技术领域
本发明涉及浇注料技术领域,具体涉及长寿命大型钢包用刚玉浇注料。
背景技术
钢包用于炼钢厂、铸造厂在平炉、电炉或转炉前承接钢水、进行浇注作业,由于刚包内部所承接钢水的温度常常达到1000多摄氏度的高温,钢包内衬往往为耐火浇注料制成的耐火层;以刚玉为骨料和粉料外加一些结合剂所制备的耐火浇注料,具有比高铝耐火浇注料和莫来石耐火浇注料更高的机械强度和抗磨蚀等性能,但抗热震性能稍差些,因此需要优化一种长寿命大型钢包用刚玉浇注料。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足而提供一种热震稳定性好,高温抗折强度高,使用寿命长的长寿命大型钢包用刚玉浇注料。
本发明的技术方案根据下:
长寿命大型钢包用刚玉浇注料,按重量百分比,原配料包括:棕刚玉55%~70%,镁砂2%~5%,氧化铝微粉2%~6%,硅粉5%~10%,硅溶胶5%~10%,KH-570促凝剂2%~5%,氧化锆微粉2%~5%,氧化铬绿2%~5%。
进一步的,所述原配料按重量百分比包括棕刚玉55%,镁砂5%,氧化铝微粉6%,硅粉10%,硅溶胶10%,KH-570促凝剂5%,氧化锆微粉4%,氧化铬绿5%,本发明发明人通过大量实验发现,通过上述配比的原配料制成的浇注料具有较好的高温物理性能,钢包用刚玉浇注料的使用寿命较长。
本发明的有益效果是:棕刚玉试样的显微结构较为致密,棕刚玉为骨料,高温强度较好,为了提高钢包用刚玉浇注料的整体强度棕刚玉的配比为55%~70%;加入重量百分比为2%~5%的镁砂,目的是提高钢包用刚玉浇注料在1200~1300℃的工作环境下的抗渣性、抗折强度以及优良尖晶石的性能;加入氧化铝微粉是为了提高钢包用刚玉浇注料的常温强度、高温抗折强度以及抗热震性能和抗渣性,颗粒中氧化铝微粉含量为2%~6%时,各种性能指标改善最明显,6%是最佳氧化铝微粉加入量;加入硅粉是为了改善钢包用刚玉浇注料的常温物理性能,硅粉占比为5%~10%时各物理性能较佳;硅溶胶用作钢包用刚玉浇注料的粘结剂,具有粘结力强、耐高温(1500~1600℃)等特点;加入占比为2%~5%的KH-570作为促凝剂既可以保证钢包用刚玉浇注料具有良好的施工性能,又能显著提高其早期强度;加入配比为2%~5%的氧化锆微粉是为了提高钢包用刚玉浇注料的高温抗折强度和热震稳定性;加入配比为2%~5%氧化铬绿是为改善了钢包用刚玉浇注料的抗折强度、常温耐压强度、高温抗折强度、热震稳定性等性能;本发明具有热震稳定性好,高温抗折强度高,使用寿命长等特点。

实施例1,所述原配料按重量百分比,包括粒径为3~6mm的棕刚玉55%,粒径为0.01~ 0.038mm镁砂5%,粒径为0.01~0.026mm的氧化铝微粉6%,硅粉10%,硅溶胶10%,KH-570促凝剂5%,氧化锆微粉4%,氧化铬绿5%。
实施例2,所述原配料按重量百分比,包括粒径为3~6mm的棕刚玉70%,粒径为0.01~ 0.038mm镁砂2%,粒径为0.01~0.026mm的氧化铝微粉2%,硅粉10%,硅溶胶10%,KH-570促凝剂2%,氧化锆微粉2%,氧化铬绿2%。
实施例3,所述原配料按重量百分比,包括粒径为3~6mm的棕刚玉60%,粒径为0.01~0.038mm镁砂2%,粒径为0.01~0.026mm的氧化铝微粉6%,硅粉10%,硅溶胶10%,KH-570促凝剂2%,氧化锆微粉5%,氧化铬绿5%。

1.长寿命大型钢包用刚玉浇注料,按重量百分比,其特征在于,原配料包括:棕刚玉55%~70%,镁砂2%~5%,氧化铝微粉2%~6%,硅粉5%~10%,硅溶胶5%~10%,KH-570促凝剂2%~5%,氧化锆微粉2%~5%,氧化铬绿2%~5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的长寿命大型钢包用刚玉浇注料,其特征在于:所述原配料按重量百分比包括棕刚玉55%,镁砂5%,氧化铝微粉6%,硅粉10%,硅溶胶10%,KH-570促凝剂5%,氧化锆微粉4%,氧化铬绿5%。
