The current solution to this technical problem is to increase the scraping positive pressure between the scraper 2 and the spinneret plate 6, and to deform the scraper 2 and the spinneret plate 6 by increasing the pressure, so that the scraper 2 and the spinneret plate 6 are more attached to each other, but the scraper 2 is easily worn by this way, and the spinneret holes 7 on the spinneret plate 6 deform when used for a long time, so that the service life of the spinneret plate 6 is shortened.
