具体实施方式
有利地,离合器推力轴承装置(clutch thrust bearing)1被集成在机动车辆的传动***(/传动系***)(driveline system)(未示出)中。离合器推力轴承装置1为实质上环形的并且以中心轴线为中心。
离合器推力轴承装置1包括固定的座(/轴承座)(housing)3和球轴承4,固定的轴承座3和球轴承4限定出腔(/容腔)5,可轴向运动的活塞6配置在腔5中。
弹性偏压构件(/弹性施力构件)(未示出),例如波状弹簧,可以在球轴承4上施加预载荷(/预紧)(preload)。
轴承座3是固定的,并且有利地,轴承座3是设置于传动***的后驱动模块的一部分。轴承座包括以中心轴线为中心的环形腔5。腔5被限定在内侧壁(/内侧向壁)(innerlateral wall)7、外侧壁8和底表面9之间,腔5在轴向上向球轴承4敞开。
球轴承4是环形的并且以中心轴线为中心。球轴承4至少部分地配置在轴承座3的腔5中,活塞6在轴向上介于腔5的底表面9与球轴承4之间。腔5的侧壁7、8允许球轴承4的横向引导。
球轴承4包括固定的内圈10、可旋转的外圈11以及一系列球12,一系列球12位于限定在圈10、11之间的滚道室13中。球12通过保持架13被保持并在周向上等距地间隔开,球12中的每个配置在被周向地设置于环形跟部(heel)15的相应腔格14中。在示出的实施方式中,跟部15在轴向上配置在固定的内圈10的环形部分20的自由边缘与可旋转的外圈11的径向部分17之间。相比于设置有滚子或滚针的其他类型的滚动轴承,在圈10、11之间设置有作为滚动元件的球12的球轴承4具有减小的摩擦扭矩。
可旋转的外圈11包括环形部分(toroidal portion)(圆环部分)16,环形部分16具有形成用于球12的外滚道的内环形表面。
有利地,可旋转的外圈11还包括径向部分17,径向部分17从环形部分16的内侧径向向内延伸。径向部分17具有适于致动联接构件(未示出)的轴向接触表面18,该联接构件接合板(未示出)以将一个车轮连接到车辆的传动***。
有利地,可旋转的外圈11的环形部分16设置有法兰19。法兰19具有覆盖环形部分16的管状的外侧部分以及将球12保持在滚动室13中的向下的径向凸起。
固定的内圈10包括环形部分(/圆环部分)20和径向部分21,环形部分20具有形成用于球12的内滚道的外侧环形表面,径向部分21从环形部分20在径向上向外延伸。径向部分21具有轴向抵接可轴向运动的活塞6的轴向接触表面22。球轴承4通过使活塞6的运动传递到固定的内圈10的轴向接触表面22而被设定成轴向运动。
活塞6是环形的,以中心轴线为中心,并且配置在轴承座3的腔5内。活塞6包括大体上径向部分23,该大体上径向部分23在腔5的两个侧壁7、8之间在径向上延伸。有利地,活塞6还包括设置于径向部分23的内孔的内密封部件24,该密封部件设置有与腔5的内侧壁7滑动接触的密封唇。活塞6还包括设置于径向部分23的外侧的外密封部件25,该密封部件设置有与腔5的外侧壁8滑动接触的密封唇。
活塞6、侧壁7和8以及底表面9限定密封腔26。至少一个通道27被设置穿过轴承座3,以使密封腔26与液压流体源(未示出)连接,液压流体源可以将加压流体可变地提供到密封腔26中以使活塞6在轴向上运动。
在本实施方式中,活塞6的大体上径向部分23具有适合于球轴承4的固定的内圈10的形状。大体上径向部分23包括环形槽28,固定的内圈10的径向部分21配置在环形槽28中,接触表面22轴向抵接槽20的底表面。作为一种选择,大体上径向部分23可以具有任何其他适当的形状。
根据本发明,活塞6还包括轴向部分29,轴向部分29从大体上径向部分23的孔在轴向上延伸。在图1和图2中的本发明的所示实施方式中,轴向部分29是管状的。作为一种选择,轴向部分可以是离散的,活塞包括多个轴向舌(tongue)。
轴向部分29在球轴承4的固定的内圈10的孔中延伸。更确切地,轴向部分29在径向上配置在由固定的内圈10的环形部分20限定的孔与设置于轴承座3的腔5的内侧壁7之间。于是,固定的内圈10在径向上围绕活塞6的轴向部分29。
如图1和图2所示,轴向部分29包括多个向外的径向凸起30。向外的径向凸起30设置于轴向部分29的内圆柱表面。作为未示出的一种选择,活塞6可以包括环形的向外的径向凸起。凸起30在可旋转的外圈11的径向部分17与固定的内圈10的环形部分20的自由边缘之间延伸。
凸起30具有大体上三角形的形状,并且提供面对固定的内圈10的环形部分20的自由边缘的轴向表面的轴向表面。凸起30和固定的内圈10一起配合,圈10在轴向上被夹在活塞6内。圈10通过活塞6而在轴向和径向上被保持。
有利地,保持架13的环形跟部15包括环形凹部31,活塞6的向外的径向凸起30至少部分地配置在凹部31内。这种保持架允许限制安装有活塞的球轴承的轴向长度。
根据有利的实施方式,向外的径向凸起30由可塑性变形的材料(例如橡胶材料)制成,并且固定到活塞6的轴向部分29。于是,固定的内圈10可以被容易地***在活塞6内,向外的径向凸起30在内圈10的***期间发生弹性变形。
优选地,向外的径向凸起30被包覆成型到活塞6的轴向部分29上。在本实施方式中,活塞6的向外的径向凸起30和内密封部件24在同一包覆成型工艺期间由同一材料形成。这种活塞6的制造是相对简单的,并且具有众所周知且可靠的制造工艺。
根据图3和图4中示出的本发明的第二实施方式,其中,相同的元件具有相同的附图标记,活塞6的轴向部分29包括环形向外的径向凸起32,其由截头圆锥形的唇构成。
截头圆锥形的唇32相对于固定的内圈10的环形部分20的自由边缘的轴向表面倾斜地延伸。截头圆锥形的唇32配置在设置于保持架13的环形跟部15的环形凹部31中。
如图4所示,有利地,活塞6还包括多个轴向肋33,以加强截头圆锥形的唇32。
有利地,内圈10和外圈11由回火钢(tempered steel)制成。有利地,圈10、11由金属坯料板冲压而成,并且具有简单且成本高效的构造。离合器推力轴承装置不需要额外的具有复杂形状元件或多个元件来确保连接和断开连接功能。有利地,活塞6也由冲压金属坯料板制成,密封部件24、25和向外的径向凸起30、32由橡胶材料包覆成型到活塞6。作为一种选择,活塞6可以由刚性塑料材料制成。
离合器推力轴承装置1如下工作:
活塞6的轴向运动被传递到球轴承4,并且通过在密封腔26中供应加压流体而致动后驱动模块至传动***的连接/断开连接。
当通过轴承座3的通道27将加压流体供应在密封腔26中时,活塞6被流体推动。活塞6通过内圈10的接触表面22的中间作用(intermediate)而将向前的轴向运动传递到球轴承4。外圈11的接触表面18致动联接构件(未示出),该联接构件接合板(未示出)以将一个车轮连接到车辆的传动***。弹性偏压构件(未示出)可通过外圈11的中间作用而在轴向上被球轴承4轴向向前的运动压缩。
当不再向密封腔26供应加压流体时,弹性偏压构件推动球轴承4向后轴向运动。外圈11的接触表面18不再致动联接构件以将一个车轮与传动***断开连接。活塞6通过内圈10的接触表面22的中间作用而被推回到其初始位置,密封腔26中的流体通过通道27被移除。

Claims (10)

1.一种离合器推力轴承装置,包括:
球轴承,具有固定的内圈、可旋转的外圈以及至少一系列球,所述至少一系列球位于设置在所述内圈和所述外圈之间的滚道室中;以及
活塞,具有大体上径向部分,所述固定的内圈轴向抵接所述大体上径向部分,
其中,所述活塞还设置有从所述大体上径向部分的孔在轴向上延伸的轴向部分,所述轴向部分配置在球轴承的固定的内圈的孔中,所述轴向部分设置有在所述固定的内圈与所述可旋转的外圈之间延伸的至少一个向外的径向凸起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的离合器推力轴承装置,其特征在于,还包括轴承座,所述轴承座具有环形腔,所述环形腔具有底表面、内侧壁和外侧壁,所述活塞在所述腔内设置在所述底表面和所述球轴承之间,活塞的所述轴向部分在径向上配置在所述固定的内圈与所述轴承座的内侧壁之间。
3.根据权利要求2所述的离合器推力轴承装置,其特征在于,所述活塞的大体上径向部分在所述腔的侧壁之间延伸并利用所述侧壁、内密封部件和外密封部件而被密封,所述内密封部件设置于所述活塞的孔并且具有与所述腔的内侧壁滑动接触的至少一个密封唇,所述外密封部件设置于所述活塞的大体上径向部分的外侧并且具有与所述腔的外侧壁滑动接触的至少一个密封唇。
4.根据权利要求1所述的离合器推力轴承装置,其特征在于,所述固定的内圈具有环形部分以及从所述环形部分在径向上向外延伸的径向部分,所述环形部分具有形成用于所述球的内滚道的外侧环形表面,所述径向部分轴向抵接活塞的所述大体上径向部分,所述向外的凸起与由所述固定的内圈的自由边缘形成的轴向表面配合。
5.根据权利要求4所述的离合器推力轴承装置,其特征在于,所述向外的径向凸起提供在轴向上面对所述固定的内圈的边缘的轴向表面的轴向表面。
6.根据权利要求4所述的离合器推力轴承装置,其特征在于,所述球轴承还包括环形的保持架,所述环形的保持架具有跟部和容纳每个球的多个腔格,所述跟部在轴向上配置在所述固定的内圈的环形部分的自由边缘与所述可旋转的外圈的径向部分之间,环形的所述跟部包括环形的凹部,所述活塞的向外的径向凸起至少部分地配置在所述凹部内。
7.根据权利要求1所述的离合器推力轴承装置,其特征在于,所述向外的径向凸起是截头圆锥形的唇。
8.根据权利要求1所述的离合器推力轴承装置,其特征在于,所述向外的径向凸起由包覆成型到所述活塞的轴向部分上的橡胶材料制成。
9.一种机动车辆的传动***,包括根据权利要求1所述的离合器推力轴承装置,所述传动***用于选择性地将至少一个车轮与所述传动***连接或断开连接。
10.根据权利要求9所述的传动***,包括前驱动***和后驱动***,所述前驱动***包括前驱动轮轴和前车轮,所述后驱动***包括后驱动轮轴、后驱动模块和后车轮,所述后驱动模块设置有串联的离合器推力轴承装置,每个离合器推力轴承装置能够选择性地将所述后车轮中的一个车轮连接或断开连接。
