Furthermore, the terms "first," "second," and "third" are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance.
The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.
The embodiment relates to a four-side stretch woven knitted denim fabric which is formed by interweaving warp yarns and weft yarns in a sinking and floating mode. The weft yarns comprise an upper layer weft yarn and a lower layer weft yarn, and the yarns comprise a first elastic yarn and a first non-elastic yarn. The upper layer weft yarns comprise second non-elastic yarns and second elastic yarns, and the lower layer weft yarns comprise third non-elastic yarns and third elastic yarns; the warp yarns, the second non-elastic yarns and the second elastic yarns are interwoven in a sinking and floating mode to form the front face of the fabric, and the warp yarns, the third non-elastic yarns and the third elastic yarns are interwoven in a sinking and floating mode to form the back face of the fabric.
According to the four-side elastic imitation knitted denim fabric, the warp yarns, the upper weft yarns and the lower weft yarns are provided with the elastic yarns and the non-elastic yarns, so that the warp direction and the weft direction of the fabric are elastic, the overall elasticity of the fabric can be improved, and meanwhile, the fabric has larger movement ductility and free comfort.
Based on the design concept and combined with the illustration in fig. 1, the weft yarns 2 from top to bottom are respectively the second non-elastic yarn 201, the second elastic yarn 202, the third non-elastic yarn 203, the second non-elastic yarn 201, the second elastic yarn 202 and the third elastic yarn 204, and are sequentially arranged downwards as a circulation to be interwoven with the warp yarns 1, so that the elasticity of the fabric is greatly improved, and the application effect of the fabric on sporty clothing is improved.
The first elastic yarn 102 in this embodiment is a core yarn and the second elastic yarn 202 is a core or wrap yarn. Specifically, the first elastic yarn 102 is a core-spun yarn composed of a cotton fiber and a spandex filament, and may be, for example, a spandex filament-covered cotton fiber. The second elastic yarn 202 is a core spun yarn composed of cotton fiber and spandex filament. Of course, the second elastic yarn 202 may also be a cotton core yarn composed of cotton fiber, polyester elastic yarn and spandex filament. When the second elastic yarn 202 is a covered yarn, it is composed of a spandex filament covered with chemical fiber filaments. It should be noted that the twist factor of the core-spun yarn is 350 to 460, wherein the hand feeling of the fabric is tighter with the increase of the twist factor, and the specific value of the twist factor can be selected according to the hand feeling of the fabric.
The first non-elastic yarn 101, the second non-elastic yarn 201 and the third non-elastic yarn 203 are all made of cotton fibers or cotton fibers and other fibers in a blending mode. For example, the three non-elastic yarns can be blended yarns of cotton fibers and hemp or blended yarns of cotton fibers and viscose. Of course, the three blended yarns can be composed of different components, besides the same components.
It should be noted that, in order to obtain a good elastic effect of the fabric, the fineness of the spandex filament is 20D to 70D, preferably 45D, the draft ratio of the spandex filament is 2.0 to 4.5, preferably 3.0, and the twist factor of the core-spun yarn is 350 to 460, preferably 410.
As shown in fig. 1, in the present embodiment, the face weave of the fabric woven by the warp yarns 1 and the weft yarns 2 is a twill weave or a satin weave. Wherein the twill weave and satin weave are warp or weft weaves having a number of weave cycles of not more than 5, such as 5. The back side weave of the fabric is a satin weave, and the satin weave is a warp side weave or a weft side weave, and the number of weave cycles thereof is not less than 7, and may be 7, for example.
In the process of interweaving the warp yarn 1 and the weft yarn 2, since the third non-elastic yarn 203 and the fourth elastic yarn have only one interweaving point with the warp yarn 1, after the fabric is formed, the third non-elastic yarn 203 and the fourth elastic yarn are both positioned at the bottoms of the corresponding second non-elastic yarn 201 and second elastic yarn 202, namely, the back of the fabric is formed.
In the trial production process of the fabric, the inventor unexpectedly finds that the fabric obtained by adopting the interweaving mode of the warp yarns 1 and the weft yarns 2 has a good elastic effect, and also can generate a wrinkled texture 301 effect on the front surface and the back surface of the fabric. The effect of the wrinkled texture 301 is shown in fig. 2, and most denim fabrics are provided with fashion elements, and the wrinkled texture 301 is usually formed by a water washing process, which is often complex. Therefore, the fabric 3 prepared by the embodiment not only has the appearance characteristic of the imitated knitted denim fabric, but also can generate the wrinkle texture 301 in the forming process of the fabric 3, so that the water washing process specially for forming the wrinkle texture 301 can be omitted, the production efficiency is improved, and meanwhile, the production cost is favorably reduced.
After a lot of experiments by the inventor, the relationship between the depth of the wrinkled texture and the elastic yarn and the non-elastic yarn is obtained, namely, the degree of the wrinkled texture 301 is deeper and deeper as the proportion of the elastic yarn is increased. The final inventors obtained data with the results: the ratio range of the first elastic yarn 102 to the first non-elastic yarn 101 in the warp 1 is 1: 3-3: 1, the ratio range of the second elastic yarn 202 to the second non-elastic yarn 201 in the upper weft is 1: 3-3: 1, and the ratio range of the third elastic yarn 204 to the third non-elastic yarn 203 in the lower weft is 1: 3-3: 1.
As shown in fig. 1, the proportion of the three can be adjusted within the range according to the requirement of the fabric 3, and the overall principle is that the larger the proportion of the elastic yarn is, the larger the elasticity of the fabric is, and the deeper the wrinkle texture 301 is. The ratio of the three is preferably 2:1 in the embodiment, and the elasticity of the fabric 3 is good and the wrinkle texture 301 is moderate.
For example, the number of the first non-elastic yarn 101 in this embodiment is 30, and the parameter of the first elastic yarn 102 may be 30+40D, that is, the first non-elastic yarn is composed of 30 cotton fibers covered by spandex yarn with fineness of 40D. The second non-elastic yarn 20130, and the second elastic yarn 202 has the parameter of 150D + 40D. The number of the third non-elastic yarns 203 is 24, the third elastic yarns 20424+40D are composed of the chemical fiber filaments of which the fineness is 40D and which are covered with the spandex filaments 150D, and the fabric 3 made of the parameters has the elastic elongation of 30% and the growth rate of 5%.
For another example, the number of the first non-elastic yarn 101 in this embodiment is 40, and the parameter of the first elastic yarn 102 may also be 40+40D, that is, the first non-elastic yarn is composed of 40 cotton fibers covered by 40 spandex filaments with fineness of 40D. The second non-elastic yarn 20140 is provided, and the second elastic yarn 202 has the parameters of 150D +40D, namely, the second non-elastic yarn is composed of a spandex filament with the fineness of 40D and a chemical fiber filament covered by 150D. The number of the third non-elastic yarn 203 is 30, and the parameter of the third elastic yarn 204 is 30+40D, that is, the fineness is 40D, and the spandex filament is covered by 30 cotton fibers. The elastic elongation of the fabric made of the parameters is 35%, and the growth rate is 5.4%.
According to the four-side elastic imitation knitted denim fabric, the warp 1, the upper weft and the lower weft are provided with the elastic yarn and the non-elastic yarn, so that the overall elasticity of the fabric 3 is improved, and meanwhile, the fabric has larger movement ductility and free comfort, and the fabric has the appearance characteristic of an imitation knitted denim fabric. In addition, the fabric provided by the invention also has the effect of the wrinkle texture 301, so that the water washing process for forming the wrinkle texture 301 can be omitted.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents, improvements and the like that fall within the spirit and principle of the present invention are intended to be included therein.
