Background
With the advancement of technology, many products are automatically produced by adopting a production line. Applicant's production of starter motors has also led to production lines. When the electromagnetic switch of the starter is assembled, two servo guns are adopted to fasten two electromagnetic switch screws from bottom to top simultaneously. Because the servo gun head is difficult to directly align with the electromagnetic switch screw, the applicant introduces a corresponding tool.
The tool designed by the applicant initially is shown in fig. 1, and comprises a tool holder and a guide sleeve, wherein the tool holder and the guide sleeve are respectively manufactured and welded together, and the guide sleeve is provided with a guide hole and a conical hole positioned at the rear end of the guide hole. When the electromagnetic gun is in operation, the gun rod of the servo gun enters the guide hole under the guidance of the conical hole and screws the electromagnetic switch screw.
The tool has higher precision requirements on the distance between the two guide sleeves, the perpendicularity with the tool seat and the like, otherwise, the two guide holes cannot be guaranteed to be aligned with the electromagnetic switch screw. In order to avoid the phenomena of damage to the electromagnetic switch screw, slipping of the screw and the like by the gun head of the servo gun, the gun head of the servo gun is required to be tightly matched with the inner hole at the end part of the screw, so that the gap between the gun rod of the servo gun and the guide hole is required to be small, the guide sleeve is required to have high precision, and otherwise, the gun rod of the servo gun is difficult to pass or the rotation resistance is large. The gun rod of the servo gun rotates inevitably to generate larger friction with the guide sleeve, and the guide sleeve needs quenching treatment. However, the existing tool adopts a welding mode to connect the tool seat and the guide sleeve, and the position accuracy of the guide sleeve is difficult to guarantee due to the thermal deformation in the welding process. The length of the guide sleeve is longer, and the quenching deformation ensures that the precision of the guide sleeve is not easy to ensure. In actual production, the screw is biased and slips due to insufficient tool precision, and moment alarm of a servo gun and the like sometimes occur. The production line has a plurality of stations, needs many sets of frock, even adjustment equipment, and first set of frock operation is good, and second set of frock operation comes, appears the phenomenon such as jam again, reports to the police, and production efficiency is low.

The assembly column is matched with the guide hole, so that the assembly column can only axially move and rotate without swinging. Therefore, the application has high manufacturing precision and is beneficial to ensuring the smooth assembly of the electromagnetic switch.

The service life of the tool is prolonged, the guide sleeve and the assembly column are not quenched, the manufacturing precision of the guide sleeve and the assembly column is improved, and the electromagnetic switch assembly is ensured to be carried out smoothly.

In order to prevent the assembly post 4 from falling out of the guide sleeve 3, the guide hole 33 comprises a guide Kong Xiaoduan and a large guide hole section 332 positioned in front of the guide Kong Xiaoduan 331, the front end of the assembly post 4 is provided with a limit flange 43, and the limit flange 43 is positioned in the large guide hole section 332. The limit flange 43 is abutted against the step at the joint of the guide Kong Xiaoduan and the large guide hole section 332, so that the assembly column 4 can be prevented from being removed out of the guide sleeve 3.
The switch screw driving head 41 is used for being matched with a driving connecting hole on the electromagnetic switch screw 6, the driving connecting hole is a common straight slot, a cross slot or an inner hexagonal hole, and the switch screw driving head 41 is provided with corresponding bulges. The switch screw drive head 41 is preferably arranged as follows: the assembly column 4 is provided with a driving head hole 44, the switch screw driving head 41 has magnetism, and the switch screw driving head 41 is inserted into the driving head hole 44 and magnetically connected with the assembly column 4. In this way, the switch screw driving heads 41 can be replaced conveniently, and the corresponding switch screw driving heads 41 are replaced according to the form of the driving connecting holes on the electromagnetic switch screw 6, so that the application has higher adaptability.
The connection mode of the compacting plate 2 and the tool holder 1 is specifically as follows: the compacting plate 2 is connected with the tool holder 1 by a fastener 5 arranged between the two guide sleeves 3. The input connection structure 42 is preferably a conventional internal hexagonal bore.
