Examples 4 to 5
Examples 4 to 5 are concealer sticks having whitening and acne removing effects, and the components and the contents thereof are shown in table 1. Examples 4-5 concealer bars were prepared in the same manner as in example 2.
The synthetic wax 1 used in examples 1-5 was PolarWACHS 30919 available from TROMM, Germany; synthetic wax 2 was sold as POLARWACHS 30750 from TROMM, Germany, the mass ratio of rice bran oil, tocotrienols, propylene glycol dicaprylate and dicaprate in the mixture of rice bran oil, tocotrienols, propylene glycol dicaprylate and dicaprate was rice bran oil: tocotrienol: propylene glycol dicaprylate and dicaprate 50-75:9: 25-50; the mass ratio of the yeast extract to the thiaxolone in the mixture of the yeast extract and the thiaxolone is that the yeast extract: 20-60:35-70 of thiaxolone; the mass ratio of the jojoba esters to the sunflower seed wax to the green wattle flower wax to the polyglycerol-3 in the mixture of the jojoba esters, the sunflower seed wax, the green wattle flower wax and the polyglycerol-3 is the jojoba esters: sunflower seed wax: cercis negundo flower wax and polyglycerin-3: 50-75:25-50:1-5: 1-5; the starting materials used in examples 1 to 5 were the same in any mixture.

Comparative examples 1 to 6 are concealer sticks whose composition and content are shown in Table 2, and the preparation method and raw materials of these concealer sticks are the same as those of example 2.

To illustrate the efficacy of the concealer stick with whitening and acne removing efficacy, the following tests were performed:
1. heat resistance test
Adjusting the constant temperature incubator to 45 +/-1 ℃ in advance, removing the sleeve of the sample, completely screwing out the sample, vertically placing the sample in the constant temperature incubator, taking out the sample after 24 hours, returning the sample to room temperature, visually observing the sample, slightly wiping the sample on the back of the hand, and observing the service performance of the sample.
And (3) testing results: the concealer bars of examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 6 had no significant shape difference from the concealer bars before being placed in the incubator, indicating that the concealer bars of the present invention had good heat resistance.
2. Cold resistance test
The refrigerator is adjusted to-8 ℃ in advance, the sample is placed in the refrigerator, the sample is taken out after 24 hours, the temperature is restored to the room temperature, the sample is slightly rubbed on the back of the hand, and the using performance of the sample is observed visually.
And (3) testing results: the concealer bars of examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 6 had no significant shape difference from the concealer bar before being placed in a refrigerator, indicating that the concealer bar of the present invention had good cold resistance.
3. Evaluation of safety
Test objects: examples 1-5 and comparative examples 1-6 concealer bars.
The test method comprises the following steps: 110 healthy women of 20-45 years old were selected and randomly divided into 11 groups of 10 persons, each group using one sample. Selecting a qualified spot tester, placing about 0.020-0.025mL of a tested object in the spot tester by a closed spot test method, externally applying a medical adhesive tape to the back of the tested object, removing the tested object after 24 hours, and observing skin reactions at 0.5h, 24h and 48h after the spot test is removed respectively.

4. Evaluation of whitening efficacy
Test objects: examples 1-5 and comparative examples 1-6 concealer bars.
The test method comprises the following steps: 110 healthy women of 20-45 years old were selected and randomly divided into 11 groups of 10 persons, each group using one sample. The test sample is applied to the inner side of the upper arm of the left arm of the subject, and the right arm is blank control. The change in color lightness (. DELTA.L.) and the ITA degree, which are the main indicators in the present invention, were measured using a DelfinSkinColorCatch (Finland) test instrument, wherein the L value (lightness) and the ITA degree (color individual type angle) represent the overall change in chroma, and the larger the ITA degree value, the lighter the skin color. 5. Evaluation of acne removal efficacy
And evaluating the acne removing efficacy by adopting an inhibition test of propionibacterium acnes.
(1) Test sample
Examples 1-5 and comparative examples 1-6 concealer stick and Propionibacterium acnes strain 3 groups (isolated from lesions of acne patients).
(2) Test method
Culturing, separating and identifying anaerobic bacteria: inoculating a specimen separated from a skin lesion of an acne patient into THl0 culture medium, culturing for 72h at 37 ℃ in an anaerobic tank by using an air bag method, and taking methylene blue as an indicator and palladium particles as catalytic thorns.

Selecting single bacterial colony, rotating 2 plates, placing one plate in an anaerobic tank, and performing pure culture at 37 ℃ under anaerobic conditions; the other was incubated aerobically at 37 ℃; the results were observed after 48 h.

The Propionibacterium acnes is identified as Propionibacterium acnes through an oxygen resistance test, a catalase test, an indole test and a biochemical series test.
Anaerobic drug sensitivity test
Inoculating the strain: selecting 1 colony from the above cultured colonies, inoculating on LB plate medium, performing aerobic culture at 37 deg.C for 24 hr, and culturingAerobically culturing for 24h, washing propionibacterium acnes with sterile normal saline, and putting the washing liquid into a sterile test tube; the turbidimetry is adopted, the turbiditube is shaken for 12 times before use, and the turbidimetry is firstly carried out to 3 multiplied by 108/mL, diluted to 10 with physiological saline6The volume is/mL for standby.
Inoculation of LB plate medium: dipping sterilized cotton swab in bacterial liquid, squeezing off excess bacterial liquid on the tube wall, uniformly coating on LB plate culture medium, sweeping a circle along the edge of the plate, covering the plate, and drying for 2 min. Slightly placing a sterile steel cup (diameter of 6mm) on a plate culture medium, adding a concealer, placing the plate in a 37 ℃ aerobic culture for 24 hours, finding that no bacteria grow in the plate, and continuing the 37 ℃ aerobic culture for 24 hours to form a bacteriostatic zone. And measuring the diameters of the inhibition zones, and averaging the diameter values of the inhibition zones of 3 groups.
Grading antibacterial drug sensitivity: the diameter of the bacteriostatic ring is 20mm, the high sensitivity is high, the medium sensitivity is 10-20mm, and the drug resistance is <10 mm.
(3) Test results

The concealer stick of claim 5, wherein: the concealer stick further comprises a thickener comprising synthetic wax and beeswax, a binder being microcrystalline wax, a softener comprising isotridecanol isononanoate, glycerol tri (ethyl hexanoate), neopentyl glycol dicaprate, octyl dodecanol stearoyloxy stearate, Arabic tree oil and a mixture of dipentaerythritol hexahydrostearate, hexastearate and hexaabietate, a pigment dispersant being diisostearyl malate, a pH adjuster comprising citric acid, a preservative being glyceryl caprylate, and an antioxidant being tocopherol.
