本发明涉及农药技术领域,具体涉及一种赤霉酸可溶液剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
赤霉酸是一种低毒广谱的双萜类植物生长调节剂,可促进作物生长发育,使之提早成熟、提高产量、改进品质;能迅速打破种子、块茎和鳞茎等器官的休眠,促进发芽;减少雷、花、铃、果实的脱落,提高果实结果率或形成无籽果实。
遵循农药剂型特点,根据赤霉酸原药的理化性质,将其开发成液体制剂较为理想,目前以乳油及可溶液剂居多,针对乳油剂型,国内产品多采用赤霉酸发酵液经提取后的母液加入乳化剂配置;母液中含有大量乙醇及乙酸乙酯等溶剂为主,对环境不友好,且气味重,闪点低不利大量贮存与运输。且近年来登记政策趋于完善,国内已经明确规定不能用低廉的母药加工成制剂。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本申请提供一种赤霉酸可溶液剂及其制备方法,所述赤霉酸可溶液剂分解率低,稳定性佳,利于运输安全,降低运输成本。
为解决以上技术问题,本申请提供的技术方案是一种赤霉酸可溶液剂,以质量百分数计,所述可溶液剂由赤霉酸0.4%~40.5%,溶剂5%~65%,乳化剂5%~15%,增效剂2%~5%和余量的稳定剂组成;所述稳定剂和所述溶剂均为高闪点有机物;所述稳定剂分子中没有质子或自身无质子转移。
优选的,所述稳定剂分子为不具酸碱性质或酸碱性极弱的物质。
优选的,所述稳定剂和所述溶剂均为闪点≥60℃的溶剂。
优选的,所述高闪点有机物所述高闪点有机物选自芳烃溶剂、烷烃溶剂、环烷烃溶剂、醚类溶剂、聚醚类、醚酯类溶剂、酯类、氟代溶剂、砜类溶剂和环状羧酸酯溶剂的任意一种或多种。
优选的,所述稳定剂选自二价酸酯、乙二醇二乙酸酯、碳酸丙烯酯、二甲基亚砜、N-甲基吡咯烷酮和磷酸三乙酯中的任意一种。

术语:非质子性溶剂分为非质子极性溶剂和惰性溶剂;(1)非质子极性溶剂(非质子亲质子性溶剂)分子中无质子,(2)惰性溶剂这类溶剂不具酸碱性质或酸碱性极弱,自身无质子转移过程。

本发明提供了一种赤霉酸可溶液剂及其制备方法,制得的赤霉酸可溶液剂PH值为3.0~8.0,无需再加入PH调节剂即能达到稳定,通过加入稳定剂分子中没有质子或自身无质子转移的物质抑制赤霉酸分解。解决了现有固体赤霉酸制剂,为促进赤霉酸溶解会加入碱进行促溶,不利药效的发挥,且固体赤霉酸制剂粉尘大,易漂移的问题。
本发明赤霉酸可溶液剂由赤霉酸0.4%~40.5%,溶剂5%~65%,乳化剂5%~15%,增效剂2%~5%和余量的稳定剂组成,所述稳定剂和所述溶剂均为高闪点有机物;赤霉酸可溶液剂分解率低,稳定性佳,利于运输安全,降低运输成本。经热储稳定性试验,赤霉酸分解率小于1%。现有市售赤霉酸乳油普遍存在的问题就是其热储后分解率达20-50%,不符合《农药登记产品规格制定规范》,现有液体赤霉酸分解率高达15%,不符合《农药登记产品规格制定规范》的问题。解决了现有赤霉酸乳油制剂和液体赤霉酸,赤霉酸热稳定性差且低闪点,产品生产成本高,管理成本高,生产与运输时人员及设备安全性差问题。
具体实施方式
为了使本领域的技术人员更好地理解本发明的技术方案,下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
实施例1~14,对照例1~4:赤霉酸可溶液剂、制备方法及各项质量指标测定
一种赤霉酸可溶液剂,以质量百分数计,所述可溶液剂由赤霉酸,溶剂,乳化剂,增效剂和余量的稳定剂组成;
上述赤霉酸可溶液剂由以下制备方法制得:将赤霉酸用溶剂溶解完全后,加入乳化剂乳化搅拌均匀,再加入增效剂,最后加入稳定剂补足100g,制得赤霉酸可溶液剂。参照行业标准GB/T 28146-2011对上述赤霉酸可溶液剂进行检测各质量指标检测,检测结果见表1;赤霉酸,溶剂,乳化剂,增效剂和稳定剂用量,见表1;溶剂,乳化剂,增效剂和稳定剂见表1。

实施例1~14,赤霉酸可溶液剂稳定剂选自二价酸酯、乙二醇二乙酸酯、碳酸丙烯酯、二甲基亚砜、N-甲基吡咯烷酮和磷酸三乙酯中的任意一种,溶剂选自丙二醇、四氢糠醇、磷酸三乙酯、N,N-二甲基癸酰胺、二甲基亚砜和二乙二醇丁醚中的任意一种。稳定剂和溶剂为高闪点溶剂(闪点≥60℃,利于运输安全,降低运输成本。
实施例1~14赤霉酸可溶液剂分解率低,小于1%,稳定性佳。制得的赤霉酸可溶液剂PH值为3.0~8.0,通过加入不传递质子的溶剂或是可以捕捉质子的溶剂来抑制赤霉酸分解,且无需再加入PH调节剂即能达到稳定。实施例1~14中二价酸酯、乙二醇二乙酸酯、碳酸丙烯酯、二甲基亚砜、N-甲基吡咯烷酮和磷酸三乙酯均为稳定剂分子中没有质子或自身无质子转移的物质,对照例1~4稳定剂为质子性溶剂,且为质子给予体,对照例1~4赤霉酸可溶液剂分解率高,稳定性差,本发明赤霉酸可溶液剂通过加入稳定剂分子中没有质子或自身无质子转移的物质,抑制赤霉酸分解,使赤霉酸可溶液剂稳定性佳。

3.根据权利要求1所述的赤霉酸可溶液剂,其特征在于,所述高闪点有机物选自芳烃溶剂、烷烃溶剂、环烷烃溶剂、醚类溶剂、聚醚类、醚酯类溶剂、酯类、氟代溶剂、砜类溶剂和环状羧酸酯溶剂的任意一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的赤霉酸可溶液剂,其特征在于,所述稳定剂选自二价酸酯、乙二醇二乙酸酯、碳酸丙烯酯、二甲基亚砜、N-甲基吡咯烷酮和磷酸三乙酯中的任意一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的赤霉酸可溶液剂,其特征在于,所述溶剂选自丙二醇、四氢糠醇、磷酸三乙酯、N,N-二甲基癸酰胺、二甲基亚砜和二乙二醇丁醚中的任意一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的赤霉酸可溶液剂,其特征在于,所述乳化剂选自吐温-80、聚羧酸盐、琥珀酸聚氧乙烯醚、磷酸酯聚氧乙烯醚、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚和烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚中的任意一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的赤霉酸可溶液剂,其特征在于,所述增效剂选自有机硅增效剂、烷基糖苷、十二烷基硫酸钠、磷酸酯聚氧乙烯醚和硅聚醚中的任意一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的赤霉酸可溶液剂,其特征在于,所述赤霉酸可溶液剂PH值为3.0~8.0。
9.根据权利要求1所述的赤霉酸可溶液剂,其特征在于,所述赤霉酸可溶液剂在52℃~56℃条件下储存到密闭试管中储存14~22天后,热储分解率小于1%。
10.权利要求1~9任意一项所述赤霉酸可溶液剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括:用所述溶剂溶解赤霉酸后,与所述乳化剂,所述增效剂,所述稳定剂混合即得。
