本发明涉及棉布领域,尤其涉及一种高强度抗撕裂棉布。
背景技术
棉布在我们日常生产生活中很常见,人们经常在上面织些美丽的图案,它不仅表现地很美观而且它极易生产;
纯棉纤维具有保暖、吸汗、柔软、对人体无害等特点,开发用纯棉纤维制成的布料具有较高的经济价值,目前市场对棉纤维制成的布料在制衣方面的需求量较大,以棉布制成的衣物虽然具备柔软、保温的特性,但其韧性较差,在洗衣机中高速洗涤时不仅易变形而且极易撕裂,所以我们必须加强它在生活中的实用性,因此,设计一种抗撕裂棉布是很有必要的。同时,在日常生活中,人体一旦出汗,棉布不易排湿的缺陷使得人们穿着很不舒服。
发明内容

为解决背景技术中存在的技术问题,本发明提出一种高强度抗撕裂棉布,棉布具有良好的防水透气性、防腐防虫蛀性,棉布层具有很好的韧性和抗撕性,且弹性良好,穿着舒适。
(二)技术方案
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种高强度抗撕裂棉布,包括棉布层和防水层;棉布层由经纱和纬纱交织成网状制备;
经纱由棉纱和真丝相互交捻而成,纬纱由棉纤维、粘胶纤维和铜氨纤维交替间隔排列,纬纱与经纱交织在一起,形成棉布层;
防水层按照质量比,包括以下组份:聚乙烯醇20-30份、对甲苯磺酸20-40份、邻羟基苯甲酸钠40-60份、二氧化硅20-40份、失水山梨酸硬脂酸酯10-30份和活性剂15-20份;活性剂为硬脂酸或十二烷基苯磺酸钠。
优选的,棉纱和真丝的数量为(30-40):(1-2)。
优选的,纬纱的经线密度为230根/10厘米;纬纱的纬线密度为230根/10厘米。

S5:将棉布层进行清洗后,脱水,自然风干;
S6:将防水层的原料进行混合均匀后,将棉布层在防水层中浸泡5-10分钟,形成防水层,得到棉布A;
S7:将棉布A进行烘干,得到棉布B;
S8:对棉布B进行包边、熨烫平整,得到成品棉布。

6.根据权利要求1所述的高强度抗撕裂棉布,其特征在于,防水层按照质量比,包括以下组份:聚乙烯醇30份、对甲苯磺酸40份、邻羟基苯甲酸钠60份、二氧化硅40份、失水山梨酸硬脂酸酯30份和活性剂15-20份;活性剂为硬脂酸或十二烷基苯磺酸钠。
7.根据权利要求1-6的任意一项所述的高强度抗撕裂棉布,其特征在于,还包括棉布制作和防虫除皱处理,包括以下步骤:
S1:通过纺织机制作棉布层;
S2:制作药剂,取原材料按重量比包括:树脂40-60份、催化剂10-13份、聚乙烯乳液20-30份、硅油1-5份、渗透剂1-3份、柠檬酸1-3份、氟硅酸铝钠5-8份、苄呋菊酯10-20份、甘油6-12份、槟榔8-14份、樟脑粉4-9份、防霉剂1-3份和水40-60份;将原料混合搅拌均匀,得到药剂;
S3:将棉布层在药剂中浸泡1-2小时,浸泡温度为20-30摄氏度;
S4:将浸泡后的棉布进行烘干;
S5:将棉布层进行清洗后,脱水,自然风干;
S6:将防水层的原料进行混合均匀后,将棉布层在防水层中浸泡5-10分钟,形成防水层,得到棉布A;
S7:将棉布A进行烘干,得到棉布B;
S8:对棉布B进行包边、熨烫平整,得到成品棉布。
8.根据权利要求7所述的高强度抗撕裂棉布,其特征在于,S4中,烘干温度为100-120摄氏度,烘干时长10-20分钟。
9.根据权利要求7所述的高强度抗撕裂棉布,其特征在于,S7中,烘干温度为80-120摄氏度。
