Background
Paralysis is a decrease or loss of voluntary motor function, a common symptom of the nervous system, and is caused by a disease of the nerves, neuromuscular junctions, or muscles. Paralysis caused by spinal cord injury is caused by the fact that legs of a paralyzed patient are completely immobile, hands are inflexible, and defecation and urination can not be managed by oneself.
The paralyzed patient has the problems that the gaps among the thighs are small due to the fact that the legs of the paralyzed patient are easy to cross deform and the like, the diaper is difficult to plug into the paralyzed patient, and the diaper is difficult to replace. Especially when winter comes, the patient sleeps on the bed and urinates wet or defecates on the bed, which is not only uncomfortable for the patient, but also difficult to clean the bedsheets and the quilt wadding.
In addition, most patients like to eat low-residue fine food, few patients are convenient and trouble-saving, the diet is simple, the coarse fiber is lacked, the volume of excrement is reduced, the viscosity is increased, the movement in the intestines is slowed, and excessive water absorption easily causes constipation. And the paralyzed patient can not develop the habit of regularly defecating, and often neglects the normal defecation intention, so that the defecation reflex is inhibited to cause constipation. And the paralyzed patient is easy to suffer from constipation due to the reduced activity and lack of exercise stimulation to push the feces. These conditions are more disruptive, since the hemiplegic patient cannot try to remove the stool accumulated in the intestine by himself.
Therefore, a patient suffering from hemiplegic paralysis and fecal incontinence needs a device which can help the patient to discharge and collect wet stool reasonably, effectively reduce the number of times of constipation of the patient and promote the discharge of stool, so that the patient can discharge wet stool and dry stool in time.

The key points of the structure are as follows: when the leg raising plate 5 is in a horizontal state, the extension line of the connecting points of the two ends of the leg raising connecting rod 24 passes through the axis of the leg raising cam 25.
The swing principle of the leg raising plate 5 is as follows: by the rotation of the leg-raising motor 28, the leg-raising worm 27 rotates with the leg-raising worm-gear shaft 26, and the leg-raising cam 25 swings with the leg-raising link 24. Thereupon, the leg-raising link 24 carries the leg-raising plate 5 hinged thereto to rotate about the hinge shaft at the front thereof. Thus, the leg raising plate 5 is the highest point of the front end when being in a horizontal state, so that the front end of the leg raising plate 5 swings downwards, the rear end of the leg raising plate 5 swings upwards, and the leg of the patient is raised and swung.
The leg moving plate 6 is connected with two leg moving sliding rods 34 in a sliding manner, and the leg moving sliding rods 34 are fixedly connected to the rear part of the top end of the leg lifting plate 5; the bottom end of the leg moving plate 6 extends out of the leg lifting plate 5 and is hinged with a leg moving connecting rod 29, the leg moving connecting rod 29 is connected with a leg moving cam 30 through a bearing, the leg moving connecting rod 29 is connected to the non-circle center position of the end face of the leg moving cam 30 through a bearing, the circle center of the leg moving cam 30 is fixedly connected with a leg moving worm gear shaft 31, the leg moving worm gear shaft 31 is connected to the bottom end of the front side of the leg lifting plate 5 through a bearing and a bearing seat, the leg moving worm gear shaft 31 is connected with a leg moving worm 32 in a meshed mode, the leg moving worm 32 is connected to the bottom end of the leg lifting plate 5 through a bearing and a bearing seat, the leg moving worm 32 is fixedly connected with a leg moving motor 33, and the leg moving motor.
The principle of the back and forth reciprocating motion of the leg moving plate 6 is as follows: by the rotation of the leg moving motor 33, the leg moving worm 32 drives the leg moving worm wheel shaft 31 to rotate, the leg moving cam 30 is driven by the leg moving worm wheel shaft 31 to rotate, the leg moving connecting rod 29 connected to the leg moving cam 30 swings, and thus, the leg moving connecting rod 29 drives the leg moving plate 6 hinged with the leg moving connecting rod to move back and forth along the leg moving slide rod 34.
When the leg raising plate 4 does not swing, the leg moving plate 6 has two functions: firstly, the front and back positions of the leg moving plate 6 are adjusted to facilitate the pedaling motion of the patient (similar to a bicycle riding motion); secondly, the patient carries the legs to do the knee bending movement by reciprocating back and forth.

The folding principle of the foot treading part 7 is as follows: before use, the cover plate 4 is turned over, the pedal part 7 is turned over upwards, when the pedal part 7 is turned over to be close to 180 degrees, the positioning bolt 37 is pulled outwards, so that the positioning column 35 is clamped into the positioning groove 36, at the moment, the positioning bolt 37 is released, the positioning bolt 37 is abutted into the positioning ring groove under the action of the positioning spring 38, and therefore the pedal part 7 is locked and is in a vertical state. It should be noted that the inner diameter of the positioning slot 36 is larger than the outer diameter of the positioning post 35, so as to facilitate the insertion of the positioning post 35. In addition, since the hinge points of the leg moving plate 6 and the positioning bottom plate 40 are located at two sides of the contact surface of the two, when the positioning bottom plate 40 is folded to the bottom end, the side end of the positioning bottom plate 40 is clamped at the side end of the positioning bottom plate 40, so that the positioning bottom plate 40 can still be kept in a horizontal state after being folded.
