firstly, according to the space between slide rails of a seat to be installed, the positions of a longitudinal slide block and a transverse slide block of the tool are adjusted, the position of a bench vice 10 is determined, and then the four bench vice 10 are used for clamping the slide rails of the seat, so that the fixing of the position of the seat is completed; further, the angle adjusting hand wheel 12 is rotated to drive the angle adjusting screw 15 to rotate, the angle adjusting threaded block 16 moves up and down along the angle adjusting screw 15 along with the rotation of the angle adjusting screw 15, the angle adjusting bearing block 17 drives the angle between the frame 1 and the horizontal plane to increase and decrease along with the angle through the angle adjusting upper plate 14, and finally the change of the included angle between the seat and the horizontal plane is realized, so that the setting angle required by an operator is achieved.
The adjustable seat tool for simulating the seat shape in the vehicle disclosed by the invention can also be combined with other foot plate tools for use to simulate the whole environment in a cockpit.
