技术领域
本发明是抵抗高速破片与高强度***冲击的复合防爆板及制造方法,涉及一种具有能够防护超高强度的***冲击波(≤0.15MPa)和超高速破片伤害(≤1700m/s)的复合防爆板材及制造方法。
背景技术
导弹部队的野外作战训练和野外测试是常规且必须的训练项目,在训练过程中需要对指定区域的人员、设备及相关物资进行安全防护。传统的板材防护材料有钢板、砂土、混泥土等等,但单一材料在使用性上均有不同程度的“短板”。例如:钢板的耐热但不耐火,耐腐蚀性较差;砂土抗高强***冲击所需要的量过大,难以快速形成防爆能力;混凝土施工周期长,不便于拆卸和运输,此外,破片和冲击波产生的冲击可能形成碎块,对附近区域产生二次伤害。
本发明的复合防爆板材结合传统防爆材料的优点,并引入先进复合材料作为复合材料板材的主承载层,在提高板材强度和韧性的前提下大大降低了板材的重量。同时具有耐腐蚀,轻质高强,防破片,抗冲击,无碎片,适用范围广,安装简易等特点。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种具有能够防护超高强度的***冲击波(≤0.15MPa)和超高速破片伤害(≤1700m/s)的复合防爆板材及制造方法。
一种抵抗高速破片与高强度***冲击的复合防爆板,包括破片毁伤层、缓冲分散层以及结构支撑层,其特征在于,破片毁伤层为高强结构钢,缓冲分散层由超高分子聚乙烯纤维组成,结构支撑层由玻璃纤维和环氧复合材料组成,破片毁伤层、缓冲分散层以及结构支撑层依次叠在一起,破片毁伤层、缓冲分散层以及结构支撑层之间用环氧粘接剂粘连。
破片毁伤层、缓冲分散层以及结构支撑层厚度比例为1:2~4:7~5。
一种抵抗高速破片与高强度***冲击的复合防爆板的制造方法,其特征在于,包括下列步骤,
第一步,将高强结构钢通过刨床,单面加工出破片毁伤的尖角结构;
第二步,将超高分子聚乙烯进行表面磨砂处理;
第三步,按照设计的编织方式进行高强玻璃纤维织物的编织;
第四步,将编织好的织物放入环氧树脂中,制作成预浸布;
第五步,按照设计的铺层尺寸和方式进行预浸布的裁剪;
第六步,铺贴结构支撑层并热压成型;成型温度160℃,成型压力45MPa,升温及固化时间6h;
第七步,用环氧粘接剂对破片毁伤层、缓冲分散层以及结构支撑层进行粘接。
本发明结构简单,造价低,制作方便,抵抗高速破片与高强度***冲击性能强,是很好的防暴材料。

实例:一种复合防爆板材及制造方法
采用本发明成型后的复合防爆板材长1050mm,宽750mm,厚度35mm。具体制备流程如下:
第一步,将高强结构钢板材通过刨床,单面加工出破片毁伤的尖角结构;
第二步,将超高分子聚乙烯进行表面磨砂处理。
第三步,按照设计的编织方式进行高强纤维织物的编织;
第四步,将编织好的织物制作成预浸布;
第五步,按照设计的铺层尺寸和方式进行预浸布的裁剪;
第六步,铺贴结构支撑层并热压成型。成型温度160℃,成型压力45MPa,升温及固化时间6h。
第七步,用914环氧粘接剂对破片毁伤层、缓冲分散层以及结构支撑层进行粘接。
本发明可以根据实际的破片速度进行侵彻厚度的计算,作为破片毁伤层、缓冲分散层以及结构支撑层厚度设计的依据。

1.一种抵抗高速破片与高强度***冲击的复合防爆板,包括破片毁伤层、缓冲分散层以及结构支撑层,其特征在于,破片毁伤层为高强结构钢,缓冲分散层由超高分子聚乙烯纤维组成,结构支撑层由玻璃纤维和环氧复合材料组成,破片毁伤层、缓冲分散层以及结构支撑层依次叠在一起,破片毁伤层、缓冲分散层以及结构支撑层之间用环氧粘接剂粘连;
破片毁伤层、缓冲分散层以及结构支撑层厚度比例为1:2~4:7~5,其中,破片毁伤层为高强结构钢单面加工出破片毁伤的尖角结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抵抗高速破片与高强度***冲击的复合防爆板的制造方法,其特征在于,包括下列步骤,
第一步,将高强结构钢通过刨床,单面加工出破片毁伤的尖角结构;
第二步,将超高分子聚乙烯纤维进行表面磨砂处理;
第三步,按照设计的编织方式进行高强玻璃纤维织物的编织;
第四步,将编织好的织物放入环氧树脂中,制作成预浸布;
第五步,按照设计的铺层尺寸和方式进行预浸布的裁剪;
第六步,铺贴结构支撑层并热压成型;成型温度160℃,成型压力45MPa,升温及固化时间6h;
第七步,用环氧粘接剂对破片毁伤层、缓冲分散层以及结构支撑层进行粘接。
