Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.
Because the traditional approach security inspection link needs to show personal certificates and purchased tickets and manually checks the persons, the certificates and the tickets, the checking process is slow, the manpower of the station is consumed, especially when the passengers run in holidays and increase rapidly, the passengers need to wait for the approach in a queue, and the inconvenience is brought to the travel of the passengers, the security order maintenance of the station and the like. Generally, when the bus station is used, a plurality of offline security inspection ports are required to be temporarily opened at the bus station, and for offline bus stations, manpower resources are coordinated and troublesome, time is wasted, and cost is increased. For the passengers, it is very inconvenient to go out, especially for the passengers who carry luggage with them, carry old people or children, it is very inconvenient to show the relevant information such as certificates, tickets, etc., and the certificates are easy to be left. In addition, human errors are easy to occur in the manual checking, so certain potential safety hazards exist.
Based on this, the embodiment of the present application provides an intelligent release method, which may be applied to the application environment shown in fig. 1, and may be specifically applied to release occasions requiring real-name security inspection, such as a train station or a bus station. Specifically, the entrance gate 102 and the ticket gate 104 communicate with a server 106 via a network. The station entrance gate 102 and the ticket checking entrance gate 104 are respectively provided with a human face image acquisition device for acquiring human face images. In this embodiment, the facial image capturing device may specifically be, but is not limited to, various cameras, video cameras, scanners and other devices with a photographing function, and the server 106 may be implemented by an independent server or a server cluster formed by a plurality of servers.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, an intelligent release method is provided, which is described by taking an example that the method is applied to the server in fig. 1, and specifically may include the following steps:
step 202, receiving a first face image of a user when the user enters the station, which is acquired by a gate of the station entrance.
Specifically, the present embodiment is described by taking the security check of the bus stop as an example. Generally, when a user travels by a coach bus, the user generally needs to go to a waiting hall through an entrance gate by an entrance security check. The traditional inbound security check requires the user to show the certificate, ticket and other relevant information for checking, thus causing inconvenience. Therefore, in this embodiment, when the user enters the station for security inspection, the first face image of the user is collected through the station entrance gate, the collected first face image is transmitted to the server through the network, and the server completes the inspection, so that the user does not need to show information such as certificates and tickets during the station entrance security inspection, and great convenience is brought to the user for traveling.
And 204, judging whether a face image matched with the first face image exists in the pre-stored user information.
The user information comprises a face image which is acquired in advance and corresponds to the authentication user based on the real name. The real-name-based authentication of the user refers to a user who has completed real-name authentication in the ticket purchasing system, and the user has a unique user identification and a corresponding user image. Specifically, when performing real-name authentication, the user generally performs authentication through a certificate uniquely representing the user, such as an identity card, a passport, and the like corresponding to the user. In the authentication process, the corresponding user identifier is extracted and stored as user information, wherein the user identifier may be information which is extracted from a corresponding user certificate and can be used for uniquely representing a user, and for example, the user identifier may be an identity card number, a passport number and the like corresponding to the user. After the user performs real-name authentication, the server generates corresponding user information according to the user identifier and stores the user information in the server. In this embodiment, if the user needs to perform face authentication, a corresponding right is requested from the server, and the server may further obtain, according to the request of the user, a face image corresponding to the user authenticated based on the real name, add the face image to the user information corresponding to the user authenticated based on the real name, and store the face image as a basis for performing face recognition subsequently.
The server verifies the first face image according to the received first face image acquired by the gate of the station entrance and by combining with the user information stored in the server, namely, whether the face image matched with the first face image exists in the user information is judged, if yes, step 206 is executed, otherwise, step 210 is executed.
And step 206, searching matched ticket information according to the facial image.
When the face image matched with the first face image exists in the user information, the user is a face authentication user, and the person and the certificate have consistency. And further searching matched ticket information according to the user identification corresponding to the face image in the user information. Since real-name ticket purchasing is performed on the bus ticket at present, in this embodiment, the server queries the ticket information matching the user identifier by calling the ticketing system interface, and performs step 208 when the matching ticket information is found, or performs step 210 otherwise.
And step 208, sending the information of successful identification to the gate of the entrance station.
When the server finds the matched ticket information, the consistency check of people, certificates and tickets when the user enters the station for security check is completed, so that the identity recognition success information is sent to the entrance gate, and specifically, the identity recognition success information is used for indicating the entrance gate to open the gate and release the gate, so that the user can enter a waiting hall through the entrance gate.
Step 210, prompting the user that the identification fails.
When the server does not find the face image matched with the first face image in the user information or the server does not find the matched ticket information according to the face image, the consistency of people, certificates and tickets of the user is not in accordance with the requirement of the station entrance security check when the user enters the station, therefore, the server sends identity identification failure information to the station entrance gate machine to prompt the user that the identity identification fails through the station entrance gate machine, and the station entrance security check can be conducted by guiding the user through other modes through the station entrance gate machine or finding a worker for solving the problem through a service desk.
According to the intelligent releasing method, the server is combined with the prestored user information to verify the first face image of the user when the user enters the station, the matched ticket information is further searched according to the user identification when the verification is passed, and the entrance gate is instructed to open the gate and release when the matched ticket information is searched, so that the consistency check of the user when the user enters the station through face recognition is completed, therefore, the user does not need to show the information such as the certificate and the ticket during the security check of the user entering the station, and the user can go out conveniently. In addition, the verification is automatically completed through the face recognition, so that manual errors generated during manual verification are avoided, and the verification efficiency is improved.
In one embodiment, when a user needs to enter a station or check tickets through a face recognition channel, a face image of the user needs to be stored in advance so as to be used as a reference for face verification when the user passes through the face recognition channel. As shown in fig. 3, before receiving the first face image of the user when the user enters the station, which is acquired by the gate of the station entrance, the method may specifically include the following steps:
step 302, receiving a face image of a user corresponding to the user identifier.
Specifically, when a user needs to enter a station or check a ticket through a face recognition channel, the collected face image corresponding to the user identifier can be uploaded through application software of a ticket purchasing system, and the server receives the face image of the user who completes real-name authentication in the ticket purchasing system, which is collected by the application software of the ticket purchasing system.
And step 304, comparing the face image with the user image.
In this embodiment, in order to ensure consistency between the currently acquired face image and the user corresponding to the real-name authentication, the server compares the currently acquired face image of the user corresponding to the real-name authentication with the user image corresponding to the public security system by calling the authentication interface of the public security system, and determines whether the comparison result is consistent. The user image corresponding to the public security system refers to a user image corresponding to a user identifier of a real-name authenticated user in the public security system, such as an identity card image corresponding to an identity card number of the user or a passport image corresponding to a passport number of the user. In this embodiment, for the purpose of differentiation, a corresponding face image in the public security system is referred to as a user image, a face image of a currently acquired user authenticated by a real name is referred to as a face image, a face image acquired when the user passes through a gate of an entrance gate is referred to as a first face image, and a face image acquired when the user passes through a gate of a ticket gate is referred to as a second face image.
And step 306, when the comparison result between the face image and the user image is consistent, adding the face image to the user information corresponding to the real-name authenticated user and storing the face image.
And when the comparison result of the face image and the user image is consistent, the fact that the currently acquired face image and the user corresponding to the real-name authentication belong to the same person is indicated, and the face image and the user corresponding to the real-name authentication have consistency. Therefore, the face image can be added to the user information corresponding to the real-name authenticated user as a reference for performing face recognition verification later. When the comparison result of the face image and the user image is inconsistent, the currently acquired face image and the user corresponding to the real-name authentication do not belong to the same person, the server prompts that the user person and the certificate do not accord with each other through application software of the ticket purchasing system, or the server can guide the user to acquire the face image again.
In the embodiment, the face image of the user currently acquired with the real-name authentication is compared with the corresponding user image in the public security system, and the face image is added to the user information corresponding to the user with the real-name authentication and stored only when the comparison result is consistent, so that the consistency between the currently acquired face image and the user with the corresponding real-name authentication is ensured, and the face image is used as a reference for face verification when a subsequent user passes through a face recognition channel, and therefore, the bad behavior of a lawbreaker using other people's certificates to buy tickets and go out is avoided.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, before receiving the face image of the user corresponding to the user identifier, the following steps may be further included:
step 402, receiving a ticket booking request of a user corresponding to the user identification.
And step 404, generating ticket information according to the ticket booking request.
The ticket booking request comprises an departure station, a destination station, departure time and a shift. Specifically, the user can initiate a ticket booking request to the server through application software of the ticket booking system, the server inquires corresponding surplus tickets according to the ticket booking request, and if the surplus tickets exist, corresponding ticket information is generated according to the ticket booking request. In this embodiment, the ticket information may include a user identifier, a ticket number, and corresponding information of an departure station, a destination station, departure time, and a shift.
In this embodiment, the receiving the face image of the user corresponding to the user identifier may specifically include: and receiving the face image of the user corresponding to the user identification according to the ticket information.
In this embodiment, after the user finishes ticket ordering, the server may guide the user to upload a corresponding face image through application software of the ticket-buying system, compare the consistency of the user through a user identifier in the ticket information, and if the comparison is successful, establish a corresponding relationship between the face image and the user identifier, that is, add the face image to the user information corresponding to the real-name authenticated user and store the face image, so that the user may perform face verification when passing through a face recognition channel without issuing information such as a certificate and a ticket.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, if the comparison result between the currently acquired face image and the user image is consistent, the server adds the face image to the user information corresponding to the real-name authenticated user and stores the face image, and the server can be used for multiple times subsequently, thereby achieving long-term and effective acquisition at one time.
For the first acquisition of the facial image, after the ticket purchasing of the user corresponding to the user identifier is completed through the application software of the ticket purchasing system, the server guides the user to complete the first acquisition of the corresponding facial image through the application software of the ticket purchasing system. Or when the user adds passenger information into the application software of the ticket purchasing system, the server guides the user to finish acquiring the face image corresponding to the added passenger through the application software of the ticket purchasing system. The user can select a corresponding passenger from a common passenger list of the ticket purchasing system and upload a face image corresponding to the passenger.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, searching for matching ticket information according to a user identifier corresponding to a face image may specifically include the following steps:
step 502, receiving the position information sent by the gate of the entrance station.
When a user conducts face verification through a face recognition channel, a first face image of the user is collected through the entrance gate, verification is conducted through the server, meanwhile, the entrance gate sends self position information to the server, and the position information comprises a departure station where the entrance gate is located.
And step 504, searching ticket information corresponding to the user identification according to the user identification corresponding to the face image.
In this embodiment, when a face image matching the first face image exists in the user information, it indicates that the current user is a face authentication user, and the person and the certificate have consistency. The server further searches for the matched ticket information according to the user identification corresponding to the face image in the user information.
Step 506, judging whether the ticket information meets the inbound requirement.
Specifically, the server queries corresponding ticket information in a ticket selling information database according to the user identifier, and if the corresponding ticket information is found, further judges whether the ticket information meets the requirement of entering the station. For example, when a ticket number with the same departure station as the departure station where the entrance gate is located and the same departure time and the same date corresponding to the current time exists in the searched ticket information, it is determined that the ticket information meets the entrance requirement, and therefore, step 508 is executed to determine that the matched ticket information is searched; otherwise, step 510 is executed, and no matching ticket information is found.
It should be noted that, because the pre-selling of tickets is currently performed, if the ticket information corresponding to the user identifier is searched in all the ticketing information, the query data size is large. Therefore, in this embodiment, the server preferably queries, from among tickets in the ticket selling information database, tickets having the same date as the current time, ticket numbers corresponding to the user identifier and identical to the departure station where the entrance gate is located, thereby improving the query efficiency.
In this embodiment, the server receives the position information of the entrance gate and searches for ticket information corresponding to the user who has completed the consistency check of the person and the certificate, and further determines whether the departure station recorded in the ticket information is the same as the departure station at the position of the current entrance gate, whether the departure time recorded in the ticket information is the same as the date corresponding to the current time, and if the departure time is the same as the date corresponding to the current time, the server indicates that the ticket is the same station on the same day, and then completes the consistency check of the person, the certificate and the ticket.
In an embodiment, after entering the waiting hall through the face recognition channel, the user may further complete a link of checking tickets and getting on the bus through the face recognition, and specifically, as shown in fig. 6, the method may further include the following steps:
step 602, receiving a second face image of the user collected by the ticket gate.
Specifically, the present embodiment is described by taking bus stop ticket checking and boarding as an example. Generally, when a user goes out by taking a coach bus, the user usually passes through a ticket checking channel from a waiting hall to get on the bus, the ticket can be checked by a ticket checking gate machine and then get on the bus, the user needs to show the ticket for checking when passing through the ticket checking channel, the user is very inconvenient for a user carrying luggage, and the ticket is easy to lose.
Therefore, in the embodiment, when the user passes through the ticket checking passage, the second face image of the user is collected through the ticket checking port gate, the collected second face image is transmitted to the server through the network, and the verification is completed by the server, so that the user does not need to show information such as tickets when passing through the ticket checking passage, and great convenience is brought to the user for going out.
Step 604, judging whether a face image matched with the second face image exists in the user information.
And the server verifies the second face image according to the received second face image acquired by the ticket checking gate machine when the user passes through the ticket checking channel and the user information stored in the server, namely, whether the face image matched with the second face image exists in the user information is judged, if so, step 606 is executed, and if not, step 612 is executed.
Step 606, obtaining a user identifier corresponding to the face image.
And when the face image matched with the second face image exists in the user information, the user is a face authentication user, and the person and the certificate have consistency. And acquiring a user identification corresponding to the face image so as to further complete ticket checking work.
And step 608, searching the ticket number matched with the user identifier in the ticket data corresponding to the current ticket checking shift.
Specifically, the server searches matched ticket information in the ticket business data corresponding to the current ticket checking shift according to the user identification corresponding to the face image in the user information. The ticket data corresponding to the current ticket checking shift comprises at least one piece of ticket information corresponding to the current ticket checking shift in a non-ticket checking state, and the ticket information can comprise user identification, a ticket number, and corresponding information such as an issuing station, a destination station, issuing time and shift. Generally, when checking tickets for bus tickets, each ticket checking port gate only checks tickets for one shift or a few shifts in the same time period, so that the server can obtain corresponding ticket data according to the current shift of the ticket checking port gate, and each piece of ticket information in the ticket data has a corresponding ticket checking state, for example, the ticket checking state of the ticket information verified by the ticket checking port gate is checked tickets, and the ticket checking state of the ticket information not verified by the ticket checking port gate is not checked tickets. In this embodiment, the server searches ticket information in which the ticket checking state matched with the user identifier is an unchecked ticket in the ticket data, and further obtains a corresponding ticket number according to the found ticket information.
In this embodiment, step 610 is performed when the server finds a matching ticket number, otherwise step 612 is performed.
And step 610, sending a message of successful ticket checking to the ticket checking gate machine.
When the server finds the matched ticket number of the ticket, the ticket checking is successful, so that a message of successful ticket checking is sent to the ticket checking port gate machine, and specifically, the message of successful ticket checking is used for indicating the ticket checking port gate machine to open the gate and release the gate, so that a user can get on the bus through the ticket checking port gate machine.
Step 612, prompting the user that the ticket checking fails.
When the server does not find the face image matched with the second face image in the user information or the server does not find the ticket number matched with the user identifier in the ticket data corresponding to the current ticket checking shift, the consistency of people, certificates and tickets of the user is not in accordance with the ticket checking requirement when the user checks the tickets, therefore, the server sends a ticket checking failure message to the ticket checking port gate machine to prompt the user that the ticket checking fails through the ticket checking port gate machine, and the user can be guided to check the tickets through other modes or find staff for solving through the ticket checking port gate machine.
According to the embodiment, the ticket checking work before the user gets on the bus is finished through the face recognition, so that the user does not need to show information such as tickets when getting on the bus for ticket checking, and great convenience is brought to the user for going out. In addition, the ticket checking is automatically completed through the face recognition, and the risk that lawless persons use other person certificates to buy tickets and go out due to the fact that the tickets are only required to be shown in the traditional ticket checking process is avoided, so that real-name system in the true sense is realized, and the safety of the travelers in going out is improved.
In one embodiment, after the server finds the ticket number matched with the user identifier in the ticket data corresponding to the current ticket checking shift, the ticket checking state corresponding to the matched ticket number is further updated to be the checked state.
In one embodiment, the intelligent release method is further illustrated by a specific embodiment, as shown in FIG. 7, comprising the steps of:
step 701, the user completes real name authentication through application software of the ticket purchasing system. And in the real-name authentication process, extracting the corresponding user identification.
Step 702, the server obtains a face image corresponding to the user based on real-name authentication.
And 703, the server calls an authentication interface of the public security system to verify the face image corresponding to the real-name authenticated user. To judge the consistency of the user.
And step 704, when the judgment result is consistent, the server updates the user information according to the face image. And when the judgment result is inconsistent, the face authentication fails, namely, the corresponding user can not enter the station or check the ticket through the face recognition channel.
Step 705, the server receives a first face image collected by the gate of the entrance station.
In step 706, the server verifies the first face image according to the user information. Verifying whether the user is a face-authenticated user.
In step 707, when the verification is passed, the server searches the ticket data for the matching ticket information. When the verification is not passed, the user is not an authorized face authentication user.
In step 708, when the server finds the matched ticket information, the verification of the person, the certificate and the ticket is completed, and the information that the identification is successful is sent to the entrance gate.
And step 709, opening the gate and releasing the gate according to the identity identification success information by the gate machine at the entrance station.
And step 710, the server receives a second face image collected by the ticket gate.
In step 711, the server verifies the second face image according to the user information. Verifying whether the user is a face-authenticated user.
And 712, when the verification is passed, the server searches the matched ticket number in the ticket data corresponding to the current ticket checking shift. When the verification is not passed, the user is not an authorized face authentication user.
In step 713, when the server finds the matched ticket number of the ticket, the verification of the person, the certificate and the ticket is completed, so that a message of successful ticket checking is sent to the ticket checking entrance gate.
And 714, opening the gate by the ticket checking gate machine according to the message of successful ticket checking and releasing.
The intelligent releasing method collects the face image of the user through the online registration or ticket buying link of the user, establishes the user information database of the face image and the user identification of the user and stores the user information database in the server. When a user enters a station, the image acquisition equipment at an entrance of the station acquires a face image of the user, the server verifies the acquired face image according to a pre-stored user information database, and further associates corresponding ticket information to verify the person, certificate and ticket, and the user is allowed to enter the station when the verification passes, so that the user is not required to show the personal certificate and the ticket when entering the station. When the ticket is checked and loaded, based on the same principle, the user does not need to show the ticket, but the ticket is checked by collecting the face image of the user, so that the trip of the user is greatly facilitated, and the efficiency of entering and checking the ticket is improved.
