Abstract
本发明公开了一种具有差速功能的立轴式破碎机,包括有箱体和多个单级转子,箱体的上、下端分别设有进、出料口,每个单级转子的转轴与其转子体同轴线,多个单级转子的转轴采用中空轴结构同轴线相套装,将多个单级转子的转子体串联在一起,多个单级转子组合成多级转子,多级转子呈立式转动安装在箱体内,相套装的二个单级转子的转轴之间相互转动配合,每个单级转子均有独立的驱动装置且能独立旋转;环绕箱体的内壁安装有反击内衬,每个单级转子的转子体的四周均安装有打击锤。本发明实现了分级差速破碎和单机多级同时破碎,可破碎产品规格全,大幅增加了单机破碎比;同时实现了动力驱动分级独立,为实行综合智能控制提供了实施的前提条件。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及用于矿产品破碎的破碎机领域,具体是一种具有差速功能的立轴式破碎机。
背景技术
随着我国经济的高速发展,基础建设规模庞大,对建筑材料的需求量将是惊人的。中国同时也是一个矿产品需求大国,矿产品加工市场前景广阔。目前在中国乃至在国外,矿产品的破碎加工设备一直在低效率、高能耗、高磨损、高污染的“一低”、“三高”中徘徊。
随着产业升级,矿产品市场出现了细分化,要求产品具有定制特性,同时对矿产品加工机械提出了更高的要求,特别是在建筑骨料和机制砂行业,更是要求高品质以满足高标号混凝土的要求,还需要矿机具有大破碎比以减少基建投入,减轻环保压力,优化生产工艺实现生产的信息化、智能化,而传统的矿石破碎加工机械很难做到。因此,开发一种“高效率”、“低能耗”、“低噪音”、“大破碎比”、“易于信息化管理”、“智能控制调整产品特性”的矿石破碎设备已是迫在眉睫。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了弥补现有技术的缺陷,提供一种具有差速功能的立轴式破碎机,具有结构简单易维护、大破碎比、可破碎产品规格全、级配好、可实现智能化信息化生产、安装方便的特点。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种具有差速功能的立轴式破碎机,包括有箱体和多个单级转子,所述箱体的上、下端分别设有进、出料口,每个单级转子的转轴与其转子体同轴线,其特征在于:所述多个单级转子的转轴采用中空轴结构同轴线相套装,将所述多个单级转子的转子体串联在一起,多个单级转子组合成多级转子,所述的多级转子呈立式转动安装在所述箱体内,相套装的二个单级转子的转轴之间相互转动配合,每个单级转子均有独立的驱动装置且能独立旋转;环绕所述箱体的内壁安装有反击内衬,每个单级转子的转子体的四周均安装有打击锤。
所述的具有差速功能的立轴式破碎机,其特征在于:相套装的二个单级转子的转轴中,至少有一个单级转子的转轴为中空轴。
所述的具有差速功能的立轴式破碎机,其特征在于:每个单级转子的驱动装置分别包括有原动机及其传动装置。
所述的具有差速功能的立轴式破碎机,其特征在于:每个单级转子的转轴均有延伸端,所述的传动装置分别设置在所对应的单级转子的延伸端。
所述的具有差速功能的立轴式破碎机,其特征在于:所述箱体的侧壁上设有开口并安装有检修门。
本发明改变了现有技术中破碎机转子的结构,其目的在于:1、实现了分级差速破碎;2、实现了多级同时破碎;3、实现了动力驱动分级独立。
本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明实现了分级差速破碎,可破碎产品规格全,产成品可满足不同级配、不同粒型要求,可为高品质高标号混凝土提供优质的原料;
2、本发明实现了单机多级同时破碎,大幅增加了单机破碎比,简化了破碎工艺,减少了设备和基建投资;
3、本发明实现了动力驱动分级独立,为实行综合智能控制提供了实施的前提条件。

具体实施方式
参见附图,本发明的实施例以当多个单级转子为二个单级转子,即分别为长轴转子和短轴转子时来进行举例并说明,具体如下:
一种具有差速功能的立轴式破碎机,包括有箱体和二个单级转子,箱体包括有筒体1-1、通过螺栓固定的方式分别安装在筒体1-1顶端的盖板1-2和安装在筒体1-1底端的底座1-3,盖板1-2上设有进料口2,底座1-3的内部为与筒体1-1的下端口相贯通的中空结构,形成出料口3;
二个单级转子分别为长轴转子4和短轴转子5,长轴转子4的转轴4-1与其转子体4-2同轴线,短轴转子5的转轴5-1与其转子体5-2同轴线,长轴转子4的转轴4-1可采用实心轴,也可采用中空轴,短轴转子5的转轴5-1采用中空轴,套装在长轴转子4的转轴4-1上,且与长轴转子4的转轴4-1同轴线,将长轴转子4的转子体4-2和短轴转子5的转子体5-2串联在一起,长轴转子4和短轴转子5组合成二级转子;
长轴转子4的转轴4-1与短轴转子5的转轴5-1之间的两端分别设有轴承6-1、6-2,使得长轴转子4的转轴4-1与短轴转子5的转轴5-1之间相互转动配合,盖板1-2的中部设有通孔并固定安装有上轴承座7-1,长轴转子4的转轴4-1的上端和短轴转子5的转轴5-1的上端分别从通孔和上轴承座7-1中延伸出,且短轴转子5的转轴5-1通过上轴承8-1转动安装在上轴承座7-1内;筒体1-1的下端口固定连接有支撑梁12,支撑梁12的中部固定安装有下轴承座7-2,长轴转子4的转轴4-1的下端通过下轴承8-2转动安装在下轴承座7-2内,使得二级转子呈立式转动安装在箱体内;上、下轴承座7-1、7-2和上、下轴承8-1、8-2为长轴转子1和短轴转子2提供支撑,并使其能够在箱体内旋转;
长轴转子4的转轴4-1的上端和短轴转子5的转轴5-1的上端均有延伸端,并分别安装有皮带轮9-1、9-2,皮带轮9-1、9-2通过带传动方式分别与独立设置的二个电机传动连接,在独立设置的二个电机的驱动下,长轴转子4和短轴转子5能够独立旋转;
环绕箱体的内壁安装有反击内衬10,长轴转子4的转子体4-2和短轴转子5的转子体5-2的四周均安装有打击锤11,箱体的侧壁上设有开口并安装有检修门13。
以下结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明:
在独立设置的二个电机的驱动下,皮带轮9-1、9-2独立旋转,分别带动长轴转子4和短轴转子5独立旋转,长轴转子4和短轴转子5的旋转速度不同,即进行差速旋转,并可分别进行调速控制,长轴转子4和短轴转子5的旋转方向可以相同,也可以不同,配合反击内衬10和打击锤11工作,满足了矿石破碎加工过程中不同的工况要求,从而实现了分级差速破碎和单机多级同时破碎。
工作时,待破碎的物料经进料口2投入箱体内,在独立设置的二个电机的驱动下,长轴转子4和短轴转子5进行独立、差速旋转,分别带动各自的打击锤旋转,物料首先落入由短轴转子5及其上的打击锤与反击内衬10之间的破碎区域,高速旋转的短轴转子5及其上的打击锤和反击内衬10对物料进行初次打击、反击破碎,被初次打击、反击破碎的物料落入由长轴转子4及其上的打击锤与反击内衬10之间的破碎区域,高速旋转的长轴转子4及其上的打击锤和反击内衬10对物料进行再次打击、反击破碎;根据矿石破碎加工过程中不同的工况要求,调整长轴转子4和短轴转子5的转速,并使得长轴转子4和短轴转子5的转速不同,实现了分级差速破碎,可破碎产品规格全,产成品可满足不同级配、不同粒型要求,可为高品质高标号混凝土提供优质的原料;同时,实现了单机多级同时破碎,大幅增加了单机破碎比,简化了破碎工艺,减少了设备和基建投资。
本发明仅以当多个单级转子为二个单级转子,即分别为长轴转子4和短轴转子5时来进行举例并说明,当多个单级转子为二个以上的单级转子时,其结构和工作原理与二个单级转子的结构和工作原理相似,在此不再赘叙。
以上的实施例仅仅是对本发明的优选实施方案进行描述,并非对本发明的保护范围进行限定,在不脱离本发明设计精神的前提下,本领域普通技术人员对本发明的技术方案作出的变形和改进,均应落入本发明的保护范围内。
Claims (5)
1.一种具有差速功能的立轴式破碎机,包括有箱体和多个单级转子,所述箱体的上、下端分别设有进、出料口,每个单级转子的转轴与其转子体同轴线,其特征在于:所述多个单级转子的转轴采用中空轴结构同轴线相套装,将所述多个单级转子的转子体串联在一起,多个单级转子组合成多级转子,所述的多级转子呈立式转动安装在所述箱体内,相套装的二个单级转子的转轴之间相互转动配合,每个单级转子均有独立的驱动装置且能独立旋转;环绕所述箱体的内壁安装有反击内衬,每个单级转子的转子体的四周均安装有打击锤。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有差速功能的立轴式破碎机,其特征在于:相套装的二个单级转子的转轴中,至少有一个单级转子的转轴为中空轴。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有差速功能的立轴式破碎机,其特征在于:每个单级转子的驱动装置分别包括有原动机及其传动装置。
4.根据权利要求1或3所述的具有差速功能的立轴式破碎机,其特征在于:每个单级转子的转轴均有延伸端,所述的传动装置分别设置在所对应的单级转子的延伸端。
5.根据权利要求1所述的具有差速功能的立轴式破碎机,其特征在于:所述箱体的侧壁上设有开口并安装有检修门。
