Under the washing working condition, the rotating speed of the washing cylinder 1 is smaller than 80r/min, and when the rotating direction of the washing cylinder 1 is the same as the direction of the water drainage channel 3, the water in the washing cylinder 1 is not discharged. Similarly, under the washing condition, when the rotation direction of the washing drum 1 is opposite to the water draining channel 3, the rotation speed of the washing drum 1 is smaller, the centrifugal force applied to the one-way valve 12 is smaller and still in a closed state, and at this time, the water in the washing drum 1 cannot flow out, and the one-way valve 12 in this embodiment enables the hole-free inner drum washing machine to realize bidirectional rotation washing.
Under the dewatering working condition, the rotation direction of the washing drum 1 is opposite to the water discharge channel 3, the washing drum 1 starts to rotate reversely at a high speed, when the rotation speed of the washing drum 1 is higher than 80r/min, the one-way valve 12 is opened outwards from the inside of the washing drum due to the action of a large centrifugal force, and at the moment, water in the washing drum 1 flows out from the water discharge hole 9 to the water discharge channel 3 and through the water throwing port 4, so that the dewatering of the washing machine is realized.
The one-way valve is arranged on the inner cylinder, so that the two-way washing function of the aporate inner cylinder washing machine is realized, and the one-way valve is simple in structure and convenient to maintain and replace in later period.

As shown in fig. 9 to 11, the bidirectional washing drum according to the present embodiment has one end of the drain hole 9 of the drain passage 3 extending into the inside of the drum 1 through the front end plate 13. The drainage channel 3 is vertically inserted into the front end plate 13, the drainage channel 3 points to the axis direction of the washing drum 1 in the washing drum 1, one end of the drainage channel 3 in the washing drum 1 is provided with a drainage hole 9, and the drainage hole 9 is provided with a one-way valve 12. Under the washing working condition, the rotating speed of the washing cylinder 1 is less than 80r/min, and when the rotating direction of the washing cylinder 1 is the same as the direction of the drainage channel 3, the water in the washing cylinder 1 is not discharged; when the rotation direction of the washing drum 1 is opposite to the water discharge channel 3, the centrifugal force applied to the check valve 12 is smaller due to the smaller rotation speed of the washing drum 1, and the washing drum 1 is still in a closed state, so that water in the washing drum 1 cannot flow out.
Under the dewatering working condition, the rotation direction of the washing drum 1 is opposite to that of the water discharge channel 3, and when the rotation speed of the washing drum 1 is higher than 80r/min along with the gradual increase of the rotation speed of the washing drum 1, the one-way valve 12 is opened from inside to outside under the action of larger centrifugal force, and at the moment, water in the washing drum 1 flows out from the water discharge hole 9 to the water discharge channel 3 and through the water throwing port 4, so that the dewatering of the washing machine is realized.
In summary, the check valve 12 is opened by the centrifugal force generated when the washing tub 1 rotates at a high speed, and thus the direction of the drain hole 9 must be directed toward the axis of the washing tub.
As some embodiments of the present invention, when one end of the drain hole 9 of the drain channel 3 extends into the inside of the washing tub 1 through the front end plate 13, the drain channel 3 body may be disposed on the outer surface of the front end plate 13, or may be disposed on the side wall of the washing tub 1 near the front end plate 13.
As shown in fig. 12, as some embodiments of the present invention, the present invention further provides a drum washing machine with bidirectional rotation, the drum washing machine includes the above-mentioned non-porous washing drum, and further includes an outer drum 15, a box 14, and a door cover 21, the outer drum 15 is concentrically arranged with the washing drum 1, a water outlet 22 is provided at the bottom of the outer drum 15, a water drain pipe 23 is connected to the water outlet 22, and the water drain pipe 23 extends out through the box 14; the water inlet channel is provided with a rapid heating device; the water inlet channel comprises a water inlet pipe 17 and a water spraying pipe 19, wherein the water inlet pipe 17 is arranged at the inner top of the box body 14, one end of the water inlet pipe is arranged on the box body 14 through a water inlet valve 16, the other end of the water inlet pipe is communicated with the water spraying pipe 19 through a detergent box 18 arranged on the box body 14, the water spraying pipe 19 is arranged at the inner front part of the box body 14 and is erected on a door cover 21 through a water spraying nozzle 20, and water sprayed from the water spraying nozzle 20 can pass through a water inlet 26 of a washing cylinder cover 25 to enter the washing cylinder 1; the water spray nozzle 20 and the water spray pipe 19 are connected through a movable joint.
Example 6
The embodiment provides a control method of a washing machine for bidirectional washing, which comprises the following steps:
starting the washing machine, and selecting one of a washing working condition, a rinsing working condition or a dewatering working condition by a user;
under the washing working condition, the washing cylinder starts to rotate, the rotation speed of the washing cylinder is not more than 80r/min, the valve on the water discharge channel is in a closed state, the rotation direction of the washing cylinder is the same as or opposite to the direction of the water discharge channel 3, the water inlet valve 16 is opened, tap water is injected into the washing cylinder through the water inlet channel until reaching the liquid level height set by a washing program, and after the water injection is completed, the washing cylinder continues to rotate bidirectionally to start washing;
under the dewatering working condition, the washing cylinder rotates unidirectionally along the direction opposite to the direction of the water drainage channel 3, when the rotating speed of the washing cylinder is greater than 80r/min, the water drainage channel valve is opened, and water in the washing cylinder flows out through the water drainage channel.
Preferably, the included angle alpha formed by the two ends of the drainage channel 3 and the central axis of the washing barrel on the circular projection of the washing barrel 1 is in the range of 90-360 degrees, preferably 100-180 degrees.
Further, the rinsing working condition is the same as the washing working condition.
According to the control method for the bidirectional washing machine, water in the washing cylinder cannot flow into the space between the washing cylinder and the outer cylinder in the washing process, so that water consumption is saved, secondary pollution to clothes is avoided, and the effect of no water leakage in bidirectional rotation washing of the hole-free inner cylinder washing machine is achieved.

A bidirectional washing drum, characterized in that: the washing machine is characterized in that the washing drum (1) is a drum, the outer part of the washing drum (1) is connected with the water drain channel (3), the water drain channel (3) is tightly connected with the outer wall of the washing drum (1) to rotate along with the washing drum (1), a water drain hole (9) is formed in the inner wall of the washing drum (1), the water drain hole (9) penetrates through the wall of the washing drum (1) and is communicated with the water drain channel (3), the rest position of the washing drum (1) is pore-free, the water drain channel (3) is provided with the water throwing port (4), the water throwing port is arranged outside the washing drum (1), the included angle formed by the two ends of the water drain channel (3) and the central axis of the washing drum on the circular projection taking the central axis of the washing drum (1) as the center of a circle is alpha, the included angle formed by the two ends of the washing liquid level in the washing drum (1) and the central axis of the washing drum (1) on the circular projection taking the central axis of the washing drum (1) as the center of a circle is beta, alpha is not less than or equal to beta, one end of the water drain channel (3) is provided with a valve, the water throwing port (3) is arranged at one end, and the water throwing port is arranged between the two ends of the water throwing port and the water drum (1 is not equal to 360.
2. A bi-directional washing cartridge as claimed in claim 1 wherein: the valve is arranged as one of an elastic valve (11) or a one-way valve (12).
3. A bi-directional washing cartridge as claimed in claim 2 wherein: the drainage channel (3) is arranged at least one of the front end plate (13), the cylinder wall and the rear end plate of the washing cylinder (1).
4. A bi-directional washing cartridge according to claim 3, wherein: when the valve is set to be an elastic valve (11), the elastic valve (11) is arranged at the water throwing port (4) end of the drainage channel (3), and when the valve is set to be a one-way valve (12), the one-way valve (12) is arranged at the drainage hole (9) end of the drainage channel (3).
5. A bi-directional washing cartridge according to claim 2 or 4, wherein: the elastic valve (11) comprises a reset spring (5), a metal ball (6), a sealing door (7) and a rotating pin (8), wherein the reset spring (5) is connected with the sealing door (7) and the rotating pin (8) through the metal ball (6), and the sealing door (7) covers the outer surface of the drainage water throwing port (4).

A bi-directional washing cartridge as claimed in claim 1 wherein: the front end of the cylinder wall of the washing cylinder (1) is provided with a front end plate (13), the front end plate (13) is externally covered with a front cover plate (2), and the front cover plate (2) is externally provided with a washing cylinder cover (25).
7. A bi-directional washing cartridge as claimed in claim 6 wherein: the inner surface of the front cover plate (2) is provided with a semi-closed water channel groove (24), and the water channel groove (24) and the front end plate (13) form a drainage channel (3).
8. A washing machine, characterized in that: a washing cartridge comprising a bi-directional washing according to any one of claims 1 to 7, further comprising an outer cartridge (15), said washing cartridge being rotatably arranged within the outer cartridge (15).
9. A control method of a washing machine, characterized by: use of the washing machine of claim 8, comprising: starting the washing machine, and selecting one of a washing working condition, a rinsing working condition or a dewatering working condition by a user;
under the washing working condition, the washing cylinder starts to rotate, the rotation speed of the washing cylinder is not more than 80r/min, the valve on the drainage channel is in a closed state, the rotation direction of the washing cylinder is the same as or opposite to the direction of the drainage channel, the water inlet valve is opened, water is injected into the washing cylinder through the water inlet channel until reaching the liquid level height set by a washing program, and after the water injection is completed, the washing cylinder continues to rotate bidirectionally to start washing;
under the dehydration working condition, the washing cylinder rotates unidirectionally along the direction opposite to the direction of the drainage channel, when the rotation speed of the washing cylinder is greater than 80r/min, the drainage channel valve is opened, and water in the washing cylinder flows out through the drainage channel; the direction of the drain passage from the drain hole to the water throwing port is defined as the direction of the drain passage.
