一种简易包装膜切割台，包括切割台和安装在切割台上的切割装置，切割台的台面上设有用于固定包装膜端部的夹板；切割装置包括沿切割台中心线对称分布的两个纵臂、桥接前述两个纵臂的横梁，每个纵臂包括铰接在切割台上的套筒、安装在套筒内的伸缩臂；所述横梁上设有用于切割包装膜的切割刀、作为施力部用于驱动纵臂转动使切割刀下移的手柄，其两端分别与两个伸缩臂连接；所述纵臂与切割台之间还设有在包装膜切断后用于纵臂、切割刀自动回位的簧件。本发明不仅结构简单、操作方便、价格低廉、切割效率高，还提高了切割尺寸精确度，此外通过增设伸缩臂，还可满足不同切割长度的需要。

技术领域
本发明属于包装膜切割领域，具体涉及一种简易包装膜切割台。
背景技术
工业产品完成生产组装后，一般会将产品外侧包裹一层包装膜，以防止灰尘沾染和产品表面划伤，这就需要将成卷的包装膜切割成一定尺寸的包装膜。目前市场有精密的包装膜切割台，但价格多在数十万以上，一般的中小型生产企业难以承受。
对于传统的人工切割，不仅切割效率低，尺寸的准确性也难以保证，切割后的包装膜边沿不够整齐，造成包装膜的浪费。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种简易包装膜切割台。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的。依据本发明提供的一种简易包装膜切割台，包括切割台1和安装在切割台1上的切割装置2，切割台1的台面上设有用于固定包装膜端部的夹板11；切割装置2包括沿切割台1中心线对称分布的两个纵臂21、桥接前述两个纵臂的横梁22，每个纵臂21包括铰接在切割台上的套筒211、安装在套筒内的伸缩臂213；所述横梁22上设有用于切割包装膜的切割刀25、作为施力部用于驱动纵臂转动使切割刀下移的手柄24，其两端分别与两个伸缩臂连接；所述纵臂21与切割台1之间还设有在包装膜切断后用于纵臂、切割刀自动回位的簧件。
优选的，所述伸缩臂213上设有多个限位孔，通过螺钉212***不同的限位孔将伸缩臂213安装在套筒211内。
优选的，所述簧件为在切割装置未工作时呈自然状态、工作时呈压缩状态的弹簧23。
本发明提出的一种简易包装膜切割台具有如下优点：
1、本发明不仅结构简单、操作方便、价格低廉、切割效率高，还提高了切割尺寸精确度。
2、本发明通过增设伸缩臂，可满足不同切割长度的需要。

为更进一步阐述本发明为达成预定目的所采用的技术手段及功效，以下结合附图及较佳实例，对依据本发明提出的一种简易包装膜切割台其具体实施方式、结构、特征及其功效，详细说明如后。
请参阅图1，一种简易包装膜切割台，包括切割台1和安装在切割台1上的切割装置2，切割台1上设有夹板11，切割台1的表面采用橡胶等其他有弹性面板，从而减小在切割过程中对切割刀25的磨损，当包装膜平铺在切割台1上时，夹板11对包装膜进行固定，便于切割。切割装置2包括沿切割台1中心线对称分布的纵臂21和设有手柄24及切割刀25的横梁22，横梁22安装在两个纵臂21顶端，纵臂21包括铰接在切割台1上的套筒211和通过螺钉212安装在套筒211内的伸缩臂213，伸缩臂213上设有多个限位孔，当伸缩臂213调节到适宜的长度后，通过螺钉212将伸缩臂213固定在套筒211上，纵臂21通过设置长度可调节的伸缩臂213可满足在包装膜切割过程中不同切割长度的需要，每个纵臂21均通过弹簧23与切割台1相连接，当切割装置2未工作时，弹簧23处于自然伸长状态，工作时，弹簧23处于压缩状态，当切割完成后，切割装置2在弹簧23的弹力作用下恢复到初始位置。
工作时，将包装膜从远离夹板11的一端平铺在切割台1上并用夹板11将包装膜的端部进行固定，根据需要切割的长度将伸缩臂213调节到合适的位置并通过螺钉212进行固定，切割时，工人用双手握住手柄24并对切割装置2施加向下的拉力，弹簧23被压缩，当切割刀25将包装膜切断时，不再施加向下的拉力，弹簧23在弹力作用下将切割装置2抬起并恢复到初始状态，工人将切好的包装膜从切割台1上撤走，继续重复上述步骤。

1.一种简易包装膜切割台，其特征在于：包括切割台(1)和安装在切割台(1)上的切割装置(2)，切割台(1)的台面上设有用于固定包装膜端部的夹板(11)；切割装置(2)包括沿切割台(1)中心线对称分布的两个纵臂(21)、桥接前述两个纵臂的横梁(22)，每个纵臂(21)包括铰接在切割台上的套筒(211)、安装在套筒内的伸缩臂(213)；所述横梁(22)上设有用于切割包装膜的切割刀(25)、作为施力部用于驱动纵臂转动使切割刀下移的手柄(24)，其两端分别与两个伸缩臂连接；所述纵臂(21)与切割台(1)之间还设有在包装膜切断后用于纵臂、切割刀自动回位的簧件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的简易包装膜切割台，其特征在于：所述伸缩臂(213)上设有多个限位孔，通过螺钉(212)***不同的限位孔将伸缩臂(213)安装在套筒(211)内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的简易包装膜切割台，其特征在于：所述簧件为在切割装置未工作时呈自然状态、工作时呈压缩状态的弹簧(23)。
