本发明公开了一种汽车内饰顶板面料,包括隔热层和隔音层,所述隔热层通过粘胶层与隔音层连接,所述隔音层通过粘胶层与防灰防水层连接,所述隔热层通过粘胶层连接在车顶上,所述防灰防水层采用涤纶牛津布面料,所述防灰防水层的厚度为2‑5mm,隔热层包括聚氯乙烯层和玻璃纤维层。本发明通过设置了防灰防水层,防灰防水层采用涤纶牛津布面料,涤纶牛津布面料经线采用200D锦纶空变丝,纬线采用160D锦纶空变丝为原料,经喷水织造而成,防水防尘效果好,沾上灰尘后用抹布擦拭即可焕然一新,避免了抽烟熏黑车内顶部不便于清洗的缺陷,解决了现有的汽车内饰顶板面料吸附性很强,容易吸灰尘和犯潮,导致清洗不方便的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车面料技术领域,具体为一种汽车内饰顶板面料。
背景技术
汽车内饰主要是指汽车内部改装所用到的汽车产品,涉及到汽车内部的方方面面,比如汽车方向盘套、汽车坐垫,汽车脚垫、汽车香水、汽车挂件、内部摆件、收纳箱等都是汽车内饰产品。
汽车内饰顶板面料为了更好地起到隔热、隔音、减震等作用,一般都采用软顶,用无纺布作为最表面一层,当用户在车内抽烟时,很容易将车内顶熏黑,而车内顶用机器清洗很不方便,只能手工清洗,而无纺布吸附性很强,很容易吸灰尘,也容易犯潮,导致清洗不方便,为此,我们提出一种汽车内饰顶板面料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种汽车内饰顶板面料,具备防尘防水,便于清洗的优点,解决了现有的汽车内饰顶板面料吸附性很强,容易吸灰尘和犯潮,导致清洗不方便的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种汽车内饰顶板面料,包括隔热层和隔音层,所述隔热层通过粘胶层与隔音层连接,所述隔音层通过粘胶层与防灰防水层连接,所述隔热层通过粘胶层连接在车顶上,所述防灰防水层采用涤纶牛津布面料,所述防灰防水层的厚度为2-5mm。
优选的,所述隔热层包括聚氯乙烯层和玻璃纤维层,所述聚氯乙烯层通过粘胶层与玻璃纤维层连接。
优选的,所述聚氯乙烯层的厚度为2-4mm,所述玻璃纤维层的厚度为3-6mm。
优选的,所述隔音层包括矿棉层、毛毡层和泡沫塑料层,所述矿棉层通过粘胶层与毛毡层连接,所述毛毡层通过粘胶层与泡沫塑料层连接。
优选的,所述矿棉层的厚度为5-10mm,所述毛毡层的厚度为1-2mm,所述泡沫塑料层的厚度为2-5mm。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
1、本发明通过设置了防灰防水层,防灰防水层采用涤纶牛津布面料,涤纶牛津布面料经线采用200D锦纶空变丝,纬线采用160D锦纶空变丝为原料,经喷水织造而成,防水防尘效果好,沾上灰尘后用抹布擦拭即可焕然一新,避免了抽烟熏黑车内顶部不便于清洗的缺陷,解决了现有的汽车内饰顶板面料吸附性很强,容易吸灰尘和犯潮,导致清洗不方便的问题。
2、本发明通过设置了聚氯乙烯层和玻璃纤维层,通过聚氯乙烯层和玻璃纤维层的结合,使得汽车内顶具有夏天隔热和冬天保温的效果,通过设置了矿棉层、毛毡层和泡沫塑料层,通过矿棉层、毛毡层和泡沫塑料层的结合,可以提高车顶的隔音性能。

隔热层1包括聚氯乙烯层5和玻璃纤维层6,聚氯乙烯层5通过粘胶层4与玻璃纤维层6连接,聚氯乙烯层5的厚度为2-4mm,玻璃纤维层6的厚度为3-6mm,隔音层2包括矿棉层7、毛毡层8和泡沫塑料层9,矿棉层7通过粘胶层4与毛毡层8连接,毛毡层8通过粘胶层4与泡沫塑料层9连接,矿棉层7的厚度为5-10mm,毛毡层8的厚度为1-2mm,泡沫塑料层9的厚度为2-5mm,通过设置了聚氯乙烯层5和玻璃纤维层6,通过聚氯乙烯层5和玻璃纤维层6的结合,使得汽车内顶具有夏天隔热和冬天保温的效果,通过设置了矿棉层7、毛毡层8和泡沫塑料层9,通过矿棉层7、毛毡层8和泡沫塑料层9的结合,可以提高车顶的隔音性能。
玻璃纤维是一种性能优异的无机非金属材料,种类繁多,优点是绝缘性好、耐热性强、抗腐蚀性好,机械强度高。
毛毡,工业常用工具,多采用羊毛制成,也有用牛毛或纤维,利用加工粘合而成,主要特征有富有弹性,可作为防震、密封、衬垫和弹性钢丝针布底毡的材料,具有较好的隔音效果。

1.一种汽车内饰顶板面料,包括隔热层(1)和隔音层(2),其特征在于:所述隔热层(1)通过粘胶层(4)与隔音层(2)连接,所述隔音层(2)通过粘胶层(4)与防灰防水层(3)连接,所述隔热层(1)通过粘胶层(4)连接在车顶上,所述防灰防水层(3)采用涤纶牛津布面料,所述防灰防水层(3)的厚度为2-5mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车内饰顶板面料,其特征在于:所述隔热层(1)包括聚氯乙烯层(5)和玻璃纤维层(6),所述聚氯乙烯层(5)通过粘胶层(4)与玻璃纤维层(6)连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种汽车内饰顶板面料,其特征在于:所述聚氯乙烯层(5)的厚度为2-4mm,所述玻璃纤维层(6)的厚度为3-6mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车内饰顶板面料,其特征在于:所述隔音层(2)包括矿棉层(7)、毛毡层(8)和泡沫塑料层(9),所述矿棉层(7)通过粘胶层(4)与毛毡层(8)连接,所述毛毡层(8)通过粘胶层(4)与泡沫塑料层(9)连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种汽车内饰顶板面料,其特征在于:所述矿棉层(7)的厚度为5-10mm,所述毛毡层(8)的厚度为1-2mm,所述泡沫塑料层(9)的厚度为2-5mm。
