Claims (9)

1. A light steel keel type column mould reinforcing system is formed by a plurality of back edge reinforcing frames (100) which are vertically distributed at intervals, and hooping type fastening is formed on vertical back edges (200) of a column mould; the back edge reinforcement frame (100) comprises four cross bars (110); the front end of any one of the cross bars (110) is abutted against the side surface of the adjacent cross bar (110) so that the back edge reinforcement frame (100) forms a windmill shape; two adjacent cross bars (110) which are mutually abutted are fixedly connected into a mutually perpendicular state through a right-angle guaranteeing device (120) and are reinforced through an angle opposite puller (130); the angle pair puller (130) comprises two angle pair pulling seats (131), and the two angle pair pulling seats (131) are respectively arranged on the two corresponding cross bars (110); the angle opposite-pulling seat (131) is fixedly connected with the cross bar (110) in a pulling-pressing locking mode, and the two angle opposite-pulling seats (131) are locked and fixed in a pulling-pressing mode through a threaded pull rod (132) and an opposite-pulling nut (133); the angle opposite-pulling seat (131) comprises a clamping plate type base (131 a), and the clamping plate type base (131 a) is clamped at the outer side of the corresponding transverse bar (110) through a clamping groove; a bearing seat (131 b) is outwards extended on the outer side surface of the clamping plate type base (131 a), a through hole penetrating through the threaded pull rod (132) is formed in the bearing seat (131 b), and the end surface of the hole opening forms a bearing surface for bearing the counter-pull nut (133); two first T-shaped bolts (134) are arranged on the clamping plate type base (131 a) in a penetrating way, and T-shaped heads of the first T-shaped bolts (134) are clamped in corresponding clamping grooves of the cross bars (110); the angle opposite-pull seat (131) is fixedly connected to the corresponding cross bar (110) through a locking nut (136) screwed on the first T-shaped bolt (134); the cross bar (110) is clamped in a clamping groove of the clamping plate type base (131 a); the right angle guarantee device (120) is positioned outside the back edge reinforcement frame (100).

The light gauge steel column mold reinforcing system according to claim 1, wherein the bearing seat (131 b) is provided with a part protruding from the width direction of the clamping plate type base (131 a), and a positioning blocking tongue (131 c) protrudes inwards on the bottom of the clamping groove of the clamping plate type base (131 a); the transverse bar (110) is composed of two parallel C-shaped light steel (111), an opening of the C-shaped light steel (111) is positioned at the inner side of the transverse bar, and the two C-shaped light steel (111) are respectively positioned at the upper side and the lower side of the positioning retaining tongue (131C); the through hole penetrating the threaded pull rod (132) is provided with a part formed on the positioning retaining tongue (131 c); the diameter of the threaded pull rod (132) is smaller than or equal to the thickness of the positioning retaining tongue (131 c).

The light steel keel column formwork reinforcement system according to claim 2, wherein the positioning retaining tongue (131C) further comprises an extension section (131 d) extending towards the inner side of the cross bar, the width of the extension section (131 d) is smaller than that of the positioning retaining tongue (131C), a connecting bolt (135) is arranged at the distal end of the extension section (131 d) in a penetrating manner, the connecting bolt (135) sequentially penetrates through the two parallel C-shaped light steel (111) from two side walls of the C-shaped light steel (111) forming the cross bar, and is fixed on the cross bar (110) through nuts; a plurality of first strip-shaped holes (111 a) penetrating through the connecting bolts (135) are distributed on the two side walls of the C shape of the C-shaped light steel (111) along the length direction.

The light steel keel column formwork reinforcement system according to claim 2, wherein the C-shaped light steel (111) is a rectangular channel steel structure formed by a bottom straight section (111 b) and two side wall sections (111C), the bottom straight section (111 b) and the side wall sections (111C) respectively form the cross-sectional width and the height of the C-shaped light steel (111), the bottom straight section (111 b) is provided with a plurality of second strip-shaped holes (111 g) penetrating through the first T-shaped bolts (134) along the length direction of the light steel, the side wall sections (111C) extend to one side from the bottom straight section (111 b), the end of the side wall sections (111C) is provided with a supporting section (111 d) which is bent inwards, the supporting section (111 d) is parallel to the bottom straight section (111 b), and the supporting section (111 d) is provided with a folding section (111 e) which bends back towards the bottom.
5. The light gauge steel column mold reinforcing system of claim 4, wherein the sidewall section (111 c) is formed with an inwardly reclaimed concave section (111 f) in the middle.
6. The light gauge steel column mold reinforcement system of claim 1, wherein the T-head (134 a) of the first T-bolt (134) is of a columnar structure.

The light gauge steel column matrix reinforcement system of claim 1, wherein the right angle assurance device (120) comprises a right angle iron body (121); the two right-angle sides of the right-angle iron body (121) are adhered and fixed on the outer side surface of the corresponding cross bar (110) through a second T-shaped bolt (122) and a locking nut (123) which are penetrated.

The light gauge steel column mold reinforcing system according to claim 7, wherein a screw (124) penetrating through the corresponding cross bar (110) is fixedly connected to a right-angle side of the right-angle iron body (121), a pressing plate (125) is sleeved on the screw (124), and the right-angle guarantee device (120) is clamped on the corresponding cross bar (110) through the pressing plate (125) and a pressing plate nut (126); the pressing plate (125) is in a clamping plate shape, and the pressing plate (125) is clamped on the transverse bar (110) through a clamping groove.

The light gauge steel column mold reinforcing system according to claim 7 or 8, wherein flanges (121 c) are formed on the upper and lower edges of two right-angle sides of the right-angle-shaped angle iron body (121) so that the two right-angle sides are both formed into a channel steel shape, the bottoms of the right-angle sides are attached and fixed on the outer side surfaces of the corresponding cross bars (110), and the side walls of the right-angle sides formed by the flanges (121 c) are buckled on the upper and lower side surfaces of the corresponding cross bars (110).
