本发明涉及污水处理技术领域,尤其涉及到一种工业污水及废气处理设备;包括污水收集腔体,污水收集腔体侧壁上端设置有风机、侧壁下端设置有泵体;泵体通过第一管道连接有污水处理箱,污水处理箱内部设置有紫外线发生器和两层反渗透膜,污水处理箱底部通过第二管道依次连接设置有活性炭过滤器和纳滤膜过滤器;臭气处理腔体,通过第三管道与风机连接,臭气处理腔体中由左至右依次设置有活性炭层、气相反应室,气相反应室中设置有塑料填料层,塑料填料层下侧灌装有植物液,活性炭层右侧通过进气管道插设至气相反应室中的植物液中。本发明结构简单,集污水处理、臭气去除功能于一体化,占地面积小,净化效率高,适应性广泛。

本发明涉及污水处理技术领域,尤其涉及到一种工业污水及废气处理设备。
背景技术
现有的工业污水处理设备均是将污水集中后直接排放,这些污水中存在着大量的杂质,并且酸碱度失衡,因此,这些污水被排放到自然界中会对环境造成极大的污染,破坏了自然的生态平衡。
在污水中含有硫、氮等有臭化合物,在排放过程中都会向大气逸散出有臭化合物,对周围环境产生了恶臭污染,影响人们的生活质量。
发明内容
本发明鉴于上述技术问题,提供了一种工业污水及废气处理设备;该工业污水及废气处理设备所采用的具体技术方案为:
一种工业污水及废气处理设备,其中,所述设备包括:
污水收集腔体,所述污水收集腔体侧壁上端设置有风机、侧壁下端设置有泵体;所述泵体通过第一管道连接有污水处理箱,所述污水处理箱内部设置有紫外线发生器和两层反渗透膜,所述污水处理箱底部通过第二管道依次连接设置有活性炭过滤器和纳滤膜过滤器;
臭气处理腔体,通过第三管道与所述风机连接,所述臭气处理腔体中由左至右依次设置有活性炭层、气相反应室,所述气相反应室中设置有塑料填料层,塑料填料层下侧灌装有植物液,所述活性炭层右侧通过进气管道插设至气相反应室中的植物液中。
上述的工业污水及废气处理设备,其中,位于污水收集腔体中设置有污水搅拌器。
上述的工业污水及废气处理设备,其中,两层反渗透膜之间还设置有液位传感器。
上述的工业污水及废气处理设备,其中,气相反应室右侧设置有过滤棉,过滤棉右侧为气体出口。
上述技术方案具有以下效果:
本发明工业污水及废气处理设备结构简单,集污水处理、臭气去除功能于一体化,占地面积小,净化效率高,适应性广泛。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体的实施例对本发明作进一步的说明,但是不作为本发明的限定。
如图1所示,本发明工业污水及废气处理设备具体结构包括有:
污水收集腔体1,其内部设置有污水搅拌器2,污水收集腔体侧壁上端设置有风机3、侧壁下端设置有泵体12;泵体通过第一管道13连接有污水处理箱15,污水处理箱内部设置有紫外线发生器16和两层反渗透膜18,污水处理箱底部通过第二管道19依次连接设置有活性炭过滤器20和纳滤膜过滤器10。
臭气处理腔体4,通过第三管道14与风机3连接,臭气处理腔体4中由左至右依次设置有活性炭层5、气相反应室7,气相反应室中设置有塑料填料层8,塑料填料层下侧灌装有植物液6,活性炭层右侧通过进气管道9插设至气相反应室中的植物液6中。
优选的,两层反渗透膜之间还设置有液位传感器17。
进一步的,在气相反应室右侧设置有过滤棉11,过滤棉11右侧为气体出口。
本发明工业污水及废气处理设备在工作时,污水搅拌器将污水收集腔体中的污水快速搅拌,通过风机可以更好、更快的将污水中的臭气排出至臭气处理腔体中,接触塑料填料层,塑料填料层为网状生物流化填料,其中可适当培养生物菌,废气经塑料填料层进行反应,污染物颗粒被塑料填料层附着的微生物吸附、吸收,进入微生物细胞的恶臭成分作为营养物质被分解、利用,从而被去除,净化后的废气通过过滤棉在此过滤并通过气体出口排出,最终实现臭气过滤和净化效果。优选的,塑料填料层浸入到植物液中。
另外,泵体将搅拌的污排至污水处理箱中,当污水处理箱内的水位高度达到液位传感器工作的液位,紫外线发生器就会工作,产生紫外线对污水处理箱中的污水进行杀菌消毒,之后将污水处理箱的污水送至活性炭过滤器、纳滤膜过滤器内进行过滤净化,之后排至清水箱中。
综上所述,本发明工业污水及废气处理设备结构简单,集污水处理、臭气去除功能于一体化,占地面积小,净化效率高,适应性广泛。

1.一种工业污水及废气处理设备,其特征在于,所述设备包括:
污水收集腔体,所述污水收集腔体侧壁上端设置有风机、侧壁下端设置有泵体;所述泵体通过第一管道连接有污水处理箱,所述污水处理箱内部设置有紫外线发生器和两层反渗透膜,所述污水处理箱底部通过第二管道依次连接设置有活性炭过滤器和纳滤膜过滤器;
臭气处理腔体,通过第三管道与所述风机连接,所述臭气处理腔体中由左至右依次设置有活性炭层、气相反应室,所述气相反应室中设置有塑料填料层,塑料填料层下侧灌装有植物液,所述活性炭层右侧通过进气管道插设至气相反应室中的植物液中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的工业污水及废气处理设备,其特征在于,位于污水收集腔体中设置有污水搅拌器。
3.根据权利要求1所述的工业污水及废气处理设备,其特征在于,两层反渗透膜之间还设置有液位传感器。
4.根据权利要求1所述的工业污水及废气处理设备,其特征在于,气相反应室右侧设置有过滤棉,过滤棉右侧为气体出口。
