Description

Trousers type paper diaper with adjustable waistline
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of sanitary care, and particularly relates to a pants-type paper diaper with adjustable waistline.
Background
The disposable diaper is disposable and has wide application in daily life. The pants type paper diaper on the market at present is mainly pull-up pants or training pants, and adopts a disposable encircling elastic part, so that the next-to-skin effect is good, and the diaper needs to be worn and taken off like underwear during use. When the paper diaper is worn, the encircling elastic component needs to be expanded outwards due to the contraction effect of the encircling elastic component. The infant can not cooperate with adults mostly in the process of wearing the pants-type paper diaper, and the difficulty of wearing the paper diaper is increased. And the waist circumference adjusting degree of the pull-up pants or the training pants in the prior art is limited, and when the waist circumference exceeds a certain degree, the model needs to be changed. In addition, the disposable surrounding type elastic component in the prior art is disposable, wastes resources and increases the pollution to the environment.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a pants-type paper diaper with an adjustable waistline, which is convenient to put on and take off and convenient to wear without pulling up the waist of the paper diaper when the pants-type paper diaper is worn.
In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a pants-type paper diaper with adjustable waistline comprises a pants body, wherein the pants body comprises a pants waist part and a lining cloth strip, the length of the lining cloth strip is smaller than the circumference of the pants waist part, the lining cloth strip surrounds the pants waist part, two long edges of the lining cloth strip are fixed on the pants waist part, and a channel is formed between the pants waist part and the lining cloth strip; an elastic belt penetrates through the channel, fixing pieces are fixed at two ends of the elastic belt, and a magic tape adhesion layer is fixed on one surface of each fixing piece; and a magic tape hair surface piece is fixed on the part of the waist part of the trousers, which is not covered by the lining cloth strips.
By adopting the technical scheme, the technical principle is as follows: when a wearer uses the paper diaper, the paper diaper can be worn without enlarging the waist of the paper diaper, and then the fixing piece fixed on the elastic band is pulled according to the actual waist circumference of the wearer, so that the degree of tightness of the elastic band is proper. Then the magic tape adhesion layer on the fixing piece is pasted on the magic tape hair piece, and the elastic belt presses the waist part of the paper diaper to the waist of the wearer, so that the paper diaper is fixed on the body of the wearer.
Has the advantages that:
the prior art trousers type paper diaper adopts a disposable encircling elastic component, and the paper diaper can be pulled up to a proper position only by expanding the encircling elastic component outwards when being worn. The encircling type paper diaper with the elastic waistline increases the wearing difficulty for the situation that a wearer (especially an infant) does not wear the paper diaper. The paper diaper of the technical scheme is not provided with the encircling elastic part, and can be fixed by using the elastic belt after being directly lifted to a proper position, so that the paper diaper is convenient to wear. The elastic belt of the paper diaper is not fixedly arranged on the diaper body, can be recycled, and can be pulled out from the channel when the paper diaper is replaced, and then the elastic belt penetrates through a new paper diaper. Compared with the technical scheme that the elastic part and the trousers body are fixedly arranged in the prior art, the elastic belt can be repeatedly utilized, and is more environment-friendly.
Furthermore, a cooling gel paste is fixed on the inner side of the trousers body.
By adopting the technical scheme, the cooling gel patch is added on the inner side of the diaper body to help the skin coated by the paper diaper to cool, and the stuffiness caused by air impermeability is reduced. The paper diaper is not as breathable as underwear made of cotton cloth, and is easy to cause uncomfortable reactions at the hip and other parts of a wearer. The skin of the infant is delicate, so that the part covered by the paper diaper is easy to have the phenomena of red rash and the like, but the inconvenience of frequently changing clothes and diapers without using the paper diaper exists. The discomfort caused by poor ventilation effect of the paper diaper is relieved to a certain extent by adding the cooling gel patch. Wherein the inner side of the body refers to the side of the diaper facing the wearer.
Furthermore, the cooling gel patch comprises an upper film, a lower film and a cooling gel block positioned between the upper film and the lower film, and the upper film and the lower film are fixedly connected.
By adopting the technical scheme, the upper film and the lower film play roles in packaging and protecting the cooling gel block.
Further, the upper film is provided with a hole, and a protective film covers the upper film; the lower film is fixed on the inner side of the trousers body.
By adopting the technical scheme, the upper film is the part of the cooling gel sticker close to the wearer, and the cooling gel sticker is fixed on the inner side of the trousers body through the lower film. The upper film is provided with holes, and the cooling gel patch can be directly contacted with the skin surface of a wearer, so that the cooling effect is better. And functional components can be added into the gel of the cooling gel, the gel is contacted with the skin of a wearer, the functional components can be transferred to the user, and the transfer process is a slow release process, so that discomfort caused by erythema and the like can be relieved better. The water in the gel will evaporate continuously due to the opening of the upper membrane. When the gel is not in use, if the upper film is always in an open state, the gel life is reduced, and the protective film covers the upper film, so that the evaporation of water in the gel can be prevented, and the gel life can be prolonged. In the use state, the protective film can be torn off.
Further, the cooling gel block is prepared by the following method:
step (1): preparing a peach leaf extract containing a lycopene component;
step (2): dispersing the peach leaf extract in water, and adding sodium alginate and lecithin in the water to obtain a system B;
and (3): heating the system B to more than 80 ℃, then adding a calcium chloride solution, uniformly mixing, and cooling to obtain a cooling gel;
and (4): and (4) cutting the cooling gel in the step (3) to obtain a cooling gel block.
By adopting the technical scheme, the cooling gel block is prepared by utilizing the peach leaf extract and sodium alginate. The peach leaves are leaves of peaches (Amygdalusspicanda L.), and the peach leaf extract has the effect of resisting oxidation and is widely applied to infant products for relieving pruritus caused by erythema. Lycopene, a natural pigment contained in plants, is one of the stronger antioxidants currently found in plants in nature. The sodium alginate can be quickly crosslinked to form gel in the presence of calcium ions, and the gel has good strength and moisturizing performance, is natural and safe, and can be used as food and skin care products.
However, the peach leaf extract is directly dispersed in the gel formed by the sodium alginate, and active ingredients (such as lycopene and the like) in the peach leaf extract are fat-soluble and are not compatible with a hydrogel framework formed by the sodium alginate, so that the peach leaf extract is easy to precipitate in the gel, and the quality of the cooling gel containing the peach leaf extract is influenced. During the development process, the inventor finds that fat-soluble peach leaf extract including lycopene can be stably dispersed in gel formed by sodium alginate by adding lecithin. Lecithin is commonly used to prepare phospholipid bilayer membranes, where phospholipids arrange regularly and form phospholipid membranes in an aqueous environment. However, the inventor finds that the film-forming behavior of lecithin is destroyed by the presence of sodium alginate, the hydrophilic end of lecithin is inserted into a gel skeleton formed by sodium alginate, and the lipophilic end is adsorbed with functional components of peach leaf extract. Lecithin is an edible substance, is widely applied to the preparation of foods, health products, cosmetics and the like, and can ensure the safety of products when being used for preparing cooling gel.
The reaction of sodium alginate and calcium ions is very rapid, the crosslinking of sodium alginate can be generated as long as the two substances are contacted, the controllability of the process is weak, but the reaction can not be generated in a high-temperature environment, so the system B is heated to more than 80 ℃, then the calcium chloride solution is added, the mixture is uniformly mixed, and the gel is formed step by step in the cooling process, so that the gel product with uniform thickness can be obtained.
Further, in the step (1), the peach leaf extract is prepared by the following method: putting the pretreated peach leaves in ethyl acetate to obtain a system A; and (3) carrying out ultrasonic treatment on the system A, filtering the ultrasonic-treated system A to obtain a liquid phase, and concentrating and drying to obtain the peach leaf extract.
By adopting the technical scheme, the ethyl acetate can dissolve fat-soluble effective components (lycopene, naringenin and the like) in the peach leaf extract, and the ultrasonic extraction can promote the separation of the effective components.
Further, the ultrasonic power of the ultrasonic treatment is 100-150W.
By adopting the technical scheme, the parameters can ensure the sufficient extraction of the effective components.
Further, in the step (2), the concentration of sodium alginate in the system B is 2.5 to 4.5 mass%, and the concentration of lecithin in the system B is 0.5 to 0.8 mass%.
By adopting the technical scheme, the formed cooling gel has good elasticity due to the sodium alginate with the concentration of 2.5-4.5 mass%. Lecithin at a concentration of 0.5-0.8 mass% stabilizes the peach leaf extract in the gel and also ensures that the lecithin does not disrupt the cross-linking behavior of sodium alginate.
Further, in step (3), the system B was heated to 85 ℃, and then a calcium chloride solution was added.
By adopting the technical scheme, the local crosslinking phenomenon of the sodium alginate solution after the calcium chloride is added can be avoided by heating the system B to 85 ℃.
Further, the mass concentration of the calcium chloride solution was 3 wt%.
By adopting the technical scheme, the calcium chloride solution with the mass concentration of 3 weight percent is used, so that the sodium alginate and the calcium chloride can be fully reacted, and the reaction rate is not too high, thereby avoiding the local crosslinking of the sodium alginate and improving the quality of the cooling gel block.

Through detection and calculation, the dehydration rates of the cooling gel blocks in the examples 2 to 5 and the comparative example 1 are respectively as follows: 21.35%, 29.50%, 32.55%, 48.45% and 26.20%. Therefore, the cooling gel block prepared in the example 1 has better water retention effect.
Experimental example 2: the temperature-decreasing gel masses of examples 2 to 5 and comparative example 1 were subjected to the measurement of the stability of the distribution of the extract
According to the technical scheme, the peach leaf extract (ethyl acetate extract) is added into the gel, the ethyl acetate extract of the peach leaves is mainly fat-soluble components, lycopene is mainly used, but the extract is not further purified, and fat-soluble pigments exist, so that the gel is light brown. Wrapping the cooling gel block with preservative film, placing in refrigerator (4 deg.C), standing for 20 days, and observing the distribution of colored substances in the gel. The uniform dispersion of the colored material in the gel after a period of standing (20 days) indicates that the peach leaf extract is stable in the gel. If the colored material settles in the gel, it indicates that the peach leaf extract is not stable in the gel.
The experimental results are as follows: the colored material (brown) in comparative example 1 was totally settled to the lower part of the gel (the lower part of the gel means the side of the gel close to the shelf in the refrigerator), the colored material in example 3 was settled to some extent and concentrated to the middle and lower parts of the gel block, and the gel blocks in examples 2, 4 and 5 were not settled.
