复合层的上、下表面上形成基材层;
(2)在基材层的上表面喷涂阻燃性胶合剂粘接装饰层,在基材层的下表面喷涂阻燃性胶合剂粘接防水平衡层,在基材层上喷涂阻燃性胶合剂时按三角形路线喷涂;
(3)在装饰层的上表面利用双辊涂布机涂布阻燃性胶合剂粘接表面耐磨层,并利于UV灯进行干燥;
(4)利用淋幕机在无纺布层上涂布阻燃性胶合剂,然后在无纺布层的一面上纱布塑胶颗粒,并利用UV灯进行干燥固定形成强化层;
(5)在防水平衡层的下表面利用双辊涂布机涂布阻燃性胶合剂粘接强化层,并利于UV灯进行干燥;
(6)将粘接在一起的耐磨层、装饰层、基材层、放水平衡层及强化层通过组坯后挤压一次成型得到阻燃型强化复合地板。
本发明进一步限定的技术方案是:
进一步的,前述阻燃型强化复合地板的涂装方法中,阻燃性胶合剂按质量份数计由以下成分组成:
双酚A环氧树脂:20-30份,聚苯醚树脂粉:10-25份,无醛阻燃剂:5-9份,硅烷偶联剂:6-10份,滑石粉:1-4份,惰性填料:0.5-1.5份;
惰性填料为复合稀土,所述复合稀土按重量百分比包含以下成分:Y:13-15%,Sc:16-18%,Gd:9-11%,Sm:8-10%,Pr:18-20%,余量为La元素,以上各组分之和为100%。
前述阻燃型强化复合地板的涂装方法中,无醛阻燃剂的制备如下:
(1)将亚磷酸二乙酯、邻苯二甲酸二乙酯加入装有搅拌器、球形冷凝管、温度计和恒压漏斗的四口烧瓶中,在慢慢滴加丙烯酰胺,40℃保温;待丙烯酰胺溶解后,滴加甲醇钠溶液,缓慢升温至70-75℃,反应4-5h得到中间体3-二乙氧基膦酰基丙酰胺;
(2)在60-65℃下,向装有中间体3-二乙氧基膦酰基丙酰胺的四口烧瓶中底加溶有六氯环氧磷腈的四氢呋喃溶液,充分搅拌,并加入一定量的三乙胺作为缚酸剂,通入氮气除去反应装置中的空气和水汽,反应结束后,过滤除去三乙胺盐酸盐,减压旋蒸除去溶剂,得到无醛阻燃剂。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明中设置了表面耐磨层可以减少摩擦对地板造成的损伤,防水平衡层起到防潮和稳定产品的作用,本发明中的基材层采用秸秆竹纤维复合层及PVC板,而没有采用实木,秸秆竹纤维复合层是由秸秆粉末、竹纤维粉末、天然植物胶水以及硅酸钙、氯化镁、三聚氰胺等阻燃剂混合而制成,用秸秆和竹纤维代替木材,减少了木材的用量,并具有良好的阻燃性能,而且防水、防冻,且不会释放有毒物质,安全环保。
上PVC板的上表面以及下PVC板的下表面分别铣数条凹槽,凹槽内分别注入胶液,有利于上下PVC板与装饰层和防水平衡层更好的粘接,增强地板的稳固性,同时胶液为聚乙酸乙烯酯胶或聚氨酯密封胶,具有一定的阻燃性,增加了地板的阻燃性。
强化层由无纺布层及镶嵌在无纺布层表面的塑胶颗粒组成,无纺布层为三层结构增强柔软性,加强缓冲能力,同时在镶嵌在无纺布层表面的塑胶颗粒增强地板与地面的摩擦力,防滑效果佳;
沿表面耐磨层、装饰层、防水平衡层及强化层的宽度方向上竖直开有一U形凹槽,在基材层的宽度方向上内凹形成一半球形凹槽,U形凹槽与半球形凹槽相贯通,使得每块地板在安装后,可以从两块地板之间的U形凹槽注入胶液,增强每块地板之间的粘结性,也可以加入阻燃性或防水性的胶液,已达到更有效的作用。

本实施例提供一种阻燃型强化复合地板,如图1-3所示,该复合地板由上至下包括表面耐磨层1、装饰层2、基材层、防水平衡层6及强化层7,装饰层2为浸渍了添加有阻燃剂的耐高温酚醛树脂的防火装饰纸,表面耐磨层1为碳化硅耐磨层或三氧化二铝耐磨纸,其中:
基材层由秸秆竹纤维复合层3及PVC板通过阻燃性胶合剂胶粘而成, PVC板由上PVC板4和下PVC板5组成,基材层中的秸秆竹纤维复合层3置于上PVC板4和下PVC板5之间,上PVC板4的上表面以及下PVC板5的下表面分别铣数条凹槽,凹槽内分别注入胶液,胶液为聚乙酸乙烯酯胶或聚氨酯密封胶;
强化层由无纺布层及镶嵌在无纺布层表面的塑胶颗粒组成,无纺布层为在三聚氰胺树脂胶粘剂中浸透过的三层无纺布叠合而成;

(1)用砂纸将秸秆竹纤维复合层的上、下表面打磨平整、光滑,然后在其上、下表面利用双辊涂布机涂布阻燃性胶合剂,然后将上、下PVC板分别胶粘在秸秆竹纤维复合层的上、下表面上形成基材层;
(2)在基材层的上表面喷涂阻燃性胶合剂粘接装饰层,在基材层的下表面喷涂阻燃性胶合剂粘接防水平衡层,在基材层上喷涂阻燃性胶合剂时按三角形路线喷涂;
(3)在装饰层的上表面利用双辊涂布机涂布阻燃性胶合剂粘接表面耐磨层,并利于UV灯进行干燥;
(4)利用淋幕机在无纺布层上涂布阻燃性胶合剂,然后在无纺布层的一面上纱布塑胶颗粒,并利用UV灯进行干燥固定形成强化层;
(5)在防水平衡层的下表面利用双辊涂布机涂布阻燃性胶合剂粘接强化层,并利于UV灯进行干燥;
(6)将粘接在一起的耐磨层、装饰层、基材层、放水平衡层及强化层通过组坯后挤压一次成型得到阻燃型强化复合地板。
在本实施例中,阻燃性胶合剂按质量份数计由以下成分组成:
双酚A环氧树脂:25份,聚苯醚树脂粉:20份,无醛阻燃剂:7份,硅烷偶联剂:8份,滑石粉:3份,惰性填料:0.8份;
惰性填料为复合稀土,复合稀土按重量百分比包含以下成分:Y:13%,Sc:16%,Gd:9%,Sm:8%,Pr:18%,余量为La元素,以上各组分之和为100%;
无醛阻燃剂的制备如下:
(1)将亚磷酸二乙酯、邻苯二甲酸二乙酯加入装有搅拌器、球形冷凝管、温度计和恒压漏斗的四口烧瓶中,在慢慢滴加丙烯酰胺,40℃保温;待丙烯酰胺溶解后,滴加甲醇钠溶液,缓慢升温至73℃,反应4.5h得到中间体3-二乙氧基膦酰基丙酰胺;
(2)在63℃下,向装有中间体3-二乙氧基膦酰基丙酰胺的四口烧瓶中底加溶有六氯环氧磷腈的四氢呋喃溶液,充分搅拌,并加入一定量的三乙胺作为缚酸剂,通入氮气除去反应装置中的空气和水汽,反应结束后,过滤除去三乙胺盐酸盐,减压旋蒸除去溶剂,得到无醛阻燃剂。
实施例3
本实施例提供上述实施例1中阻燃型强化复合地板的涂装方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)用砂纸将秸秆竹纤维复合层的上、下表面打磨平整、光滑,然后在其上、下表面利用双辊涂布机涂布阻燃性胶合剂,然后将上、下PVC板分别胶粘在秸秆竹纤维复合层的上、下表面上形成基材层;
(2)在基材层的上表面喷涂阻燃性胶合剂粘接装饰层,在基材层的下表面喷涂阻燃性胶合剂粘接防水平衡层,在基材层上喷涂阻燃性胶合剂时按三角形路线喷涂;
(3)在装饰层的上表面利用双辊涂布机涂布阻燃性胶合剂粘接表面耐磨层,并利于UV灯进行干燥;
(4)利用淋幕机在无纺布层上涂布阻燃性胶合剂,然后在无纺布层的一面上纱布塑胶颗粒,并利用UV灯进行干燥固定形成强化层;
(5)在防水平衡层的下表面利用双辊涂布机涂布阻燃性胶合剂粘接强化层,并利于UV灯进行干燥;
(6)将粘接在一起的耐磨层、装饰层、基材层、放水平衡层及强化层通过组坯后挤压一次成型得到阻燃型强化复合地板。
在本实施例中,阻燃性胶合剂按质量份数计由以下成分组成:
双酚A环氧树脂:30份,聚苯醚树脂粉:25份,无醛阻燃剂:9份,硅烷偶联剂:10份,滑石粉:4份,惰性填料:1.5份;
惰性填料为复合稀土,复合稀土按重量百分比包含以下成分:Y:15%,Sc:18%,Gd:11%,Sm:10%,Pr:20%,余量为La元素,以上各组分之和为100%;
无醛阻燃剂的制备如下:
(1)将亚磷酸二乙酯、邻苯二甲酸二乙酯加入装有搅拌器、球形冷凝管、温度计和恒压漏斗的四口烧瓶中,在慢慢滴加丙烯酰胺,40℃保温;待丙烯酰胺溶解后,滴加甲醇钠溶液,缓慢升温至75℃,反应5h得到中间体3-二乙氧基膦酰基丙酰胺;
(2)在65℃下,向装有中间体3-二乙氧基膦酰基丙酰胺的四口烧瓶中底加溶有六氯环氧磷腈的四氢呋喃溶液,充分搅拌,并加入一定量的三乙胺作为缚酸剂,通入氮气除去反应装置中的空气和水汽,反应结束后,过滤除去三乙胺盐酸盐,减压旋蒸除去溶剂,得到无醛阻燃剂。
实施例4
本实施例提供上述实施例1中阻燃型强化复合地板的涂装方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)用砂纸将秸秆竹纤维复合层的上、下表面打磨平整、光滑,然后在其上、下表面利用双辊涂布机涂布阻燃性胶合剂,然后将上、下PVC板分别胶粘在秸秆竹纤维复合层的上、下表面上形成基材层;
(2)在基材层的上表面喷涂阻燃性胶合剂粘接装饰层,在基材层的下表面喷涂阻燃性胶合剂粘接防水平衡层,在基材层上喷涂阻燃性胶合剂时按三角形路线喷涂;
(3)在装饰层的上表面利用双辊涂布机涂布阻燃性胶合剂粘接表面耐磨层,并利于UV灯进行干燥;
(4)利用淋幕机在无纺布层上涂布阻燃性胶合剂,然后在无纺布层的一面上纱布塑胶颗粒,并利用UV灯进行干燥固定形成强化层;
(5)在防水平衡层的下表面利用双辊涂布机涂布阻燃性胶合剂粘接强化层,并利于UV灯进行干燥;
(6)将粘接在一起的耐磨层、装饰层、基材层、放水平衡层及强化层通过组坯后挤压一次成型得到阻燃型强化复合地板。
在本实施例中,阻燃性胶合剂按质量份数计由以下成分组成:
双酚A环氧树脂:20份,聚苯醚树脂粉:10份,无醛阻燃剂:5份,硅烷偶联剂:6份,滑石粉:1份,惰性填料:0.5份;
惰性填料为复合稀土,复合稀土按重量百分比包含以下成分:Y:14%,Sc:17%,Gd:10%,Sm:9%,Pr:19%,余量为La元素,以上各组分之和为100%;
无醛阻燃剂的制备如下:
(1)将亚磷酸二乙酯、邻苯二甲酸二乙酯加入装有搅拌器、球形冷凝管、温度计和恒压漏斗的四口烧瓶中,在慢慢滴加丙烯酰胺,40℃保温;待丙烯酰胺溶解后,滴加甲醇钠溶液,缓慢升温至70℃,反应4h得到中间体3-二乙氧基膦酰基丙酰胺;
(2)在60℃下,向装有中间体3-二乙氧基膦酰基丙酰胺的四口烧瓶中底加溶有六氯环氧磷腈的四氢呋喃溶液,充分搅拌,并加入一定量的三乙胺作为缚酸剂,通入氮气除去反应装置中的空气和水汽,反应结束后,过滤除去三乙胺盐酸盐,减压旋蒸除去溶剂,得到无醛阻燃剂。
除上述实施例外,本发明还可以有其他实施方式。凡采用等同替换或等效变换形成的技术方案,均落在本发明要求的保护范围。

Claims (8)

1.一种阻燃型强化复合地板,其特征在于:该复合地板由上至下包括表面耐磨层(1)、装饰层(2)、基材层、防水平衡层(6)及强化层(7),其中:
所述基材层由秸秆竹纤维复合层(3)及PVC板通过阻燃性胶合剂胶粘而成,所述的PVC板由上PVC板(4)和下PVC板(5)组成,所述基材层中的秸秆竹纤维复合层(3)置于所述上PVC板(4)和下PVC板(5)之间,所述上PVC板(4)的上表面以及下PVC板(5)的下表面分别铣数条凹槽,所述凹槽内分别注入胶液;
所述强化层由无纺布层及镶嵌在无纺布层表面的塑胶颗粒组成;
所述表面耐磨层(1)、装饰层(2)、基材层、防水平衡层(6)及强化层(7)叠合成一个整体,沿所述表面耐磨层(1)、装饰层(2)、防水平衡层(6)及强化层(7)的宽度方向上竖直开有一U形凹槽,在所述基材层的宽度方向上内凹形成一半球形凹槽,所述U形凹槽与半球形凹槽相贯通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃型强化复合地板,其特征在于:所述的胶液为聚乙酸乙烯酯胶或聚氨酯密封胶。
3.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃型强化复合地板,其特征在于:所述的无纺布层为在三聚氰胺树脂胶粘剂中浸透过的三层无纺布叠合而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃型强化复合地板,其特征在于:所述的装饰层(2)为浸渍了添加有阻燃剂的耐高温酚醛树脂的防火装饰纸。
5.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃型强化复合地板,其特征在于:所述的表面耐磨层(1)为碳化硅耐磨层或三氧化二铝耐磨纸。
6.一种阻燃型强化复合地板的涂装方法,其特征在于,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)用砂纸将秸秆竹纤维复合层的上、下表面打磨平整、光滑,然后在其上、下表面利用双辊涂布机涂布阻燃性胶合剂,然后将上、下PVC板分别胶粘在秸秆竹纤维复合层的上、下表面上形成基材层;
(2)在基材层的上表面喷涂阻燃性胶合剂粘接装饰层,在基材层的下表面喷涂阻燃性胶合剂粘接防水平衡层,在基材层上喷涂阻燃性胶合剂时按三角形路线喷涂;
(3)在装饰层的上表面利用双辊涂布机涂布阻燃性胶合剂粘接表面耐磨层,并利于UV灯进行干燥;
(4)利用淋幕机在无纺布层上涂布阻燃性胶合剂,然后在无纺布层的一面上纱布塑胶颗粒,并利用UV灯进行干燥固定形成强化层;
(5)在防水平衡层的下表面利用双辊涂布机涂布阻燃性胶合剂粘接强化层,并利于UV灯进行干燥;
(6)将粘接在一起的耐磨层、装饰层、基材层、放水平衡层及强化层通过组坯后挤压一次成型得到阻燃型强化复合地板。
7.根据权利要求6所述的阻燃型强化复合地板的涂装方法,其特征在于:所述的阻燃性胶合剂按质量份数计由以下成分组成:
双酚A环氧树脂:20-30份,聚苯醚树脂粉:10-25份,无醛阻燃剂:5-9份,硅烷偶联剂:6-10份,滑石粉:1-4份,惰性填料:0.5-1.5份;
所述的惰性填料为复合稀土,所述复合稀土按重量百分比包含以下成分:Y:13-15%,Sc:16-18%,Gd:9-11%,Sm:8-10%,Pr:18-20%,余量为La元素,以上各组分之和为100%。
8.根据权利要求7所述的阻燃型强化复合地板的涂装方法,其特征在于:所述无醛阻燃剂的制备如下:
(1)将亚磷酸二乙酯、邻苯二甲酸二乙酯加入装有搅拌器、球形冷凝管、温度计和恒压漏斗的四口烧瓶中,在慢慢滴加丙烯酰胺,40℃保温;待丙烯酰胺溶解后,滴加甲醇钠溶液,缓慢升温至70-75℃,反应4-5h得到中间体3-二乙氧基膦酰基丙酰胺;
(2)在60-65℃下,向装有中间体3-二乙氧基膦酰基丙酰胺的四口烧瓶中底加溶有六氯环氧磷腈的四氢呋喃溶液,充分搅拌,并加入一定量的三乙胺作为缚酸剂,通入氮气除去反应装置中的空气和水汽,反应结束后,过滤除去三乙胺盐酸盐,减压旋蒸除去溶剂,得到无醛阻燃剂。
