Abstract
本发明公开了一种水性瓷化反光外墙涂料及其制备方法和应用,该涂料由水、分散剂、乙二醇、调节剂、消泡剂、润湿剂、钛白粉、改性纳米矿物质粉末、云母粉、改性纳米有机硅粉末、多元粉、滑石粉、大理石粉、羟乙基甲基纤维素、成膜助剂、涂料防腐剂、防霉粉、玻璃微珠、水性合成树脂、有机硅丙乳液、纯丙乳液、流平剂、增稠剂等制备而成。该涂料具备良好的遮盖力、抗老化、附着性能强,具有卓越的耐候性能、耐水渗透性能、耐腐蚀性能,兼具环保与防火,更有独特持久的漫反射能力,尤其适合混凝土防撞护栏、安全岛及隧道壁等使用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于交通领域的高速公路、国道、省道、县道的混凝土防撞护栏上、安全岛上以及隧道壁上的反光涂料,具体涉及一种添加了改性纳米矿物质粉末的水性瓷化反光外墙涂料及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
目前,常规情况下的隧道壁是混凝土本色,既昏暗又容易吸附灰尘,必须依靠大量灯光照明,从而消耗巨大电能。有些隧道尝试贴上瓷砖来提高照度,但由于隧道壁会潮湿和粘结时效短暂等因素,致使瓷砖脱落掉于行车道上,反而埋下行车安全隐患,也给隧道管理养护人员造成不必要的工作麻烦和增加养护成本。此外,在夜间的国省县道以及山路上行车,大多是在没有照明的情况下,驾乘人员对混凝土防撞护栏的视觉更为不明显,致使不少车辆剐蹭到护栏而造成交通事故。因此,需要一种适合于混凝土防撞护栏、安全岛及隧道壁的反光涂料,以提高能见度和改善行车安全。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足之处,提供了一种水性瓷化反光外墙涂料及其制备方法和应用,该涂料具备良好的遮盖力、抗老化、附着性能强,具有卓越的耐候性能、耐水渗透性能、耐腐蚀性能,兼具环保与防火,更有独特持久的漫反射能力,尤其适合混凝土防撞护栏、安全岛及隧道壁等使用。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案之一是:
一种水性瓷化反光外墙涂料,按质量份数计,包括:水7~9份、分散剂0.8~1.2份、乙二醇1.5~2.5份、调节剂0.2~0.4份、消泡剂0.4~0.6份、润湿剂0.2~0.4份、钛白粉9~11份、改性纳米矿物质粉末2~4份、云母粉1.5~2.5份、改性纳米有机硅粉末1.5~2.5份、多元粉1.5~2.5份、滑石粉1.5~2.5份、大理石粉1.5~2.5份、羟乙基甲基纤维素0.2~0.4份、成膜助剂2~3份、涂料防腐剂0.8~1.2份、防霉粉0.2~0.4份、玻璃微珠1.5~2.5份、水性合成树脂18~22份、有机硅丙乳液18~22份、纯丙乳液18~22份、流平剂0.2~0.4份、增稠剂1.5~2.5份。
一实施例中:所述改性纳米矿物质粉末通过以下方法制备得到:
1)将高岭土配制成浓度为24~26wt%的水溶液矿浆,加入25~35wt%氢氧化钾中和剂搅拌8~12min,中和度控制在80%~90%,中和温度30~40℃,当矿浆浓度达到40wt%以上后,加入18~22wt%的羟肟酸捕收剂,当捕收剂羟肟酸在矿浆中的终浓度为3.5×10-4~4.5×10-4mol/L,以1100~1300r/min继续搅拌50~70min,500~700r/min继续搅拌,加入28~32wt%的矿浆分散剂水溶液,以500~700r/min继续搅拌50~70min;
2)将步骤1)分散后的矿物颗粒以70000~90000r/min的转速去除岩屑杂质,再通过磁选将Fe2O3含量降至0.22wt%以下;
3)将步骤2)磁选后的矿物颗粒进行加氯焙烧,氯化氢气体气速为1~3m/s,焙烧温度为800~900℃,焙烧强度为15~20t/(m2·d);
4)将步骤3)焙烧后的矿体研磨成1100~1300目粉末,即得所述改性纳米矿物质粉末。
一实施例中:所述改性纳米有机硅粉末通过以下方法制备得到:硅粉与占硅粉30wt%的氯化亚铜催化剂、占硅粉20wt%的氯化烷在800~900℃进行氯化反应,得到气态三氯氢硅,再将气态三氯氢硅冷凝成液体,再用超纯氢气以1000~1200℃的温度将三氯氢硅液体还原成有机硅粗单体,然后经烘干、研磨成2500~3500目的粉末,即得所述改性纳米有机硅粉末。
一实施例中:所述多元粉为1800~2500目;所述滑石粉为3500~5000目;所述大理石粉为650~900目;所述玻璃微珠为650~900目。
一实施例中:所述涂料防腐剂为N-369。
一实施例中:所述防霉粉为JS117。
一实施例中:所述分散剂为D-26,所述调节剂为MP-95,所述消泡剂为DF-460,所述润湿剂为W-1866,所述多元粉为碳酸钙粉,所述成膜助剂为BOK-2016,所述流平剂为丙烯酸,所述增稠剂为U-505。
一实施例中:所述水性合成树脂为HXB-118,所述有机硅丙乳液为996AD,所述纯丙乳液为BLJ-9985。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案之二是:
一种水性瓷化反光外墙涂料的制备方法,包括:
步骤1、按所述各组分比例,向水中添加分散剂、乙二醇、调节剂、消泡剂、润湿剂、钛白粉、改性纳米矿物质粉末、云母粉、改性纳米有机硅粉末、多元粉、滑石粉、大理石粉、羟乙基甲基纤维素;
步骤2、1100~1300r/min均匀搅拌25~35min后,500~700r/min继续搅拌;
步骤3、按上述原料比例向步骤1的混料中添加成膜助剂、涂料防腐剂、防霉粉、玻璃微珠,均匀搅拌10~20min;
步骤4、按上述原料比例向步骤3的混料中添加水性合成树脂、有机硅丙乳液、纯丙乳液,再次搅拌15~25min;
步骤5、按上述原料比例向步骤4的混料中添加流平剂、增稠剂继续搅拌25~35min后即得。
本发明中,各物料若以溶液形式使用的,除有特别说明外,均为水溶液形式。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案之三是:
一种水性瓷化反光外墙涂料的使用方法,包括:
步骤1、局部专用防水腻子修补,表面打磨;
步骤2、底层抗碱抗渗透喷涂或刷涂施工;
步骤3、一遍水性瓷化反光外墙涂料喷涂或刷涂施工;
步骤4、二遍水性瓷化反光外墙涂料喷涂或刷涂施工。
本发明的水性瓷化反光外墙涂料中,各组分的作用及性能如下:
1、钛白粉可提高遮盖力;
2、改性纳米矿物质粉末可抗老化、增加亮白度及提高耐候性能;
3、改性纳米有机硅粉末可提高耐磨度、润滑性、耐冲击性、光扩散性、耐热性等优异性能;
4、云母粉可抗紫外线;
5、精细多元粉、精细滑石粉可抗沉淀;
6、大理石粉可提高漆膜厚度;
7、高效防霉粉可有效提高产品的防霉作用;
8、玻璃微珠可提高漫反射性能;
9、水性合成树脂可防老化、耐磨、耐渗透;
10、有机硅丙乳液可防水、耐擦洗;
11、纯丙乳液可有效提高防渗透性能、防霉抗碱性能;
12、水性合成树脂、有机硅丙乳液、纯丙乳液还可提高能见度,增加视觉效果;
13、助剂类性能:
a、分散剂可有效提高粉料分散作用,b、乙二醇可有效起到抗冻作用,c、润湿剂可提高产品色度及光泽度,d、涂料防腐剂可有效提高产品防腐作用,e、消泡剂可提高产品消泡作用,f、成膜助剂可增加乳液催干作用,g、调节剂可综合产品稳定作用,h、流平剂可增加产品流平及手感作用,i、增稠剂可提高产品浓度。
本技术方案与背景技术相比,它具有如下优点:
1、具有良好的遮盖力、抗老化、耐擦洗;
2、储存稳定、环保、防火;
3、涂膜硬度高,附着性能强,使用寿命长,具有卓越的耐候性能、耐水渗透性能、耐腐蚀性能;
4、防污不沾灰尘,且用于户外防撞护栏时可抗紫外线,不退色不脱落,可提高夜间能见度;
5、使用于隧道壁上可提高隧道照明度、能见度及视觉效果,从而获得节能减排的效应,并且有效的降低养护成本,使隧道内行车更加安全。

下面通过实施例具体说明本发明的内容:
实施例1
本实施例提供了一种水性瓷化反光外墙涂料,按质量份数计,包括:
去离子水8份、水性涂料分散剂D-26 1份、乙二醇2份、调节剂MP-95 0.3份、水性涂料消泡剂DF-460 0.5份、水性润湿剂W-1866(上海普为)0.3份、钛白粉10份、改性纳米矿物质粉末3份、云母粉2份、改性纳米有机硅粉末2份、2000目的多元粉(即2000目的超细活性碳酸钙粉,九江大宇生化有限公司)2份、4000目的滑石粉2份、800目的大理石粉2份、羟乙基甲基纤维素0.3份、水性成膜助剂BOK-2016(上海仙邦化学有限公司)2.5份、涂料防腐剂N-3691份、防霉粉JS117 0.3份、800目的玻璃微珠2份、水性合成树脂HXB-118(江苏华夏制漆科技有限公司)20份、有机硅丙乳液996AD 20份、纯丙乳液BLJ-9985 20份、流平剂丙烯酸0.3份、水性增稠剂U-505 2份。
其中,所述改性纳米矿物质粉末通过以下方法制备得到:
1)将高岭土置于水力旋流器中配制成浓度为25wt%的水溶液矿浆,加入30wt%(即加入量占加入前矿浆总量的30wt%,下同)的氧化钾中和剂搅拌10min,矿浆被中和剂中和的程度控制在80%~90%,中和温度控制在30~40℃,当矿浆浓度达到40wt%以上,加入20wt%羟肟酸捕收剂,当捕收剂羟肟酸在矿浆中的终浓度达到4×10-4mol/L,以1200r/min继续搅拌60min,转速调回600r/min继续搅拌,加入30wt%的矿浆分散剂F440A(佛山奥纳聚合物有限公司,分散剂是一种在分子内同时具有亲油性和亲水性两种相反性质的界面活性剂,是安定悬浮液所需的两亲性试剂,其作用是可逐一分散那些难于溶解于液体的无机或有机颜料的固体及液体颗粒,同时也能防止颗粒的沉降和凝聚),以600r/min继续搅拌60min,使矿浆中的矿物颗粒达到充分分散;
2)将分散后的矿物颗粒置于离心机以80000r/min的转速去除石英、长石等岩屑杂质,再由高梯度磁选机利用磁场作用将Fe2O3含量降至0.2wt%以下;
3)加氯高温焙烧,将矿物颗粒放入焙烧炉中,鼓入氯化氢气体,气速在1~3m/s范围内,将焙烧炉调至800~900℃的温度,焙烧强度为15~20t/(m2·d),使矿物颗粒与气体间的热交换反应激烈,去除炭物质;
4)将焙烧后的矿体进行超细研磨成1200目纳米粉末,即得所述改性纳米矿物质粉末。
其中,所述改性纳米有机硅粉末通过以下方法制备得到:
将硅块原料经破碎后再经球磨研制成硅粉,与占硅粉质量比为30%的氯化亚铜催化剂、占硅粉质量比为20%的十八烷基三甲基氯化铵(淮南华俊新材料科技有限公司,具有杀菌、乳化、抗静电、柔软性能)一起加入到合成炉中在800~900℃进行氯化反应,得到气态三氯氢硅,再用氯化钙冷冻盐水将气态三氯氢硅冷凝成液体,得到三氯氢硅液体,再将三氯氢硅液体送入不锈钢制的还原炉内,用超纯氢气作为还原剂,以1100℃的温度将三氯氢硅液体还原成有机硅粗单体(主要包括甲醇、氯化氢、硅粉等),然后经烘干、精细研磨成3000目的粉末,即得所述改性纳米有机硅粉末。
实施例2
本实施例提供了实施例1中水性瓷化反光外墙涂料的制备方法,包括:
步骤1、按所述各组分比例,先加入80kg的去离子水,添加10kg水性涂料分散剂D-26、20kg乙二醇、3kg调节剂MP-95、5kg水性涂料消泡剂DF-460、3kg水性润湿剂W-1866、100kg钛白粉、30kg改性纳米矿物质粉末、20kg云母粉、20kg改性纳米有机硅粉末、20kg的2000目多元粉即超细活性碳酸钙粉、20kg的4000目滑石粉、20kg的800目大理石粉、3kg羟乙基甲基纤维素;
步骤2、电机以1200r/min均匀搅拌30min后,电机再调回600r/min继续搅拌;
步骤3、按上述原料比例向步骤1的混料中添加25kg水性成膜助剂BOK-2016、10kg涂料防腐剂N-369、3kg高效防霉粉JS117、20kg的800目玻璃微珠,均匀搅拌15min;
步骤4、按上述原料比例向步骤3的混料中添加200kg水性合成树脂HXB-118、200kg有机硅丙乳液996AD、200kg纯丙乳液BLJ-9985,再次搅拌20min;
步骤5、按上述原料比例向步骤4的混料中添加3kg流平剂丙烯酸、20kg水性增稠剂U-505继续搅拌30min后,即得所述水性瓷化反光外墙涂料。
取本实施例制备得到的水性瓷化反光外墙涂料2kg,按照GB/T 9755-2014《合成树脂乳液外墙涂料》进行检验,结果如下表所示。说明本实施例制备得到的水性瓷化反光外墙涂料符合GB/T 9755-2014《合成树脂乳液外墙涂料》标准中合格品的指标要求。
取本实施例制备得到的水性瓷化反光外墙涂料2kg,按照GB/T 24408-2009《建筑用外墙涂料中有害物质限量》、GB/T 1732-1993《漆膜冲击测定法》、GB/T 9755-2014《合成树脂乳液外墙涂料》、GB/T 1771-2007《色漆和清漆耐中性盐雾性能的测定》进行检验,结果如下表所示。说明本实施例制备得到的水性瓷化反光外墙涂料的游离甲醛含量、挥发物有机化合物(VOC)含量、重金属含量、抗冲击性、涂层耐温变性、盐雾试验、对比率、耐沾污性均符合GB/T 24408-2009《建筑用外墙涂料中有害物质限量》、GB/T 1732-1993《漆膜冲击测定法》、GB/T 9755-2014《合成树脂乳液外墙涂料》、GB/T 1771-2007《色漆和清漆耐中性盐雾性能的测定》标准要求。
取本实施例制备得到的水性瓷化反光外墙涂料,按照GB 8624-2012《建筑材料及制品燃烧性能分级》、GB/T 20284-2006《建筑材料或制品的单体燃烧试验》、GB/T 5464-2010《建筑材料不燃性试验方法》进行检验,结果如下表所示,参照GB/T 20284-2006测试的样品图片如图1。说明本实施例制备得到的水性瓷化反光外墙涂料,符合GB 8624-2012《建筑材料及制品燃烧性能分级》规定的平板状建筑材料及制品不燃A(A2-s2,d0)级的燃烧性能要求。
实施例3
本实施例提供了实施例1中水性瓷化反光外墙涂料的使用方法,包括:
步骤1、局部专用防水腻子修补,表面打磨;
步骤2、底层抗碱抗渗透喷涂或刷涂施工;
步骤3、一遍水性瓷化反光外墙涂料喷涂或刷涂施工;
步骤4、二遍水性瓷化反光外墙涂料喷涂或刷涂施工。

1.一种水性瓷化反光外墙涂料,其特征在于:按质量份数计,包括:水7~9份、分散剂0.8~1.2份、乙二醇1.5~2.5份、调节剂0.2~0.4份、消泡剂0.4~0.6份、润湿剂0.2~0.4份、钛白粉9~11份、改性纳米矿物质粉末2~4份、云母粉1.5~2.5份、改性纳米有机硅粉末1.5~2.5份、多元粉1.5~2.5份、滑石粉1.5~2.5份、大理石粉1.5~2.5份、羟乙基甲基纤维素0.2~0.4份、成膜助剂2~3份、涂料防腐剂0.8~1.2份、防霉粉0.2~0.4份、玻璃微珠1.5~2.5份、水性合成树脂18~22份、有机硅丙乳液18~22份、纯丙乳液18~22份、流平剂0.2~0.4份、增稠剂1.5~2.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水性瓷化反光外墙涂料,其特征在于:所述改性纳米矿物质粉末通过以下方法制备得到:
1)将高岭土配制成浓度为24~26wt%的水溶液矿浆,加入25~35wt%氢氧化钾中和剂搅拌8~12min,中和度控制在80%~90%,中和温度30~40℃,当矿浆浓度达到40wt%以上后,加入18~22wt%的羟肟酸捕收剂,当捕收剂羟肟酸在矿浆中的终浓度为3.5×10-4~4.5×10-4mol/L,以1100~1300r/min继续搅拌50~70min,500~700r/min继续搅拌,加入28~32wt%的矿浆分散剂水溶液,以500~700r/min继续搅拌50~70min;
2)将步骤1)分散后的矿物颗粒以70000~90000r/min的转速去除岩屑杂质,再通过磁选将Fe2O3含量降至0.22wt%以下;
3)将步骤2)磁选后的矿物颗粒进行加氯焙烧,氯化氢气体气速为1~3m/s,焙烧温度为800~900℃,焙烧强度为15~20t/(m2·d);
4)将步骤3)焙烧后的矿体研磨成1100~1300目粉末,即得所述改性纳米矿物质粉末。
3.根据权利要求1所述的水性瓷化反光外墙涂料,其特征在于:所述改性纳米有机硅粉末通过以下方法制备得到:硅粉与占硅粉30wt%的氯化亚铜催化剂、占硅粉20wt%的氯化烷在800~900℃进行氯化反应,得到气态三氯氢硅,再将气态三氯氢硅冷凝成液体,再用超纯氢气以1000~1200℃的温度将三氯氢硅液体还原成有机硅粗单体,然后经烘干、研磨成2500~3500目的粉末,即得所述改性纳米有机硅粉末。
4.根据权利要求1所述的水性瓷化反光外墙涂料,其特征在于:所述多元粉为1800~2500目;所述滑石粉为3500~5000目;所述大理石粉为650~900目;所述玻璃微珠为650~900目。
5.根据权利要求1所述的水性瓷化反光外墙涂料,其特征在于:所述涂料防腐剂为N-369。

7.根据权利要求1所述的水性瓷化反光外墙涂料,其特征在于:所述分散剂为D-26,所述调节剂为MP-95,所述消泡剂为DF-460,所述润湿剂为W-1866,所述多元粉为碳酸钙粉,所述成膜助剂为BOK-2016,所述流平剂为丙烯酸,所述增稠剂为U-505。
8.根据权利要求1所述的水性瓷化反光外墙涂料,其特征在于:所述水性合成树脂为HXB-118,所述有机硅丙乳液为996AD,所述纯丙乳液为BLJ-9985。
9.一种权利要求1至8中任一项所述的水性瓷化反光外墙涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括:
步骤1、按所述各组分比例,向水中添加分散剂、乙二醇、调节剂、消泡剂、润湿剂、钛白粉、改性纳米矿物质粉末、云母粉、改性纳米有机硅粉末、多元粉、滑石粉、大理石粉、羟乙基甲基纤维素;
步骤2、1100~1300r/min均匀搅拌25~35min后,500~700r/min继续搅拌;
步骤3、按上述原料比例向步骤1的混料中添加成膜助剂、涂料防腐剂、防霉粉、玻璃微珠,均匀搅拌10~20min;
步骤4、按上述原料比例向步骤3的混料中添加水性合成树脂、有机硅丙乳液、纯丙乳液,再次搅拌15~25min;
步骤5、按上述原料比例向步骤4的混料中添加流平剂、增稠剂继续搅拌25~35min后即得。
10.一种权利要求1至8中任一项所述的水性瓷化反光外墙涂料的使用方法,其特征在于:包括:
步骤1、局部专用防水腻子修补,表面打磨;
步骤2、底层抗碱抗渗透喷涂或刷涂施工;
步骤3、一遍水性瓷化反光外墙涂料喷涂或刷涂施工;
步骤4、二遍水性瓷化反光外墙涂料喷涂或刷涂施工。
