It is known from the structural characteristics of drum washing machines having non-porous inner drums that maintaining the tightness of the inner drum door is a key to forming an inner drum chamber that can independently hold wash water during washing and rinsing, and that serious safety accidents may be caused if the inner drum door is unlocked or locked in place during dehydration of the inner drum rotating at high speed.

electromagnetic heating means is provided on the side wall of the outer cylinder 19, and heats the side wall of the inner cylinder 18 correspondingly.
The present embodiment provides a washing machine having an electromagnetic heating device by which the side wall of the inner tub 18 is heated, and the side wall of the inner tub 18 is heated by the electromagnetic heating device to thereby transfer heat to the washing water in the inner tub 18, thereby achieving heating of the washing water.
Electromagnetic heating is also called electromagnetic induction heating, namely electromagnetic heating (foreign language: electromagnetic heating abbreviated: EH) technology, and the principle of electromagnetic heating is that an alternating magnetic field is generated through components of an electronic circuit board, when an iron-containing container is placed on the container, alternating magnetic force lines are cut on the surface of the container, alternating current (namely vortex) is generated at a metal part at the bottom of the container, the vortex enables carriers at the bottom of the container to randomly move at a high speed, and the carriers collide and rub with atoms to generate heat energy. Thereby having an effect of heating the article. The iron container generates heat, so the heat conversion rate is particularly high, and the highest heat conversion rate can reach 95 percent, which is a direct heating mode. Therefore, the pulsator washing machine of the embodiment heats washing water by using the electromagnetic heating device, and has higher heating efficiency.
In addition, because electromagnetic heating is a non-contact heating mode, the installation requirement of the electromagnetic heating device is lower, unlike the traditional electric heating wire heating mode, the sealing performance is required to be considered, and therefore, the installation of the washing machine adopting the electromagnetic heating device is simpler. In addition, in order to install the electric heating wire, the installation position and the installation structure of the electric heating wire need to be specifically designed in the outer barrel, and the electromagnetic heating device of the embodiment can be directly installed on the inner wall or the outer wall of the outer barrel or even installed in the box body, so that the structure of the outer barrel is simplified, the volume of the inner barrel can be enlarged to a certain extent, and the capacity expansion is realized.
Furthermore, the resistance wire heating mode that current washing machine adopted, resistance wire submergence is direct to be heated in water, because the quality of water environment is comparatively complicated, along with the growth of time, deposit incrustation scale on the resistance wire, and because the reason of mounted position is difficult to clean to cause heating efficiency to reduce gradually, damage even. The electromagnetic heating device is adopted to realize non-contact heating, so that the problems can be avoided, the service life is greatly prolonged, and long-term high-efficiency heating can be kept.
In summary, the washing machine of the embodiment adopts the electromagnetic heating device to realize the heating function, thereby improving the heating efficiency, simplifying the installation of the heating device, simplifying the structure of the outer cylinder and prolonging the service life of the heating device.
The inner cylinder of the embodiment is made of iron material, and can cut alternating magnetic force lines generated by the electromagnetic heating device to generate alternating current (namely vortex 55), and the vortex 55 enables carriers on the side wall of the inner cylinder to move at high speed randomly, and the carriers collide and rub with each other to generate heat energy.
Further, the electromagnetic heating device according to the embodiment is disposed on the inner side wall of the outer cylinder.
Preferably, the electromagnetic heating means is provided at the lowest position of the inner side wall of the outer cylinder 19. The advantage is that the water is concentrated at the bottom of the inner cylinder 18, no matter how the water rotates, the washing water in the inner cylinder 18 is collected at the bottom, so that the heating inner cylinder 18 can transfer heat and water immediately, and the safety of heating the inner cylinder 18 and the high efficiency of heating are realized.
In addition, the electromagnetic heating device is arranged at the bottom, certain residual water exists in each drainage, and the electromagnetic coil of the electromagnetic heating device is used for heat dissipation.
As an implementation manner of this embodiment, the electromagnetic heating device in this embodiment includes an electromagnetic coil 59 and a mounting frame 58, where the electromagnetic coil 59 is fixed on the mounting frame 58, and the mounting frame 58 is fixed on an inner side wall of the outer cylinder 19.
Preferably, the mounting bracket 58 includes a mounting housing made of a non-metallic material, and the solenoid coil 59 is enclosed in the mounting housing.
Further, the mounting frame 58 includes a fixing portion, and an assembling portion matched with the fixing portion is disposed on an inner side wall of the outer cylinder 19, and the fixing portion is fixedly connected with the assembling portion through the connecting piece 56.

The coil distance is the distance H between the surface of the wound electromagnetic coil and the surface of the inner cylinder, which distance must not be too far or too close to achieve high heating efficiency. Specifically, the distance between the upper surface of the electromagnetic coil and the outer side wall surface of the inner cylinder is H, and the H satisfies the following conditions: h is more than or equal to 0.4cm and less than or equal to 10cm;

Further, the electromagnetic heating device according to the embodiment includes a heat dissipation member for dissipating heat from the electromagnetic coil, so as to achieve better heat dissipation from the wound coil.
Preferably, the heat sink is provided on the mounting frame or the sealing plate.
The embodiment also provides a control method of the washing machine, which controls the electromagnetic heating device to start in the washing and/or rinsing process of the washing machine, and simultaneously controls the inner cylinder to rotate to heat the washing water.
Further, the washing machine according to the embodiment includes a temperature detecting device for detecting a temperature of the washing water, and when the temperature detecting device detects that the temperature of the washing water reaches a set temperature, the electromagnetic heating device is controlled to stop working;

and a door opening mechanism 62 for opening and closing the inner cylinder door 6 and the machine door 5 in a linked manner by triggering the action of the door opening mechanism 62.
The linkage opening and closing of the inner barrel door 6 and the machine door 5 are realized through the door opening mechanism 62, so that the trouble that a user independently opens and closes the inner barrel door 6 and the machine door 5 respectively is avoided, the operation of the user is facilitated, and the use experience of the user is improved.
Specifically, the door opening mechanism 62 includes a trigger member, and the trigger member has at least two motion/position states, and is correspondingly controlled to sequentially open and close the door and the inner barrel door in a linkage manner.

As shown in fig. 22 to 24, a washing machine of the present embodiment includes:

an inner cylinder door 6 which is mounted on the opening of the inner cylinder 18 in an openable and closable manner;
An inner cylinder door lock for locking the inner cylinder door 6 to keep a closed state;
and a door lock detection device 66 for detecting whether the inner cylinder door lock is locked.
The drum washing machine with the front open structure of the non-porous inner drum is disclosed in the present embodiment, the inner drum 18 is of a non-porous structure, and as can be known from the structural characteristics of the drum washing machine with the non-porous inner drum, the sealing performance of the inner drum door is maintained in the washing and rinsing processes to form the inner chamber of the inner drum capable of independently holding washing water, and in the dehydration process of the inner drum rotating at a high speed, if the inner drum door is unlocked or locked in place, serious safety accidents can be caused. The washing machine of this embodiment detects the inner cylinder door lock by adopting the door lock detection device, and because whether the inner cylinder door lock is locked or not directly relates to whether the inner cylinder door is closed in place, the door lock detection device 66 can more directly detect the state of the inner cylinder door, thereby fundamentally avoiding the situation that the inner cylinder door is not closed in place.
Further, the inner cylinder door lock according to the present embodiment includes a lock tongue 30 mounted on the inner cylinder door 6 and a lock base 24 mounted on the nozzle of the inner cylinder 18; the washing machine comprises an outer cylinder 19 coaxially arranged outside the inner cylinder 18, and the door lock detection device 66 is arranged on the outer cylinder 19 and is used for detecting whether the lock tongue 30 is locked in the lock seat 24.
According to the specific structure of the inner barrel door lock, the door lock detection device directly detects whether the lock tongue 30 of the inner barrel door lock is locked in the lock seat 24, so that whether the inner barrel door 6 is locked or not can be accurately judged, the accuracy of locking the inner barrel door in place is greatly improved, and potential safety hazards caused by the fact that the inner barrel door is locked in place are avoided.
Further, since the displacement difference between the locking and unlocking state of the inner cylinder door lock is small, in order to accurately detect the movement of the locking tongue, the requirement on the detection precision of the door lock detection device is high, but this necessarily increases the cost of the door lock detection device, and the washing machine of the embodiment further includes a door lock trigger device that is linked with the locking tongue 30 into the detection range of the door lock detection device 66 in the inner cylinder door lock locking process on the premise of reducing the cost of the door lock detection device as much as possible and ensuring the detection precision.
In this embodiment, by setting the door lock trigger device, the inner cylinder door lock is locked and linked with the lock tongue, the door lock trigger device can amplify the displacement of the lock tongue when the inner cylinder door lock is locked, so that the displacement is more easily detected by the door lock detection device 66, and the detection accuracy is ensured.
As an implementation manner of this embodiment, the door lock triggering device according to this embodiment includes a movable member 68 reciprocally mounted in the lock base 24 and an elastic member 70 disposed between the movable member 68 and the lock base 24; the movable part 68 is provided with a sensing part 67 which can be detected by the door lock detection device 66; the movable member 68 is linked with the lock tongue 30 in the inner cylinder lock locking process, and a detection signal is generated after the door lock detection device 66 detects the sensing member 67 in the detection range.
The movable member 68 of the door lock triggering device of the embodiment can amplify the smaller displacement of the lock tongue along with the lock tongue linkage when the inner cylinder door lock is locked, or prolong the displacement occurrence position of the lock tongue to be within the detection range of the door lock detection device 66, thereby realizing accurate detection when the inner cylinder door lock is locked.
In the locking process of the inner cylinder door lock, the elastic member 70 of the door lock triggering device of the embodiment compresses the elastic member 70 in a linkage manner by the movable member and the lock tongue, the elastic member 70 is elastically deformed, and when the inner cylinder door lock is unlocked, the movable member is not stopped by the lock tongue 30 any more, and the elastic member 70 is restored to deform to push the movable member 68 to reset so as to detect the next locking process.
Further, the lock base 24 of the present embodiment includes a base body and a locking member disposed in the base body, one end of the elastic member 70 is fixed in the base body, the other end is connected to the movable member 68 and extends to the locking member, and the lock tongue 30 is locked in the locking member and is stopped against the movable member 68 to push the lock tongue to move into the detection range of the door lock detection device 66.
The locking member of the present embodiment is provided with an opening, and at least a portion of the movable member 68 extends into the locking member from the opening under the action of the elastic member 70.
The door lock triggering device according to the present embodiment includes a stopper 69 provided on the movable member for preventing the movable member 68 from being pulled out of the lock housing.
Preferably, the limiting member 69 is a limiting protrusion disposed on the movable member 68, one end of the movable member 68 extends into the locking member from the opening, and the other end is limited outside the opening by the limiting protrusion.
As an implementation manner of this embodiment, the sensing element 67 is a permanent magnet, and the door lock detection device 66 includes a magnetic induction element capable of sensing the permanent magnet; preferably, the permanent magnet is a magnet, and the magnetic induction element is a reed switch.
The induction distance range of the reed switch in this embodiment is L.
As shown in fig. 23, the inner cylinder door 6 of this embodiment is locked in place, the lock tongue 30 is implemented to press the movable member 68 and the magnet towards the outer cylinder wall, the distance between the magnet and the reed switch is implemented to be H, H is less than or equal to L or H is less than L, the reed switch is attracted, and the door body is determined to be locked in place by a passage.
As shown in fig. 24, the inner cylinder door 6 of the present embodiment cannot be locked in place or opened, the lock tongue 30 cannot be locked in place, the elastic member 70 is implemented to press the movable member 68 away from the outer cylinder wall, the distance between the magnet and the reed switch is implemented to be h+h, where h+h > L, the reed switch is not closed, and the door body is determined to be unlocked in place.

the plugging part comprises a plugging surface and a transition wall, the periphery of the plugging surface extends along the axial direction of the inner cylinder to form the transition wall, and the connecting part is an annular connecting wall formed by flanging the periphery of the transition wall;
and the sealing piece is arranged on the periphery of the plugging part and is used for keeping the tightness of the cylinder opening of the inner cylinder when the inner cylinder door is closed.

The washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the rotating shaft structure comprises a rotating shaft seat, a rotating shaft and a connecting arm, the rotating shaft seat is fixedly installed on the wall of the drum mouth of the inner drum, the rotating shaft is installed on the rotating shaft seat, the connecting arm is rotatably installed on the rotating shaft, and the connecting arm is fixedly connected with the inner drum door.

The washing machine as claimed in claim 2, wherein the rotary shaft seat comprises a first rotary shaft seat and a second rotary shaft seat which are respectively fixed on the wall of the nozzle of the inner cylinder, and the rotary shaft is fixedly installed between the first rotary shaft seat and the second rotary shaft seat.

The washing machine as claimed in claim 3, wherein the rotating shaft is a cylindrical rotating shaft, the first rotating shaft seat and the second rotating shaft seat are respectively provided with a special-shaped hole, and two ends of the cylindrical rotating shaft are respectively fixedly installed in the special-shaped holes of the first rotating shaft seat and the second rotating shaft seat.

The washing machine as claimed in claim 2, wherein the rotating shaft structure further comprises a rotating shaft seat lining plate and a rotating shaft seat connecting piece, and the rotating shaft seat lining plate and the rotating shaft seat are respectively positioned at two sides of the cylinder mouth wall of the inner cylinder; the rotary shaft seat lining plate is provided with a rotary shaft seat lining plate fixing hole, the wall of the cylinder opening of the inner cylinder is provided with a rotary shaft fixing hole, and the rotary shaft seat is provided with a rotary shaft seat fixing hole;
the rotating shaft seat connecting piece passes through the rotating shaft seat lining plate fixing hole, the rotating shaft fixing hole and the rotating shaft seat fixing hole to fixedly connect the rotating shaft seat lining plate fixing hole, the rotating shaft seat lining plate fixing hole and the rotating shaft seat fixing hole.
6. The washing machine as claimed in claim 5, wherein a sealing member is provided between the spindle base coupling and the spindle base bushing fixing hole and/or between the spindle base coupling and the spindle fixing hole.
7. The washing machine as claimed in claim 2, wherein the connection arm includes a shaft hole part having a shaft hole, and a connection part passing through the shaft hole and freely rotatable with respect to the shaft hole, the connection part being fixedly connected with the inner drum door.
8. The washing machine as claimed in claim 7, wherein the inner drum door is provided with an inner drum door installation avoidance area corresponding to the connection arm.

The washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8, further comprising an inner cylinder door lock comprising a lock base assembly and a lock tongue assembly, the lock base assembly being fixed to a wall of the mouth of the inner cylinder, the lock tongue assembly being fixed to the inner cylinder door, the lock tongue assembly being in locking engagement with the lock base assembly to lock the inner cylinder door.

The washing machine as claimed in claim 9, wherein the lock base assembly comprises a base, a lock hook, a lock base liner plate and a lock base connector, the lock hook is disposed on the base, and the lock base liner plate and the base are respectively disposed at two sides of the nozzle wall of the inner cylinder;
the lock seat lining plate is provided with a lock seat lining plate fixing hole, the cylinder mouth wall of the inner cylinder is provided with a lock seat fixing hole, and the seat body is provided with a lock seat fixing hole; the lock seat connecting piece passes through the lock seat lining plate fixing hole, the lock seat fixing hole and the lock seat fixing hole to be fixedly connected.
11. The washing machine as claimed in claim 10, wherein the lock base connector and the lock base bushing fixing hole, and/or the seal member is provided between the lock base connector and the lock base fixing hole.

The washing machine as claimed in claim 9, wherein the latch assembly comprises a latch, a latch rotation shaft and a handle, the latch rotation shaft is fixedly installed on the inner cylinder door, the latch and the handle are rotatably installed on the latch rotation shaft respectively, and the handle cooperates with the latch to rotate the latch to lock/unlock the inner cylinder door.

The washing machine as claimed in claim 12, wherein the latch assembly further comprises a torsion spring, the torsion spring is sleeved on the latch shaft, one end of the torsion spring is fixedly connected with the inner drum door, and the other end of the torsion spring is fixedly connected with the latch.

The washing machine as claimed in claim 13, wherein the inner drum door is provided with a torsion spring fixing hole or a torsion spring fixing groove for assembling the torsion spring, and the locking tongue is provided with a torsion spring fixing hole or a torsion spring fixing groove for assembling the torsion spring.
15. The washing machine as claimed in claim 12, wherein the inner drum door is provided with a mounting area for mounting the latch bolt assembly.
16. The washing machine as claimed in claim 15, wherein the inner tub door includes a door inner tub, a door outer tub, and a door inner tub, the door inner tub being held between the door inner tub and the door outer tub, the installation area being provided on the door outer tub.
17. The washing machine as claimed in claim 15, wherein the mounting area is a mounting groove provided on the door housing.
