本发明涉及一种空调滤芯。
背景技术
随着社会经济的发展,空调是现代社会必不可少的组成部分,它能够放出冷气或暖气,调节室内温度,能够对室内的气体进行循环,为室内人员提供舒适的环境。
空调滤芯,又称空调滤清器,用于过滤室内的空气或从外界进入室内的空气中所包含的杂质,包括微小颗粒物、花粉、细菌、废气和灰尘等,使空气的洁净度提高,防止这类物质进入空调破坏空调***,保证室内空气质量,但普通空调滤芯不具备抗菌抑菌功能,容易产生异味,使病菌(金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌)大量滋生,这些有害物质,随着空气室内循环,通过呼吸进入人体,造成呼吸***感染、身体抵抗力下降,严重的会出现头晕、乏力、恶心等症状,尤其对老人和小孩危害特别大。当空调的蒸发器和冷凝器上的细菌堆积繁殖,还会造成热交换效率和制冷效果降低,降温时间延长,能耗增加,空调使用寿命缩短。
目前,人们采用定期更换滤芯的方法以除去空调中滋生在滤芯上的细菌,而滤芯的更换时间大约为半年一次,虽然在更换滤芯初期具有良好除菌效果,但是在使用一段时间后,会重新滋生细菌,且细菌呈***式增长,不能有效解决细菌的侵扰。现有采用抗菌剂如阿莫西林、石墨烯等进行处理,使之具备抗菌抑菌功能,但不是工艺复杂就是价格高昂,同时还存在过敏的可能。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种具有长效抗菌抑菌功能,工艺简单,安全无副作用的空调滤芯。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种空调滤芯,它是三层构成,内层和外层是竹麻非织造布,中间层是竹纤维活性炭,所述竹麻非织造布利用竹纤维和麻纤维采用水刺或者针刺工艺制成,其中二者的质量百分含量配比为:竹纤维10-90%,麻纤维90-10%,竹麻非织造布的克重在30-500克/米2
所述的竹麻非织造布的竹纤维是指1.56dtex×38mm的竹纤维或者竹原纤维,麻纤维是指精制麻短纤。
所述的精制麻短纤是由麻短纤经过开松除杂、梳理、切断、生物酶处理、漂洗、脱水、开松、烘干而成,或者原麻经过切断、生物酶处理、漂洗、脱水、烘干而成;麻短纤维排列杂乱并含有大量尘杂,纤维长度差异大,因此须先进行梳理,理顺纤维并尽可能的去除尘杂,梳理后进行纤维切断,切断长度在15-30mm,再用生物酶在高温高压锅内进行煮练,压力为1.5-4.0MPa,温度为110-160℃,时间1.5-2.5小时,浴比1:8-14。
所述的竹麻非织造布的工艺流程为:精制麻短纤、竹纤维经过开松混合、梳理成网、预湿、正反水刺固结、脱水、预烘燥、烘燥定型、卷绕、包装。
所述的开松混合是将精制麻短纤、竹纤维两种纤维经过开包机送入混棉箱进行充分的开松和混合。
所述的梳理成网是将开松后的竹麻两种纤维经过管道输送到梳理机梳理成网,成网克重根据产品要求在100-400克/米2,锡林速度1000-1200rpm。
所述的预湿是将成网后的纤维网压实,排除纤网中的空气,使纤网进入水刺区后能有效地吸收水射流的能量,以加强纤维缠结效果。
所述的正反水刺固结是采用高压水柱的高压水流(水针),对纤维网进行喷射,在水针直射或托网反射产生的水力穿刺、扩散作用下,带动纤维网底层纤维向上及四周穿透,下一针又穿刺扩散,这样连续不断的利用水力,使纤维中的纤维产生相对运动而相互缠绕,从而使纤维得以加固,形成具备一定强力的网布。水刺加固工艺中水刺头数为9~12只,常用水压为100~300Bar,视纤网单位面积质量、生产速度等而定,水刺头压力设置通常为低→高→低。水刺加固的脱水箱真空度为20000~35000Pa,喷水孔出口直径通常为0.10-0.20mm,排列密度为16-24孔/cm,双排间距为1.2mm。在水刺头内建立接近高压泵标定压力的水压,从而保证一定的水射流速度,达到较好的纤维缠结效果,水压40-60MPa,生产速度200-300m/min。

本发明采用天然抗菌抑菌的竹炭、竹纤维和麻纤维作为空调滤芯芯材,不仅工艺简单,价格低廉,还有很好的抗菌功能。经检测,抑菌率金黄色葡萄球菌≥92%、大肠杆菌≥86%、白色念珠球菌≥82%。

所述的正反水刺固结是采用高压水柱的高压水流(水针),对纤维网进行喷射,在水针直射或托网反射产生的水力穿刺、扩散作用下,带动纤维网底层纤维向上及四周穿透,下一针又穿刺扩散,这样连续不断的利用水力,使纤维中的纤维产生相对运动而相互缠绕,从而使纤维得以加固,形成具备一定强力的网布。水刺加固工艺中水刺头数为10只,常用水压为150Bar,水刺头压力设置为低→高→低。水刺加固的脱水箱真空度为25000Pa,喷水孔出口直径通常为0.10-0.20mm,排列密度为18孔/cm,双排间距为1.2mm。在水刺头内建立接近高压泵标定压力的水压,从而保证一定的水射流速度,达到较好的纤维缠结效果,水压40MPa,生产速度240m/min。

一种汽车空调滤芯,它是三层构成,内层和外层是竹麻非织造布,中间层是竹纤维活性炭;所述的竹麻非织造布是利用竹纤维和麻纤维采用水刺工艺制成,其中二者的质量百分含量配比为:竹纤维70%、***30%,竹麻非织造布的克重在150克/米2
所述的竹麻非织造布的竹纤维是指1.56dtex×38mm的竹纤维或者竹原纤维,***是指精制***短纤。
所述的精制麻短纤是由麻短纤经过开松除杂、梳理、切断、生物酶处理、漂洗、脱水、开松、烘干而成;麻短纤维排列杂乱并含有大量尘杂,纤维长度差异大,因此须先进行梳理,理顺纤维并尽可能的去除尘杂,梳理后进行纤维切断,切断长度在20mm,再用生物酶在高温高压锅内进行煮练,压力为2MPa,温度为120℃,时间2小时,浴比1:10。
所述的竹麻非织造布的工艺流程为:精制麻短纤、竹纤维经过开松混合、梳理成网、预湿、正反水刺固结、脱水、预烘燥、烘燥定型、卷绕、包装。

所述的竹麻非织造布的竹纤维是指1.56dtex×38mm的竹纤维或者竹原纤维,亚麻是指精制亚麻短纤。
所述的精制麻短纤是由麻短纤经过开松除杂、梳理、切断、生物酶处理、漂洗、脱水、开松、烘干而成;麻短纤维排列杂乱并含有大量尘杂,纤维长度差异大,因此须先进行梳理,理顺纤维并尽可能的去除尘杂,梳理后进行纤维切断,切断长度在30mm,再用生物酶在高温高压锅内进行煮练,压力为2MPa,温度为130℃,时间1.5小时,浴比1:12。

1.一种空调滤芯,其特征在于:它是三层构成,内层和外层是竹麻非织造布,中间层是竹纤维活性炭,所述竹麻非织造布利用竹纤维和麻纤维采用水刺工艺制成,其中二者的质量百分含量配比为:竹纤维10-90%,麻纤维90-10%,竹麻非织造布的克重在30-500克/米2
2.根据权利要求1所述的空调滤芯,其特征在于:所述的竹麻非织造布的竹纤维是指1.56dtex×38mm的竹纤维或竹原纤维,麻纤维是指精制麻短纤。
3.根据权利要求2所述的空调滤芯,其特征在于:所述的精制麻短纤是由麻短纤经过开松除杂、梳理、切断、生物酶处理、漂洗、脱水、开松、烘干而成,或者原麻经过切断、生物酶处理、漂洗、脱水、烘干而成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的空调滤芯,其特征在于:所述的竹麻非织造布的工艺流程为:精制麻短纤、竹纤维经过开松混合、梳理成网、预湿、正反水刺固结、脱水、预烘燥、烘燥定型、卷绕、包装。
5.根据权利要求4所述的空调滤芯,其特征在于:所述的开松混合是将精制麻短纤、竹纤维两种纤维经过开包机送入混棉箱进行充分的开松和混合。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的空调滤芯,其特征在于:所述的梳理成网是将开松后的竹麻两种纤维经过管道输送到梳理机梳理成网,成网克重根据产品要求在100-400克/米2,锡林速度1000-1200rpm。
7.根据权利要求4或5所述的空调滤芯,其特征在于:所述的预湿是将成网后的纤维网压实,排除纤网中的空气,使纤网进入水刺区后能有效地吸收水射流的能量,以加强纤维缠结效果。
8.根据权利要求4或5所述的空调滤芯,其特征在于:所述的正反固结是采用水针对纤维网进行喷射,在水针直射或托网反射产生的水力穿刺、扩散作用下,带动纤维网底层纤维向上及四周穿透,下一针又穿刺扩散,这样连续不断的利用水力,使纤维网中的纤维产生相对运动而相互缠绕,从而使纤维得以加固,形成具备一定强力的网布。
