The belt pulley assembly comprises a driving synchronous wheel, a driven synchronous wheel, a driving shaft and a belt, and the driving shaft is connected with an output shaft of the first speed reduction motor through a coupler; the driving synchronous wheel and the driven synchronous wheel are respectively fixedly arranged on the driving shaft and the worm of the worm and gear assembly and are connected through a belt, so that power transmission between the first gear motor and the worm and gear assembly is realized;
the worm gear and worm assembly comprises a worm, two worm gears meshed with the worm and two first mounting shafts for mounting the worm gears, wherein the worm and the first mounting shafts are respectively mounted on the top of the lifting frame through corresponding bearing horizontal frames and keep the worm vertical to the first mounting shafts; each first installation shaft is fixedly provided with two worm gears meshed with the worm;
the bevel gear assembly comprises a first bevel gear, a second bevel gear and a second installation shaft, wherein the two ends of the first installation shaft are respectively fixedly provided with a first bevel gear, the first bevel gear is meshed with the second bevel gear fixedly arranged on the second installation shaft, and the second installation shaft arranged at the top of the lifting frame is hinged with the installation part of the turning device, so that the second installation shaft circumferentially rotates around the axis of the second installation shaft to drive the turning device to swing.
The worm is perpendicular to the first installation shaft and parallel to the second installation shaft; and one worm corresponds to two first mounting shafts and one first mounting shaft corresponds to two second mounting shafts.
The turning device comprises two sets of turning sub-connecting rods, wherein each turning sub-connecting rod comprises a first connecting rod, a second connecting rod, a third connecting rod, a connecting straight rod and a bent rod, the first connecting rod, the second connecting rod and the third connecting rod are sequentially hinged, the residual end parts of the first connecting rod and the residual end parts of the third connecting rod are respectively fixedly arranged on two second mounting shafts to form a four-bar mechanism, and the first end of the connecting straight rod is arranged at the hinged part of the second connecting rod and the third connecting rod through shaft end connecting pieces and is connected with the connecting end of the bent rod; the first end of the bent rod is used as a connecting end and is connected with the second end of the connecting straight rod through a corresponding shaft end connecting piece, and the second end of the bent rod is used as a turning-over part to extend onto the bed plate of the nursing bed and is used for being inserted into a gap between the nursing bed and the back of a user.
The turning part of the bent rod is downwards sunken to form an arc matched with the back of a user, and the turning part of the bent pipe can be sleeved with a bent rod sleeve, so that the comfort level of the user is improved.

the turnover unit comprises a turnover driving device, a transmission device and a turnover device, wherein the turnover driving device is arranged at the bottom of the lifting frame and is connected with a connection part of the turnover device arranged at the upper part of the lifting frame through the transmission device, and the turnover part of the turnover device extends to the upper part of the nursing bed and is used for turning over a person lying on the nursing bed under the drive of the turnover driving device; the turnover driving device comprises a motor fixing bracket and a first gear motor, wherein the motor fixing bracket is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the lifting frame, and the first gear motor is arranged on the motor fixing bracket and is connected with the installation part of the turnover device through a transmission device for driving the turnover device to move; the transmission device comprises a belt pulley assembly, a worm gear assembly and a bevel gear assembly, wherein the belt pulley assembly, the worm gear assembly and the bevel gear assembly are arranged at the top of the lifting frame, an output shaft of the first speed reduction motor is connected with the worm gear assembly through the belt pulley assembly as a power input end, and a power output end of the worm gear assembly is connected with a mounting part of the turning device through the bevel gear assembly; the belt pulley assembly comprises a driving synchronous wheel, a driven synchronous wheel, a driving shaft and a belt, and the driving shaft is connected with an output shaft of the first speed reduction motor through a coupler; the driving synchronous wheel and the driven synchronous wheel are respectively fixedly arranged on the driving shaft and the worm of the worm and gear assembly and are connected through a belt, so that power transmission between the first gear motor and the worm and gear assembly is realized;
the worm gear and worm assembly comprises a worm, at least one worm wheel meshed with the worm and at least one first installation shaft for installing the worm wheel, wherein the worm and the first installation shaft are respectively installed at the top of the lifting frame through corresponding bearing horizontal frames and keep the worm vertical to the first installation shaft; each first mounting shaft is fixedly provided with at least one worm wheel meshed with the worm;
the bevel gear assembly comprises a first bevel gear, a second bevel gear and a second installation shaft, wherein a plurality of first bevel gears are fixedly arranged on the first installation shaft, the first bevel gears are meshed with the second bevel gears fixedly arranged on the second installation shaft, and the second installation shaft horizontally arranged at the top of the lifting frame is hinged with the installation part of the turning device, so that the second installation shaft circumferentially rotates around the axis of the second installation shaft to drive the turning device to swing;
the turning device comprises turning sub-connecting rods with the same number as worm gears, the turning sub-connecting rods comprise a first connecting rod, a second connecting rod, a third connecting rod, a connecting straight rod and a bent rod, the first connecting rod, the second connecting rod and the third connecting rod are sequentially hinged, the residual end parts of the first connecting rod and the residual end parts of the third connecting rod are respectively fixedly arranged on two second mounting shafts to form a four-connecting rod mechanism, and the first end of the connecting straight rod is arranged at the hinge joint of the second connecting rod and the third connecting rod through shaft end connecting pieces and is connected with the connecting end of the bent rod; the first end of the bent rod is used as a connecting end and is connected with the second end of the connecting straight rod through a corresponding shaft end connecting piece, and the second end of the bent rod is used as a turning-over part to extend onto the bed plate of the nursing bed and is used for being inserted into a gap between the nursing bed and the back of a user;
and the massage unit comprises a pushing device, a massage device adapting to the curve of the side lying back and a massage driving device, wherein the pushing device is arranged on the upper part of the lifting frame, the massage driving device is arranged at the power driving end of the external pushing device, and the massage device is arranged at the driving end of the massage driving device and is used for massaging the back of the person lying on the side on the nursing bed.

The turn-over assisting massage device as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the lifting unit comprises a bottom supporting plate, a first electric push rod and a top fixing plate, wherein the bottom supporting plate is fixedly connected with the bottom frame, the first electric push rod is vertically arranged, the bottom of the first electric push rod is arranged on the bottom supporting plate, the push rod of the first electric push rod is provided with the top fixing plate, and the top fixing plate is fixedly connected with the lifting frame, so that the lifting frame is vertically lifted under the driving of the first electric push rod.
