The pressing block 45 is a metal part with a certain weight, and the bottom surface of the pressing block 45 is provided with an inwards concave cambered surface by which the egg 1 can be wrapped. After the pressing block 45 swings downwards, the egg 1 placed on the egg bearing plate 44 can be pressed downwards by the weight of the pressing block, so that the egg 1 is pressed to the shell breaking knife 410, and the bottom surface of the egg 1 is cut by the shell breaking knife 410 to form a crack.
As shown in fig. 2, 11 and 13, a guide rod 413 is fixed above the output end of the conveyor 3, both ends of the guide rod 413 are bent and inclined downwards relative to both sides of the conveyor 3, and a second guide sleeve 49 is rotatably connected to one end surface of the pressing block 45 away from the rotary base 2, preferably, the guide sleeve 49 is of a rotatable structure. When the shell breaking mechanism is driven by the 4 rotating base 2 to rotate to the conveyor 3, the second guide sleeve 49 moves upwards along the guide rod 413 in an inclined mode, when the shell breaking mechanism moves to the conveying plane position of the conveyor 3, the second guide sleeve 49 moves on the guide rod 413 under the driving of the rotating base 2, at the moment, the press block 45 is lifted upwards along with the second guide sleeve 49 along with the guide rod 413 in an inclined mode, in this way, an open state is formed between the press block 45 and the egg bearing plates 44, and eggs 1 conveyed by the conveyor 3 can directly fall onto the two egg bearing plates 44 of the shell breaking mechanism 4. Then, the shell breaking mechanism 4 continues to move, the second guide sleeve 49 moves downwards along the inclination of the guide rod 413 until the second guide sleeve is separated from the guide rod 413, at the moment, the pressing block 45 swings downwards along with the second guide sleeve 49 along the inclination of the guide rod 413 to press the egg 1 on the egg bearing plate 44, so that the pressing block 45 presses the egg 1 downwards to be cut by the shell breaking knife 410, and a crack is automatically formed at the bottom of the eggshell.
As shown in fig. 3 to 8, the fixing frame 41 is provided with a vertical through hole, and the moving shaft 42 is inserted into the through hole, so that the moving shaft 42 can move up and down relative to the fixing frame 41. The two swing rods 43 are rotatably connected with connecting rods 46, the specific connecting rod 46 can be connected to a pin shaft 414 connecting the swing rod 43 and the fixed frame 41, the other end of the connecting rod 46 opposite to the swing rod 43 is rotatably connected with the lower end of the moving shaft 42, when the moving shaft 422 moves upwards, the connecting rod 46 can be pulled to swing upwards by taking the pin shaft 414 as an axis, so that the swing rod 43 is driven to swing towards the center of the fixed frame 41, the moving shaft 42 moves upwards to drive the two egg bearing plates 44 to swing towards the fixed frame 41, and the closing is realized, so that a complete egg 1 can be supported. When the moving shaft 42 moves downward, the connecting rod 46 can be pulled to swing downward around the pin 414 as an axis, so as to drive the swing rod 43 to swing to incline toward the outer side of the fixed frame 41, thereby realizing that the moving shaft 42 moves downward to drive the two egg supporting plates 44 to swing to incline toward the outer side of the fixed frame 41, and realizing separation. When the two egg bearing plates 44 are closed and bear an egg 1, the pressing block 45 swings downwards to enable the eggshell of the egg 1 to be pressed downwards to be cut and split by the shell breaking knife 410 to form a crack, at the moment, the upper half part of the eggshell is wrapped by the pressing plate 45, the two egg bearing plates 44 are driven to be separated by pushing the moving shaft 42 to move downwards, the lower end of the cut eggshell can be made to form two halves along the crack and be separated towards the two ends of the fixing frame 41, therefore, the yolk and the egg white drop downwards to the separating mechanism 5, and the eggshell can be clamped between the two egg bearing plates 44 and the pressing block 45 by the downward pressing force of the pressing block 45, so that the eggshell cannot drop.
As shown in fig. 4 to 8 and 11, a first guide plate 411 and a second guide plate 412 are sequentially fixed to the machine base 1 on both sides of the conveyor 3 along the rotation direction of the rotary base 2, and the first guide plate 411 and the second guide plate 412 are both located above the rotary base 2. The first guide plate 411 is provided with an inclined surface inclined upward along the rotation direction of the rotary base 2, and the second guide plate 412 is provided with an inclined surface inclined downward along the rotation direction of the rotary base 2. A roller 48 is fixed on the top of the moving shaft 42, the roller 48 may be a bearing, and the roller 48 may move along the inclined surface of the second guide plate 412. A first guide sleeve 47 is rotatably connected to one end of the moving shaft 42 facing the conveyor 3, and preferably, the first guide sleeve 47 is of a rotatable structure, and the first guide sleeve 47 can move along the inclined surface in the first guide plate 411. When the shell breaking mechanism 4 moves the first guide plate 411 under the driving of the rotary seat 2, the first guide sleeve 47 gradually moves upwards along the inclined plane of the first guide plate 411 while moving, so as to drive the moving shaft 42 to move upwards, thereby realizing that the moving shaft 42 moves upwards to drive the two egg bearing plates 44 to swing towards the fixed frame 41, and realizing automatic closing. Subsequently, when the shell breaking mechanism 4 is driven by the rotary base 2 to continue to move to the second guide plate 412, the roller 48 gradually moves downward along the inclined surface of the second guide plate 412 while moving, so as to drive the moving shaft 42 to move downward, thereby realizing that the moving shaft 42 moves downward to drive the two egg bearing plates 44 to swing outward of the fixed frame 41, and realizing automatic separation.
In addition, as shown in fig. 4, 7 and 8, the fixing frame 41 is connected to the torsion springs 415 at positions connecting the two connecting rods 46, specifically, the torsion springs 415 can be sleeved on the pin 414 connecting the swing rod 43 and the fixing frame 41, one ends of the two torsion springs 415 are fixed to the fixing frame 41, the other ends of the two torsion springs 415 are respectively and fixedly connected to the adjacent connecting rods 46, and the connection mode can be that the ends of the torsion springs 415 are inserted into the configuration holes shown in fig. 4. The structure of the torsion spring 415 enables the link 46 to keep the action force of the upward swing by the action force of the elastic reset of the torsion spring 415 under the condition that the link 46 does not have the action force of the external force after the link 46 swings downwards. When the moving shaft 42 moves downward to drive the two connecting rods 46 to swing downward to separate the two egg bearing plates 44, the two connecting rods 46 are in a horizontal state on the same straight line, and at this time, the elastic force of the torsion spring 415 cannot drive the connecting rods 46 to swing upward. Therefore, after the moving shaft 42 moves downwards to drive the two egg supporting plates 44 to separate, the two egg supporting plates 44 can be kept in a separated state all the time until the egg supporting plates move to the position of the first guide plate 411, and the moving shaft 42 is driven by the first guide plate 411 to move upwards so that the two egg supporting plates 44 can be closed. The two egg receiving plates 44 are kept in a separated state, which facilitates the complete falling of the yolk and the albumen and the separation of the eggshell.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, the separating mechanism 5 includes an egg white box 52, an egg yolk box 54, a connecting frame 51 and a support rod 53, the connecting frame 51 is fixed to the rotary base 2 and located below the breaking mechanism 4, a fixing ring 21 formed by surrounding pipe fittings is fixed below the specific rotary base 22, and the connecting frame 51 is fixed to the fixing ring 21 through a structure of inserting bolts. The bottom of the yolk box 54 is an egg supporting groove 541 with a concave circular structure, a circle of penetrating gap 542 is arranged on the egg supporting groove 541 of the yolk box 54, the width of the gap 542 is smaller than the thickness of the normal yolk after being flatly placed, and the yolk is prevented from shaking off along with the vibration of the yolk box. After the two egg receiving plates 44 of the shell breaking mechanism 4 are separated, the yolk and the albumen can fall down into the yolk box 54 and are positioned in the egg supporting groove 541. The support rod 53 is in an inverted T-shaped structure, the lower end of the support rod 53 is rotatably connected to the upper end of the connecting frame 51, the yolk box 54 is fixed to the upper end of the support rod 53, the egg white box 52 is rotatably connected to the lower end of the connecting frame 51, and the egg white box 52 is located right below the yolk box 54. The egg white box 52 is further provided with a raised stopper 521 at a side corresponding to the supporting rod 53. When the egg white box 52 swings upwards, the support rod 53 is jacked up by the stop block 52, so that the egg yolk box 54 is driven by the support rod 53 to swing upwards.
As shown in fig. 11, 12, 14 and 15, the support 6 is fixed with a support strip 55 at a position between the conveyor 3 and the albumen trough 7, the support strip 55 is consistent with the moving path of the albumen box 52, and the support strip 55 is provided with an upward inclined surface at a position before the yolk and the albumen are poured (i.e. at an end close to the conveyor 3). When the egg white box 52 moves to the position of the bearing strip 55, the egg white box 52 moves upwards along the inclined plane of the bearing strip 55 at one end of the conveyor 3, so that the egg white box 52 swings upwards to a position above the bearing strip 55, and moves horizontally along the upper surface of the bearing strip 55 under the bearing of the bearing strip 55, and the egg white box 52 swings upwards and simultaneously drives the egg yolk box 54 to swing upwards in the process. Until the egg white box is moved on the egg white groove 7 (i.e. after being separated from the supporting strip 55), the egg white box 52 is turned downwards due to no support at the bottom, so that the egg white on the egg white box 52 falls into the egg white groove 7.
As shown in fig. 2, 14 and 15, a rack 56 is fixed inside the frame 6 at a position before the conveyor 3 reaches the yolk slot 8, the rack 56 can be a rack used for meshing with a gear in the prior art, the rack 56 is consistent with the moving path of the support rod 53, the length of one end of the support rod 53 near the inside of the frame 6 is provided with a vibrating rod 531 which extends to be capable of contacting the rack 56, and after the albumen box 52 swings upwards to be positioned on the bearing strip 55 and the support rod 53 and the yolk box 54 swing upwards, the vibrating rod 531 contacts the rack 56. At this time, the vibration bar 531 moves on the tooth surface of the rack 56 as the support bar 53 and the yolk case 54 move, and is sequentially inserted into the respective tooth grooves of the rack 56 during the movement, thereby generating vibration, and transmitting the vibration to the yolk case 54. When the egg supporting groove 541 of the egg yolk box 54 contains the egg yolk and the egg white, in the process of vibration of the egg yolk box 54, the egg white in the egg supporting groove 541 is shaken off from the gap 542 on the upper edge of the egg supporting groove 541 onto the egg white box 52 in a vibration mode, so that the effect of separating the egg yolk from the egg white is achieved. After the egg white box 522 is separated from the supporting strip 55 and swings downwards, the supporting rod 53 loses the support of the stop block 521, and meanwhile, the vibrating rod 531 does not turn downwards rapidly under the action of resistance contacted with the rack 56 when moving, but gradually turns downwards along with the movement, and when moving to the yolk slot 8 (namely, being separated from the rack 56), the yolk box 54 loses the resistance and turns downwards completely, so that the yolk falls into the yolk slot 8.
As shown in fig. 14 and 17, the housing 6 is further connected with an egg shell slot 9, and the egg shell slot 9 is used for collecting egg shells. The receiving plate 91 is connected to the notch of the eggshell groove 9, the downward inclined end of the receiving plate 91 is connected to the notch of the eggshell groove 9, and the receiving plate 91 is right below the upward inclined end of the guide rod 413 along the rotation direction of the rotary seat 2. When the eggshell is clamped on the shell breaking mechanism 4 and moves to the position where the guide rod 413 inclines upwards (namely the position of the eggshell groove) under the driving of the rotary seat 2, the second guide sleeve 49 connected to the press block 45 ascends along the guide rod 413 to drive the press block 45 to ascend upwards, and as the two egg bearing plates 44 swing to incline when the eggshell is separated, the eggshell inevitably falls to the bearing plate 91 of the eggshell groove 9 along the egg bearing plates after being out of the limit of the press block 45, and slides into the eggshell groove 9 along the bearing plate 91, so that the recovery of one eggshell can be completed.
After the structure is adopted, taking a group of shell breaking mechanisms 4 and separating mechanisms 5 as an example, the specific working process is as follows:
s1, the shell breaking mechanism 4 and the separating mechanism 5 are driven by the rotating base 2 to rotate to the position close to the output end of the conveyor 3, and at the moment, the second guide sleeve 49 of the shell breaking mechanism 4 moves upwards to the guide rod 413 along one end of the guide rod 413 in an inclined manner, so that an open state is formed between the pressing block 45 and the egg bearing plate 44;
s2, when the shell breaking mechanism 4 and the separating mechanism 5 are driven by the rotating base 2 to move to the first guide plate 411, the first guide sleeve 47 gradually moves upwards along the inclined plane of the first guide plate 411 while moving, so as to drive the moving shaft 42 to move upwards, so that the moving shaft 42 moves upwards to drive the two egg bearing plates 44 to swing towards the fixed frame 41, so as to realize closing, and the conveyor 3 conveys the eggs 1 to the two closed egg bearing plates 44 falling on the shell breaking mechanism 4;
