Abstract

本发明公开了一种多功能陶瓷板及其制备方法,该多功能陶瓷板及其制备方法具体如下:所述多功能陶瓷板原料组成包括堇青石、莫来石、高铝质、粘结剂、水,所述S4中陶瓷板的烧制温度为1100℃~1400℃,烧制时间为10~12小时,所述陶瓷板的吸收率为15%~18%,所述陶瓷板的底端对称设有EV垫。本发明具有很好的吸水性能,吸水率高达18.3%,远高于国家标准规定,3组实施例的断裂模数平均值接近36,表现出较好的强度性能,散热温度在3℃左右,陶瓷板的成品率较高,易于加工推广,无刺激性异味,对动物没有伤害,具有很好的应用前景。

本发明涉及陶瓷技术领域,具体为一种多功能陶瓷板及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着社会经济的发展和城市化进程的加速,人们精神生活与物质生活不断改善,社会老龄化步伐加快,独生子女家庭普及等客观因素的突出,人们的休闲、消费和情感寄托方式也呈多样化发展。饲养宠物成为众多家庭的消遣方式,随着宠物需求数量的日益增多,宠物产业也逐渐发展壮大。20世纪90年代初,随着中国小动物保护协会成立,宜传将宠物作为伴侣,宠物市场才逐渐开始在国内兴起。相较于国外成熟的宠物市场,中国宠物市场起步虽然晚,但近20年来保持着高速发展。如今我国宠物市场正处在快速成长阶段。
日常生活中,动物在炎炎夏日或者运动后都喜欢伏在阴凉的地方休息,比较喜欢有水洼的地方,可以加速体表温度的降低,但这些环境对动物的毛皮造成一定的污染,
针对上述宠物产业中存在的技术缺陷,发明一种多功能陶瓷板及其制备方法,去解决上述问题,很有应用前景。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种多功能陶瓷板及其制备方法,该多功能陶瓷板及其制备方法具体如下:所述多功能陶瓷板原料组成包括堇青石、莫来石、高铝质、粘结剂、水,按照以下各组分质量百分比进行称量:
堇青石 15%-20%;
莫来石 35%-50%;
高铝质 20%-30%;
粘结剂 5%-10%;。
作为优选的,所述堇青石的粒度大小为30~50目,莫来石的粒度大小为50~70目,高铝质的粒度大小为70~90目,粘结剂的粒度大小为90~110目。
本发明还提供一种多功能陶瓷板及其制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1:将堇青石、莫来石、高铝质、粘结剂分别喷雾干燥后进行颗粒粉碎,随后进行过滤、除铁,备用;
S2:将S1中的原料加水进行搅拌混合,陈腐36~64小时,备用;
S3:将S2中的混合料进行压制成型、轻压排气、重压排气、重压成型后制备成陶瓷板坯体;
S4:将S3中的坯体放在窑炉内烧制成品,最后进行抛光、封装。
作为优选的,所述S4中陶瓷板的烧制温度为1100℃~1400℃,烧制时间为10~12小时。
作为优选的,所述陶瓷板的底端对称设有EV垫。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明采用该方法制备的陶瓷板具有很好的吸水率,吸水率高达18.3%,远高于国家标准规定,可以对宠物养殖过程中产生的液体及时吸收,3组实施例的断裂模数平均值接近36,表现出较好的强度性能,散热温度在3℃左右,可以给宠物带来很好的体验感,陶瓷板的成品率较高,易于加工推广,无刺激性异味,对动物没有伤害,具有很好的应用前景。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合具体实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
一种多功能陶瓷板,所述多功能陶瓷板原料组成包括堇青石、莫来石、高铝质、粘结剂、水,按照以下各组分质量百分比进行称量:
堇青石 15%;
莫来石 35%;
高铝质 20%;
粘结剂 5%;
本实施例的多功能陶瓷板制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1:将堇青石、莫来石、高铝质、粘结剂分别喷雾干燥后进行颗粒粉碎,随后进行过滤可以过滤掉颗粒不均匀的杂质颗粒,除铁可以避免陶瓷板表面产生黑点,影响美观;
S2:将S1中的原料加水进行搅拌混合,陈腐36小时,可以让混合料之间混合的更加均匀,有助于保证陶瓷板的强度;
S3:将S2中的混合料进行压制成型、轻压排气、重压排气、重压成型等步骤,可以减小陶瓷板内部不必要的的空隙或裂纹,有助于保障使用寿命,最后制备成陶瓷板坯体;
S4:将S3中的坯体放在窑炉内烧制成品,最后进行抛光、封装。
所述S4中陶瓷板的烧制温度为1100℃,烧制温度为1100℃,可以避免陶瓷板上出现黑白点现象,烧制时间为10小时。
所述陶瓷板的底端对称设有EV垫。

一种多功能陶瓷板,所述多功能陶瓷板原料组成包括堇青石、莫来石、高铝质、粘结剂、水,按照以下各组分质量百分比进行称量:

莫来石 40%;
高铝质 25%;
粘结剂 8%;
本实施例的多功能陶瓷板制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1:将堇青石、莫来石、高铝质、粘结剂分别喷雾干燥后进行颗粒粉碎,随后进行过滤可以过滤掉颗粒不均匀的杂质颗粒,除铁可以避免陶瓷板表面产生黑点,影响美观;
S2:将S1中的原料加水进行搅拌混合,陈腐48小时,可以让混合料之间混合的更加均匀,有助于保证陶瓷板的强度;
S3:将S2中的混合料进行压制成型、轻压排气、重压排气、重压成型等步骤,可以减小陶瓷板内部不必要的空隙或裂纹,有助于保障使用寿命,最后制备成陶瓷板坯体;
S4:将S3中的坯体放在窑炉内烧制成品,最后进行抛光、封装。
所述S4中陶瓷板的烧制温度为1200℃,烧制温度为1200℃,可以避免陶瓷板上出现黑白点现象,烧制时间为11小时。
所述陶瓷板的底端对称设有EV垫。
实施例3
一种多功能陶瓷板,所述多功能陶瓷板原料组成包括堇青石、莫来石、高铝质、粘结剂、水,按照以下各组分质量百分比进行称量:
堇青石 20%;
莫来石 50%;
高铝质 30%;
粘结剂 10%;
本实施例的多功能陶瓷板制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1:将堇青石、莫来石、高铝质、粘结剂分别喷雾干燥后进行颗粒粉碎,随后进行过滤可以过滤掉颗粒不均匀的杂质颗粒,除铁可以避免陶瓷板表面产生黑点,影响美观;

所述S4中陶瓷板的烧制温度为1400℃,烧制温度为1400℃,可以避免陶瓷板上出现黑白点现象,烧制时间为12小时。
所述陶瓷板的底端对称设有EV垫。
对实施例1-3中所制备的陶瓷板,按照《陶瓷砖》(GBT4100-2015)“的标准测得数据如下表:

由上述表格易知:采用该方法制备的陶瓷板具有很好的吸水率,3组实施例的平均吸水率为17.9%,远高于国家标准规定,3组实施例的断裂模数平均值接近36,表现出较好的强度性能,散热温度在3℃左右,陶瓷板的成品率较高,易于加工推广,无刺激性异味,对动物没有伤害,具有很好的应用前景。
对实施例1-3中所制备的陶瓷板,进行成分检测,检测成分结果如下:

堇青石 15%-20%;
莫来石 35%-50%;
高铝质 20%-30%;
粘结剂 5%-10%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能陶瓷板,其特征在于,所述堇青石的粒度大小为30~50目,莫来石的粒度大小为50~70目,高铝质的粒度大小为70~90目,粘结剂的粒度大小为90~110目。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能陶瓷板及其制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1:将堇青石、莫来石、高铝质、粘结剂分别喷雾干燥后进行颗粒粉碎,随后进行过滤、除铁,备用;
S2:将S1中的原料加水进行搅拌混合,陈腐36~64小时,备用;
S3:将S2中的混合料进行压制成型、轻压排气、重压排气、重压成型后制备成陶瓷板坯体;
S4:将S3中的坯体放在窑炉内烧制成品,最后进行抛光、封装。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种多功能陶瓷板及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述S4中陶瓷板的烧制温度为1100℃~1400℃,烧制时间为10~12小时。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能陶瓷板及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述陶瓷板的吸收率为15%~18%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能陶瓷板及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述陶瓷板的底端对称设有EV垫。
