As shown in fig. 1, 3 and 5, the flushing device 2 includes a water tank 23 mounted on the sidewalk cleaning vehicle 100, a plurality of nozzles 21 for spraying high-pressure water to areas on both sides of the sidewalk, respectively, a water flow delivery pipe 24 for delivering the water in the water tank 23 to the nozzles 21, and a high-pressure water pump 22 provided on the water flow delivery pipe 24 for increasing impact force of the water flow in the water flow delivery pipe 24. Optionally, the sets of flushing devices 2 are arranged in the length direction of the vehicle body and/or in the height direction of the vehicle body. Alternatively, the plurality of nozzles 21 are provided on both sides of the vehicle body in the height direction of the vehicle body. The plurality of nozzles 21 are provided on both sides of the vehicle body along the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body. The plurality of nozzles 21 differ in ejection angle and/or ejection distance. The nozzles 21 with appropriate spray distance and spray angle are opened to spray high-pressure water according to the width of the areas on both sides of the vehicle body. In the present embodiment, two nozzles 21 are provided on both sides of the vehicle body. The flushing device 2 further comprises a hand-held spray gun in communication with the water flow delivery conduit 24. The water delivery duct 24 comprises a main duct connected to the water tank 23 and three branch ducts communicating the duct with the two nozzles 21 and the hand-held spray gun, respectively. Each branch pipeline is provided with a control valve, and the working states of the control valves on the three branch pipelines are respectively adjusted to respectively control the working states of the two nozzles 21 and the handheld spray gun. The high-pressure water pump 22 is installed on the main pipeline, and the impact force of water flow in the main pipeline is increased and then conveyed to each branch pipeline. In this embodiment, the water tank 23 is communicated with the output end of the high pressure water pump 22 through the internal circulation pipeline 25, the internal circulation pipeline 25 is provided with a control valve, the water tank 23, the main pipeline, the high pressure water pump 22 and the internal circulation pipeline 25 form a circulation pipeline, when the two nozzles 21 and the handheld spray gun stop working, namely the control valves on the three branch pipelines are closed, the control valve on the internal circulation pipeline 25 is opened to perform internal circulation protection, so that the service life of the control valves on the three branch pipelines is prolonged.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the pavement cleaning vehicle 100 is provided with a garbage storage unit 6, and the sweeping device further includes a suction unit 3 for sucking garbage collected in the middle area on the pavement into the garbage storage unit 6. The suction device 3 comprises a suction nozzle 31 and an angle adjusting mechanism for adjusting the orientation of a suction inlet of the suction nozzle 31, the angle adjusting mechanism comprises two groups of four-link assemblies which are symmetrically arranged on the suction nozzle 31 about the central axis of the suction nozzle 31 and used for hanging the suction nozzle 31 on a chassis 5, the four-link assemblies comprise a horizontal rod 32 fixed on the chassis 5, an angle rod fixed on the suction nozzle 31, a connecting rod 33 with two ends respectively hinged on the horizontal rod 32 and the angle rod, and a telescopic adjusting rod 34 with two ends respectively hinged on the horizontal rod 32 and the angle rod, the telescopic adjusting rod 34 comprises an upper threaded rod hinged with the horizontal rod 32, a lower threaded rod hinged with the angle rod, and threaded cylinders sleeved on the upper threaded rod and the lower threaded rod, the directions of the threads on the upper threaded rod and the lower threaded rod are opposite, and the threaded cylinders are rotated in different directions to, thereby adjusting the length of the telescopic adjustment lever 34; the direction of the suction port of the suction nozzle 31 is adjusted by adjusting the length of the telescopic adjustment lever 34 to adjust the angle of the angle lever. The adjustment of the suction opening of the suction nozzle 31 in the forward direction facilitates the drifting of large volumes of waste into the suction nozzle 31. The suction device 3 further comprises a second power expansion rod 35 installed on the top surface of the suction nozzle 31, two ends of the second power expansion rod 35 are respectively hinged to the top surface of the suction nozzle 31 and the chassis 5, and rollers 36 used for supporting the suction nozzle 31 are arranged on two sides of the suction nozzle 31. The suction nozzle 31 is hung on the chassis 5 through two groups of four-link assemblies, the connecting rod 33 and the telescopic adjusting rod 34 are both hinged on the horizontal rod 32 and the angle rod, two ends of the second power telescopic rod 35 are respectively hinged on the top surface of the suction nozzle 31 and the chassis 5, the suction nozzle 31 is supported on the road surface through the idler wheel 36, when the road surface fluctuates in height, the suction nozzle 31 correspondingly rises or falls in parallel, the direction of the suction inlet of the suction nozzle 31 cannot be changed, so that the distance between the suction inlet of the suction nozzle 31 and the ground is unchanged, and the suction nozzle 31 can suck garbage into the garbage storage device 6 conveniently. By adjusting the length of the second power telescopic rod 35 to adjust the lifting range of the suction nozzle 31, the shorter the length of the second power telescopic rod 35 is, the larger the lowest height and the highest height of the suction nozzle 31 are.
As shown in fig. 1 and 5, the pavement cleaning vehicle 100 of this embodiment includes a chassis, and the chassis is provided with the above-mentioned sweeping tray device 1, the above-mentioned flushing device 2, a garbage storage device for storing garbage, the above-mentioned suction device 3, and a control system for controlling the sweeping tray device 1, the flushing device 2, the suction device 3, and the garbage storage device 6. The garbage storage device 6 comprises an installation mechanism for installing a garbage can, a suction mechanism for sucking garbage into the garbage can and a sealing mechanism for hermetically connecting a garbage inlet of the garbage can with a garbage outlet of the suction mechanism, the garbage can beside a sidewalk is installed on the installation mechanism, the garbage inlet of the garbage can is hermetically connected with the garbage outlet of the suction mechanism through the sealing mechanism, a garbage outlet of the suction mechanism is located above the garbage inlet of the garbage can, and the garbage sucked by the suction mechanism falls into the garbage can under the influence of the expansion speed reduction of the garbage can and the gravity of the garbage can. The pavement cleaning vehicle 100 of the invention concentrates the garbage on the pavement through the sweeping disc device 1 positioned in the vehicle head area, then collects the garbage concentrated by the sweeping disc device 1 into the garbage can arranged on the installation mechanism through the suction mechanism, the pavement cleaning vehicle finishes the cleaning of the traveling road surface by traveling along the pavement, because the traveling road surface of the pavement cleaning vehicle 100 on the pavement is narrow, the vehicle width of the pavement cleaning vehicle 100 is narrow, the cleaning range of the sweeping disc device 1 is limited, and the sweeping disc device 1 is difficult to clean for the area of the pavement 100 with obstacles such as a pavement tree, a street lamp and a litterbin, therefore, the flushing device 2 sprays high-pressure water to the area of the lateral side of the vehicle body, the garbage in the area of the lateral side of the vehicle body is flushed out of the area of the pavement through the high-pressure water, and the flushing device 2 sprays high-pressure water to the area of the lateral side of the vehicle body for the area of the side of, therefore, garbage between the side area obstacles is flushed onto the traffic lane, and then the pedestrian road cleaning vehicle 100 runs onto the traffic lane for cleaning, or the existing road cleaning vehicle runs onto the traffic lane for cleaning, so that the cleaning of the whole traffic lane is completed, and the cleaning speed and the cleaning efficiency are high. Alternatively, if one side of the vehicle body is blocked by a wall body, high-pressure water is sprayed towards the direction of the sweeping disc device 1 through the washing device 2 on the side so as to wash the garbage at the joint of the wall body and the sidewalk to the area cleaned by the sweeping disc device.

the plurality of groups of the disc sweeping devices (1) are respectively arranged at two sides of the vehicle head area, the disc sweeping devices (1) at two sides relatively rotate inwards to sweep so as to respectively concentrate the garbage at two sides of the vehicle head area to the middle area,
the plurality of groups of flushing devices (2) are respectively arranged on two sides of the vehicle body, and the garbage on the two sides of the vehicle body is flushed out of the cleaning area through the sprayed high-pressure water;
the sweeping disc device (1) comprises a sweeping disc (11), a rotating mechanism (12) for driving the sweeping disc (11) to rotate horizontally, a deflection mechanism (13) for driving the sweeping disc (11) to deflect horizontally, and a lifting mechanism (14) for driving the sweeping disc (11) to lift or lower,
the control system of the cleaning vehicle controls the rotating mechanism (12) to drive the sweeping brush disk (11) to rotate horizontally and controls the deflection mechanism (13) to deflect horizontally from the two sides of the head area to the middle area, so that the garbage on the two sides of the head area is concentrated to the middle area,
the control system of the cleaning vehicle controls the lifting mechanism (14) according to the height of the road surface in front of the vehicle body so as to adjust the height of the sweeping brush disc (11);
the sweeping disc device (1) also comprises a mounting seat (15) which is fixed on the mounting surface of the sweeping brush disc (11) and used for mounting the rotating mechanism (12) and a fixed arm (16) which is fixed on the chassis (5),
the deflection mechanism (13) comprises an installation rod (131) with a first end connected with the installation seat (15) and a second end hinged with the fixed arm (16), a limit arm (132) installed on the fixed arm (16) and a first power expansion rod (133) with two ends respectively hinged with the limit arm (132) and the installation rod (131),
the second end of the mounting rod (131) is hinged with the fixed arm (16) through a first vertical shaft (134) arranged along the vertical direction, and the mounting rod (131) is forced to horizontally deflect around the first vertical shaft (134) by controlling the extension or contraction of the first power expansion rod (133), so that the sweeping brush disk (11) is driven to horizontally deflect;
the limiting arm (132) is hinged with the fixing arm (16) through a second vertical shaft arranged in the vertical direction and is connected with a vehicle chassis (5) through a return spring (17) arranged in parallel with the fixing arm (16), and the limiting arm (132) is pulled to the outer side of the cleaning area through elastic restoring force when the return spring (17) is in a stretching state.

the cleaning vehicle is provided with a garbage storage device (6), and the sweeping device further comprises a suction device (3) for sucking garbage concentrated in the middle area on the road surface into the garbage storage device (6).

the four-link assembly comprises a horizontal rod (32) fixed on a chassis (5), an angle rod fixed on the suction nozzle (31), a connecting rod (33) with two ends respectively hinged on the horizontal rod (32) and the angle rod, and a telescopic adjusting rod (34) with two ends respectively hinged on the horizontal rod (32) and the angle rod,
the telescopic adjusting rod (34) comprises an upper threaded rod hinged with the horizontal rod (32), a lower threaded rod hinged with the angle rod and threaded cylinders sleeved on the upper threaded rod and the lower threaded rod, the direction of the threads on the upper threaded rod and the lower threaded rod is opposite, and the distance between the upper threaded rod and the lower threaded rod is adjusted by rotating the threaded cylinders in different directions, so that the length of the telescopic adjusting rod (34) is adjusted;
the direction of the suction inlet of the suction nozzle (31) is adjusted by adjusting the length of the telescopic adjusting rod (34) to adjust the angle of the angle rod.
