本发明涉及面料技术领域,具体为一种防水透气型复合面料。
背景技术
透气布料指的是那些吸汗透气性能很好的原材料,透气布料被广泛的运用于服装、鞋款的制造中,目前的透气面料都不具备防水功能,只能达到吸湿速干的效果,一些户外运动类服饰,如登山服等,除了需要具备防水透气功能,还需要具备保暖功能,而普通棉质面料的保暖性强,但是通常不防雨水,当在室外突遇大雨,会将普通棉质面料服装及内衣打湿,会使人受凉生病,不具备防水效果,因此一般的呢绒面料不适合制成户外运动类服饰,但现有的防水面料,材质较硬,不易于剪裁,穿着不舒适,且保暖效果较差,不适合作为服装面料使用,无法作为户外运动类服饰的优选面料,这样远远无法满足当前人们对该产品的要求,所以,如何设计一种防水透气型复合面料,成为我们当前要解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防水透气型复合面料,结构简单,通过设置第一基布层与第二基布层,增加该面料厚度,使该面料使用寿命更长,通过设置弹力层,增加该面料弹力,使其更加适合作为服装材料进行剪裁,缝制等,通过设置其流通道与透气孔,使该面料透气性更好,通过设置保温层,增加该面料的保暖性,通过设置防水层,使其具有防水效果,通过设置抗静电层,使其具有抗静电的效果,增加该面料的功能性,通过设置抗菌层,使该面料具有抗菌效果,通过设置亲肤棉层,使该面料穿着更加舒适,通过设置防紫外线层,增加该面料的防紫外线效果,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种防水透气型复合面料,包括第一基布层与第二基布层,所述第一基布层与第二基布层包括经线与纬线,所述经线与纬线交织分布在第一基布层或第二基布层内部,且所述第一基布层与第二基布层内部均设有弹力层,所述第一基布层与第二基布层之间设有多个气流通道,所述气流通道两端分别与第一基布层底部、第二基布层顶部固定相连,所述第一基布层顶部固定连接有保温层,所述保温层顶部固定连接有防水层,所述防水层顶部设有抗静电层,所述第二基布层底部固定连接有抗菌层,所述抗菌层底部固定连接有亲肤棉层。
进一步的,所述第一基布层与第二基布层表面均匀分布有多个透气孔,所述透气孔均与气流通道相连。
进一步的,所述保温层包括羊毛纤维层与棉毛纤维层,所述羊毛纤维层底部与棉毛纤维层固定相连。
进一步的,所述抗菌层内部设有多个活性炭微颗粒子。
进一步的,所述防水层设为TPU聚氨酯薄膜。

5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水透气型复合面料,其特征在于:所述防水层(8)设为TPU聚氨酯薄膜。
