背景技术
现有技术中,近两年,适用于原料多元化、小批量、多品种的半精梳纺纱加工技术发展迅速。所加工的产品包括绒毛纤维纯纺纱和绒、 毛、 绢丝和各种化学纤维不同组分、不同比例的混纺纱。半精纺纱用于精纺毛织物设计时可以采用棉麻、毛棉、毛棉绢、绢丝粘胶羊绒等混纺纱线,产品以高档轻薄花呢为主。它与用精纺纱线织造的同类同质面料相比,可降低生产成本左右,因而为企业创造了很好的经济效益。在开发粗纺产品时原料大多采用兔毛、羊毛、绢丝、羊绒等天然纤维,与粘胶、锦纶、莫代尔等新型纤维混纺而成。织物以交织产品为多,通常经向采用精纺纱线,纬向采用半精纺纱线交织的方法,产品风格以短顺毛为主,但是现有市面上却缺少毛精纺助剂,所以需要寻求一种新的技术来解决上述问题。

针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明目的是提供一种可喷淋去污高保形毛精纺助剂,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题,本发明使用方便,便于操作,稳定性好,可靠性高。

本发明的有益效果:本发明的一种可喷淋去污高保形毛精纺助剂,采用聚酰胺树脂对面料进行后整理,它能在羊毛纤维的表面形成一层牢固的薄膜,一方面是保护羊毛纤维,使其不容易被脏物污染,或者说把西服上的脏物拒之于羊毛纤维之外,即使西服弄脏以后,这些脏物也很容易被水冲走,另一方面是此助剂在纤维表面成膜的同时,会将相邻纤维之间进行加固,使纤维间不易相互移动,从而减少了面料的变形性,提高了面料的平整度和减小面料遇水后的松弛收缩和湿膨胀性。通常要求面料的松弛收缩控制在2%以下,湿膨胀控制在3%以下;
而三羟甲基丙烷脂肪酸酯以及2-乙基己基硫酸钠能使纤维丝具有非常优异的平滑性和柔软性,而三氯氰酸盐以及柠檬酸的添加使得其具有较好的去污能力;
碳氟聚合物可在羊毛纤维表面形成薄膜,使其不容易被尘土和干性脏物污染,易于抖落和刷除。另外氟化物具有阻止尘土和污渍在纤维的无定形区凝聚,便于用相对少量的水和缓和的洗涤方式去除污渍。
