技术领域
本发明属于高分子材料技术领域,具体涉及一种人造草坪填充用乙丙橡胶颗粒及其制备方法。
背景技术
人造草坪具有易排水、养护简单、场地平整度高、使用寿命长、维护费用低等优点,受到了人们的喜爱。人造草坪主要由人造草丝和填充颗粒组成,填充颗粒主要填充在人造草根部。当人们在运动场地上运动时,填充颗粒可以起到缓冲保护作用,减少场地对膝盖等关节的冲击。
橡胶颗粒是国内外的人造草坪常用填充颗粒,其成分主要为废旧轮胎再生橡胶、SBS系列热塑性弹性体、TPV系列热塑性弹性体等橡胶或弹性体。废旧轮胎气味较大、颜色单一(黑色),不符合人们对环保健康的要求,且在阳光充裕的夏季,黑色更容易吸热,会使整个运动场地的面层温度偏高,不适宜进行运动或比赛。各类热塑性弹性体有着良好的弹性,但是其抗紫外线老化能力较差,且在夏季温度较高时,压缩变形大,影响其耐久性。

白炭黑:5~25份;
活性碳酸钙:200~400份;
防护体系:3~7份;

色粉或/和助剂:5~20份。
